Although this location isn't far, it's my least favorite store to visit. I love Ross, but this one is such a turn off. It just feels abandoned. Merchandise often on the floor. Staff is unhelpful and, at times, rude. I don't really shop here. It's more just to do returns. I would rather drive an extra 25 minutes down the road to the PG Plaza location where I can guarantee I'll find something. There's now a new policy where they check your items and your receipt. So, this store was a hot mess. It was torn up! It was akin to unorganized thrift store-ish looking. I saw children tearing open top packaging so they could play with the items. I honestly had no reason to stop in here other than I wanted to waste some time and was not looking forward to fighting the traffic that was forming in the parking lot. I came in here and only had the purpose of browsing. Out of the many Ross location I have come across in the region, this was by far the worst one at this point. They really lacked on a lot of things in here. To me, it felt like they didn't have a lot of items overall to make the space feel stocked. Like they were missing a key component to make me want to shop. I didn't find a single thing in here and left empty handed. Which was kind of a let down because with the proximity to other stores, this could have been an excellent spot to do some of my regular shopping. read more

I love shopping! The store is pretty busy but it isn't messy like other Ross locations that I have been to.

Average selection of clothing and home goods merchandise. There's also a large section baby stuff, a small area with furniture, and a small outdoor selection. Lots of 4XL men's clothing but very few small sizes, alas. I was looking for some exercise machine mats ($10), some gloves ($5), and a weighted ball ($13), which I found so I'm satisfied with finding what I needed. Checkout staff with pink and orange hair carried on a full conversation with her coworkers during the checkout interactions, but there was no line so I was pleased about that. read more

This is great store and I've found some nice deals in the past few years. I stopped by the other day after a long time away and the store was in desperate need to decent, respectful, and considerate CUSTOMERS. There is no way a store would look this way if the people shopping would just pick up after themselves. It's really not that hard and the employees that work here are NOT our maids. read more

Come on already! This store is in between many suburban neighborhoods but this location seems to be the bottom of the barrel. It's ALWAYS a disorderly mess, dirty and mostly short staffed! The lines are ALWAYS long. I noticed the reorganization of the inside which is better. I almost feel like management should let 15 people in at a time to help w keeping the store in order. Some people that go in there don't care about anything and just drop things on the floor and leave things out of place. These people should be asked to leave. Lots of great finds but not worth the headache of the mess and the long lines. read more

There are good sales and prices if you can find anything you are looking for. I didn't need anything and probably would never have gone into the store if I wasn't with my mom who wanted to do something rather than watching me work. I did end up picking up a toilet paper roll holder and some cups that I can put vinyl on and sell... but nothing I needed per se. As someone else pointed out the rug section the aisle was unpassable since everything fell on the floor and was just left there. It didn't look like a recent collapse but there for a while. You sell bungee cords - mark one as a loss and use it to hold the rugs in place. The loss of the bungee cords will be far cheaper for your corporate organization than the lawsuit if someone or someone's kid gets hurt (or heck go to the Dollar store next door and buy one). It is also worth mentioning the line was crazy long even with 5 registers open. I am not sure how that is even possible since the store wasn't that busy... unless everyone was just in line? Meh. I went to Ross to look for a small area rug and could not believe that the staff has this store looking like this. After taking this picture, I turned around and left right out of the store. I originally wrote a scathing review while I was standing in their amusement-park-length line, but I didn't post it because I made a vow to never post while I'm angry. I'm glad I didn't because it gave me a chance to make peace with the fact that I'm "middle class" only for self esteem purposes. You start paying income taxes and making student loan payments, and it becomes easy to fall into the trap of thinking that you're a human being deserving of respect. But this place helped put things back into perspective. If I wanted fast or non-existent lines, I'd put a kidney on the black market and shop at Nordstrom. That's not the path I'm on right now. My current path leads me to a store that gets two stars because they have the same pants I saw in Macy's for about $30 cheaper. But that's all the stars they're gonna get. They lose one star for the line and two stars for the TSA style security they have outside the dressing room. Nothing says "we don't trust you" like being told that you can't just show that you have two items in your hand. You have to hand them to the person in front of the door so that she can put them on a rack and pat them down from top to bottom and run her hand inside them in full view of the camera overhead. I saw a woman walking with a two year old who had a toy in his hand about 18 inches long. They took that from him as if he was going to stuff it inside his diaper in the dressing room. You can never be too safe. On second thought, I like the delusion of being worthy of appreciation as a customer and not bearing the assumption of guilt. It was unorganized, and the staff was rude. And not just regular, I'm too busy rude. But angry, I hate my life and working here rude. I swear if I didn't need a cardigan really quick after having underestimated the weather, I would've threw that Damn sweater at the guy holding up the dress rack while he was texting his proctologist or sponsor or whatever was more important than looking up. I have never been a fan of Ross because it always seems to be cluttered and chaotic. I went to this Ross with a friend of mine and I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it was the height of the Christmas season, there wasn't much of a crowd. The store was nicely decorated and everything in its proper place. I realized I have been sleeping on Ross. We went in looking for bakeware and found a bonaza of cookware and bake ware. I will definitely have to give my Ross at home a try! read more

Now first I went to a job interview here before last year and the manager yawned and called me boring not only was I offended but I also had to see her a lot because this is one of my fav Ross's. Then last week my boyfriend found some shoes he liked and went to his car to get shoes he had to exchange since they were too small. He didn't take the other shoes out he handed them to me, the security guard chased him down and seen he had nothing and said never mind. Hit or miss finding something for myself to wear. Always find great deals for the kids and home décor or kitchen items. Always a great deal. I have seen the same items at the mall for 3 times the retail price. I bought a dress shirt for my son at Khols, same brand style everything and then went to Ross the very same day and saw it for literally a 3rd of the price... crazy!
