I had been here a few times in the past during Black Friday or holidays shopping, that might be the reason why the store was always messy and wiped out clean on everything, because it is near the border of Mexico, they got a lot of foot traffic from tourists, you know. I would suggest just go on a regular weekend, the space is huge probably triple the size of a regular Ross location. They do have plenty of stuffs maybe just to accommodate for the amount of people who visit the store, they do have more jewelry and designer watches also double the amount of others, I got to see some Coach, La Coste, and CK standing besides Kate Spade for the first time, and they're in a very good price, if your lady wanted a gift, you might consider come here. Also a lot variant of Michael Kors slides, more than any places, and well a lot of brands that I never seen before. A huge section of clothings, double level racks, took me quite some time to go over all of them, got my GOAT shirt and a new phone case for cheap. read more

Store wise you find what you need most of the time but WOW the associate 2248102 was horrible!! First he was laughing with the manager across at the other register not calling anyone forward. We were in the area waiting to pick someone up late at night. I had to go the restroom and was so excited to find that Ross was still open and I could get some shopping done! But restroom first, and then jewelry department, here I come! But alas, they close the bathroom at 11pm and we were there at 11:30pm. They refused to let me use the restroom even though we told them we'd be buying something and even after the security guard told us where to use the restroom. I had to go so bad, and one employee said we could use the restroom as 7-Eleven (which turned out to be false- "not public restroom sorry" even if we bought something there). I was so pissed, pun intended. Both of these businesses lost my business, and we went to Chevron instead where I bought some snacks to support their business. Ross fail. read more

I took my sister shopping in San ysidro what a disappointment, employees seem not to care about customers, try to get assistance and was ignored twice, then I went to registers and cashier were even worst, just unprofessional, unfriendly just rude. read more

Went to Ross's to look around. This location has more selection. I was browsing through some cute tops and found a lavender and white top that came with a matching necklace. Cost of the top was $11.99. My daughter picked out two toys that costs $5.00 each. I love shopping at Ross's. So much to choose from. This location was fairly clean, but there were so many people at this location. The lines went fairly quick. When I went to the register to pay my items, the cashier was quick ringing my items up. I think I paid around $40 for everything I got. Not bad. There is plenty of parking in front of the store. Come here early cause a lot of people are at this location in the afternoon on the weekends. It tends to get crowded and lines can get long. I have been to other Ross's and there is hardly anything to choose from. read more

Shopped at this location a few weeks back today I had to return something from Ross and looked at their receipt and I was charged twice for one item call the manager at this location whose name is Maria she was no help she was very rude I told her that I live all the way in East County and she said there's nothing she can do for me and hung up in my face very rude customer service not helpful at all especially that it's their issue not mine double charging me I'm waiting to hear back from corporate and I hope that the calls are recorded so they can hear how their employee treated a paying customer read more

I have been popping into this location for years. I have to say it never disappoints. I love the fact they are open late. I always come out with a couple big bags. No its NOT Macy's or Nordstroms you have to take your time and bring your patience. Lots to go through and excellent prices on luggage. I always find good basics at Ross and lots of dressy stuff too. Yes its messy and crowded but the savings are worth it ! Just give yourself extra time you'll be ok ! Can't wait to go back !!!!!!! read more

A little better than the one close to 7-Eleven across the Las Americas Outlet. Employees are more friendlier, more selection, store is a lil bigger, and I am having fun finding stuff. But of course it still has the same issues; Long Lines. Not a fan of long lines so its best to get your behind here early to get first dibs. read more

I love Ross, don't get me wrong. I've been to this one twice and each time they have a pretty great selection. So great in fact, last night my mom and I spent nearly two hours there. We browsed the entire store and had quite a bit in our carts. We were being watched heavily by one of the female employees. She came and checked on us in the dress section, and once again while we were trying on clothes. We didn't think much of it until we were checking out at the register. She was up front, speaking to the store's security when she sent someone from Loss Prevention to come check what we were purchasing. The woman looked in our cart, and then turned the cashier's monitor toward her and browsed the monitor. She laughed, then walked back to the podium where security and the other female employee were standing. Then, they all began somewhat snickering and staring at my mother and I. All the while there were people standing in line behind us. It was so incredibly embarrassing and rude. I understand the need to make sure people aren't stealing, but don't be so rude and juvenile about it. If we were stealing, we wouldn't have left with $80 worth of merchandise. Also, the store was in shambles, which most discount stores usually are. But this was excessive, the girls supposed to be doing closing routine seemed to be more interested in socializing with one another. It was extremely unprofessional and frustrating when you're trying to navigate through carts full of items needing to go back. They get one extra star for a good selection, but we won't be returning to this location. read more

This store is seriously understaffed. I was just here and the store is a complete mess. I waited 30 minutes for someone to help me with jewelry. I then went to the security guard and told her if she could please call someone to help me. She instructed me to get a number and push the button. Something I had already done, and explained to her I had been waiting for a while, she said to just press the button again. I waited 15 minutes until I finally decided to leave. That was so unprofessional, various employees looked at me straight in the eye and did not even bother to ask if I needed help. First and last time I come here. read more

I went to this Ross to purchase some items and return some others. After having my selection for purchase I got into the "Return and Exchanges" line as there was a sign with an arrow separating purchases line from Returns and Exchanges. I was the only one in this line and there was only one lady in the purchase line . As I stood in this " Returns and Exchanges" line patiently waiting for my turn, the purchase line began to fill up quickly. It wasn't after the purchase line was packed that a very rude male associate with very long dark hair came up to me and told me that if I was returning items it's the same line as purchase. I explained to him that I had been waiting in this line for quite some time and that there was a sign outside separating the two lines. I even asked him if he could help me out considering the other line was already packed. He then very aggressively stretch his arm right in front of me to reach for the sign and switch the direction the sign pointed and proceeded to say "if you have a problem fix it with the manager". I felt very poorly treated. I didn't even bother to speak with the manager of this store. It seems to me that if this store's associates are this rude and compulsive there must be some poor management going on as well. I calmly got my things and went to the Ross across the street located on the same shopping plaza as the Las America's Premium Outlets.
