See? The pole is taller than the doorway.

One of the reviewers here was offended that he couldn't take the carts outside the store. Anthony L. Like, you literally can't take the carts outside. There's a tall pole on one side that you may have noticed. it will physically prevent you from taking the cart through the door. Shopping carts are $500-$600 each, and that's for a plain generic metal cart. The guard was trying to save you the trouble of getting stuck in the door. And you got home and wrote your review, never realizing that it's physically, actually, factually impossible to do what you're complaining they wouldn't allow you to do.

    Hey Ross!
    Edwin R.

Biggest draw for me here at Ross just like Marshall's, are their discounted dog toys! They have some really good varieties and very good qualities too, usually for under $5. In comparison to chain pet stores, you'd end up paying $20 for it and quality is not nearly as good!! And for someone who has a big dog that likes to chew things and create a stuffing of snowball effect out in the yard a few times a week, Ross comes in handy!! Anyways.... hahaha a good find I got today was a tree shear and branch pruning for under $10 with lifetime warranty? Whaaaat? With stainless steel blades and advertised to never need sharpening. I tried it out folks and for that kind of money, this $10 shear trimmed our tree branches buttery smooth!! The other great find that I also got today was a sandal for under $13. It's a good thing since I've had my old one with duck taped all over it for I don't know how long. Cha-ching!! So if you've got the time, you love to shop and you love bargains, Ross could be your best friend for life!! Who knows, you might even get lucky and come out with a trunk full of goodies that may actually be useful!! Until then, be kind to one another and Cheers! ~ :p

The only Ross I've ever been to where you have to allocate 20+ minutes to waiting in line. (Have I not been to enough?) You don't go to a Ross expecting service, organized sections, pleasant scents, or cleanliness. You go there with the same ready-to-rummage-through-trash mentality you would if you were going to a garage sale (although the last time I went to one, I was 11) - except everything is NEW. (Well, almost. I've seen people return entire carts of items that look like they might've been used... but that's why you only buy something that you see at least 3 of.) --- REASONS TO GO TO ROSS --- * Sets of pretty red/white wine glasses (classic or stemless), champagne flutes, martini glasses, margarita glasses + matching pitchers, beer mugs, pretty shot glasses * Stainless steel hangers * Wood hangers * Kitchenware Every once in a while, you'd be shocked to find that you can find things like Egyptian Cotton sheets, Sleep Warmers, and those Nine West/Steve Madden pumps you remember seeing for $100 - $19.99 at Ross. ... What's brilliant is, if you're a good shopper, you can find some amazing things for about 15-25% of the prices you'll see at the mall. When your funds are dwindling, go to Ross.

Service lady makes up rule that they don't allow returns 24 hours after purchase. BS lazy workers at this store, beware

Two dressing rooms and only two cashiers that have no sense of urgency. If I didn't need these pants for work, I would have left.

Cashier rude! She asked if bag is wanted but didn't say there would be charge. Just charged a quarter. Since when Ross charges for a bag?

I'm pretty sure most of those disgruntled workers are making minimum wage, pulling long hours, and working with many terrible customers.

Both items were unworn, had tags attached, and I had the original receipt. The associate assisting me, Ashley (Associate ID 224228), aggressively attempted to refuse the return, stating that I needed the original card used for purchase. When I asked where this requirement was stated in the return policy, she could not provide an answer and continued responding in a hostile manner. After an uncomfortable back-and-forth, the return was eventually processed. At the end of the transaction, she told me to make sure I brought my original card next time. When I replied "sure," she responded, "don't you sure me." I was extremely taken aback by this comment. When I mentioned that I had never had this issue at Francesca's before, she continued to imply that I was the problem. This interaction was completely unacceptable. Regardless of the situation, customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression of this location. Overall, I would encourage higher management to review these yelp reviews carefully as there truly appears to be a clear trend of unpleasant customer interactions with this particular store. No one should have to feel this way, it's not okay.

Every time I walk in, someone is quick to check in and ask if I need assistance without being overbearing. Not gonna lie... this is also my go-to spot when I need to take a dump Their bathroom is consistently clean and well-maintained. Lowkey feels like people are starting to catch on though, so I might need to start gatekeeping that one. I'm also a sucker for cologne, so I always swing by to check out new scents and ask for samples if they have any. Shoutout to Belinda (manager) who helped me out--she seriously knew everything about the store like she's been there forever. Super helpful, great sense of style, and just made the whole experience better. Nordstrom, you've got an amazing employee--give her a raise, she deserves it!

They had light bites like croissants, yogurt fruit cups, coffee, juice, water and prosciutto wrapped melons. They had a DJ, raffles, free samples, freebies with a purchase and the theme was Hawaiian so we were given plastic leis and a big yellow mesh bag with a goodie bag filled with some samples. The presentation was upbeat and fun except for some ladies who were constantly chatting and even a couple of ladies behind me who just kept talking throughout the whole show so it was hard to hear. I don't know if one was translating from English but I thought it was very inconsiderate. It was already sometimes hard to hear because the speakers had to hold a microphone while trying to do a makeover and/or the music was also loud. Despite the interruptions, the reps and employees kept it upbeat. We ended up getting coupons under certain seats so that was a bonus for those who didn't win a gift basket from the raffle. Those baskets were generous with products!! After the show, women scattered to the respective cosmetic reps to try samples, buy with purchase and take advantage of the extras the reps brought for both the Beauty Trend Show and the Anniversary Sale. I reached out to the Beauty Manager, Belinda as I wanted some tips for eye makeup with a MAC rep. Belinda set up an appointment with a MAC Field Exec Shane Turner who was also a presenter. I showed up for my appointment but he was helping other customers who wanted to take advantage of the sales freebies for the day so I had to wait in the chair for maybe 10-15 minutes. He told me he'd wish there were more associates to help out. He seemed serious and overwhelmed. I told him about the MAC products I use and that caffeine irritates my eyes. He offered one product and said it doesn't have caffeine but I found out it had some in the ingredients list when I got home. I asked about the wear on a satin lipstick and he said it was long-wearing but it wore off later on in the afternoon. He applied a Green liner that was supposed to be long-wearing as well but that ended up smearing by the afternoon when I was still at the mall. He used a too radiant & brown tone concealer so that wasn't the correct shade. He gave some tips that were helpful but was disappointed in the actual products used. Afterwards, I went to 111 Skin and bubbly, enthusiastic, positive & informative Lupe the 111Skin rep was really fun to talk to and l learned about the line. She ran out of eye patches as a ton of women were lined up to try them. I had to leave the line earlier so I could make my MAC appointment so I missed out. I ended up learning about the product line and bought a serum after she applied it on me. I was amazed at the results! She was able to give me samples of their products so I could try before I buy so I was happy with that. I went to try some Jo Malone perfume and wanted to try a sample but they ran out of the tester on one. I was only able to spray some on my arm. When I checked out with a male employee, I noticed he had a few other yellow totes with samples and asked him about that. That was for the Influencers who RSVP'd originally for that day and I happened to be one of them so he gave me one! Afterwards, I went upstairs to look for more Anniversary sale items. The helpful Asian female clerk helped me locate some items that were on my list. I was happy they had a lot of sizes and merchandise at this location. They were well-stocked! This is a convenient location and have online store pickups upstairs which is convenient. The eBar has quick bites and I was able to get a Green Smoothie.
