The store itself is not terrible...fairly organized for a Ross, usually well stocked. The reason I gave it two stars is because the lines here are always long and move slow. They have 4 self checkout registers but no one is directing the customers there or people don't know how to use them. The checkout and return line are the same, which is a nightmare. Stood in line for an hour to return an item. Even though they had a massively long line, there was only one person at the regular cash register. I'm not coming back here unless I have to. read more

This Ross is great but I cannot believe that EVERY TIME I try to use the bathroom it smells disgusting!! They need to fix this ASAP! The employees can be helpful but I cannot believe they need to use this. Imagine how full and busy this store gets and at no point can anyone use the restroom. There's no point in having a self check out system when you still have to wait in line for your items to be checked and have your receipt scanned. Open more registers and take away self check out. read more

This Ross has a weird self check out system where you pay but then they still have to scan your items and receipt before you leave. There is no sign saying this is what you have to do and it is odd but the lady at the front is rude when you use self checkout the way you would at any other store. My worst impression of new tecnologías with the self checkout line, we went over the line for self service line, but was too slow when we get to the register, the register don't work, we have to use another one, after the check out we have to still waiting for the employee review whatever we checked out and remote the security devices. But even worst, read the item code and compare with the receipt. This Ross store is a step up from the one on 88th St and 147th Ave. Pros: Much cleaner and items are stocked very well. Not to mention some friendly and attentive sales associates. Con: Shopping carts strewn around the front of the store. Overall, great shopping experience on a Thursday morning! read more

The prices of Ross are almost unbeatable and that's why I came here. I got a wallet for my nephew for less than $12. Today I had a good experience with customer service but I don't like the smell of this store plus it was a little unorganized. Great prices but long lines to pay. They suck at customer service. If you to save money this is the place. Unfortunately it's turning into the hood. Everyone is loud and speaks Spanish without any consideration. I speak Spanish but I am conscience of how and when is spoken. I do not own the store nor I have to let the works know I do. This Ross is crazy messy. My biggest pet peeve is that people put clothes back on wrong hangers in the wrong sections so finding your size is a mission. Basically, shopping here is like shopping at Goodwill. If you have the time, you will leave with awesome things. Keep in mind, you will need over an hour to find what you were looking for. There are clothes all over the floor. I may be the only person to ever pick up clothing on the floor... You are more likely to find children in between racks than the clothes you were looking for. The clothes here are affordable and that's what keeps me coming back. I have to admit a lot of my clothing is from here and the stuff is pretty durable. read more

I love their prices on bags and shoes because at times I find reasonable things that I really like and I buy it but this is one store that is always in a mess. Clothes are all over the floor and the service sucks. The workers make me feel like I am disturbing them when I ask them for help and when I spoke in English to them they seem like they got upset and ask if I don't speak Spanish. Have you ever been on the way to the beach with your daughter & all of a sudden realized you have no bathing suit? Well, my friends, that happened to me! I picked up the Big Girl and was in need of swim trunks, so I stop by this new Ross store. It was a Sunday morning so there was no one in there. This is usually not the case when I've gone to other Ross locations. From now on, I will only go to any Ross at the butt crack of dawn or as soon as it opens.
