While the delay was understandable, it highlighted the importance of strong scheduling and dispatch coordination. During the visit, Tyler and Aaron identified several condensate drains that had not yet been tied into the sewer system and completed that final installation step. This proactive work likely prevented future moisture‑related damage to walls or flooring, and we are grateful for their diligence. Their problem‑solving skills, tenacity, and customer‑focused approach stood out and gave us confidence in the long‑term reliability of our equipment. One led to widespread leaking (where they didn't attach the hose properly to the unit to have it drain out) that ruined our second floor ceiling and destroyed a closet. Over a year later, we started to see our living room unit leak water profusely. An agent was sent out yesterday to fix it, but lacked a ladder and said he would be back. He never was, and attempts to get someone out here again have been met with bald faced lies - "we have no record of a visit set up." These people do not install these heat pumps correctly. We have had widespread damage to our house as a result of their negligence. Do not use them EVER. Not only is their installation crappy and negligent, but their communication is faulty and suspect. Do not waste your money.

They were very professional and friendly. The quote was a little on the pricy side but they explained what was needed to bring my place to code and how the last plumber cut corners. They did an amazing job with the add ons and it worked great. I noticed a discrepancy in my bill and they fixed it right away which shaved off $300. No arguments. I recently received a follow up call from my city inspector. I didn't realize Maine law requires inspection of heater installations. Last plumber neglected to do this. The guy who came over to inspect the heater said it was premium work and explained that the next replacement should be a quicker install and less expensive because it was done correctly. My water has never been this hot. I would use them again.
