Stopped in and we got the pepperoni, which comes with hot honey, and the Signature Margherita, which has San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, basil cream, and fresh basil. Both were truly amazing, next time I will venture further into the menu but the pepperoni will for sure be one of my go-tos. I also love the story behind Rossanos! The owner started out making pizzas from his house, then took it on the road with a food truck, and now has this beautiful permanent location. You can really tell there's a lot of passion behind the food and the business. They're located right on Congress in Delray, close to the Delray/Boynton border, in a small strip mall with plenty of parking. **There are a few tables outside, but it is primarily take-out! After reading some reviews I decided to try them last night. Big mistake. First and foremost I almost tripped and fell on the uneven cement walkway from parking lot. Second very small and uncomfortable standing inside to wait for pizza. Third a small refrigerator with limited drinks available. Fourth and most important I order a 16" cheese pizza $23 with tax was just awful! Way too salty very undercooked sauce too tangy and cheese underwhelming. Idk if we went on a bad day where something went wrong, but the entire store smelled like something spoiled, kinda like rotten eggs. The minute I walked in I would have walked out. But my husband wanted to try it. It's take out only and very cramped even for that. They have a case for slices and they aren't marked, which is a biggggg problem. How am I suppose to know what I want by the time I get to the register? There was no menu by the door. There are some at the register but none at the door. The menu tells you the slices they have but not what is on them. I was going to get a slice of what seemed like white pizza but I asked since there is not sign and was told there was truffle/oil on it. This is a to go place, a small picnic table outside but that is all. Service was good and fast, opening another location soon. Selection was limited when i went in regards to slices. Slices there are scicilian style (square) but if your order a pie its round. Overall QQQQZZAit waa not bad, thw dough is nice and airy, its great for butter and or dipping into oil. Great find! This was recommended from Ana from Anna's Killer Empanadas next door as having a very good . The Uruguayan chef Italian and just finished 3rd in a pizza making contest in Naples. That's Naples Italy not Florida. It was tough to choose between the truffle, ham and cheese, the sausage Cacio E Pepez, a spicy Calabrian or pepperoni. We tried two different slices (pepperoni and the sausage) and were impressed when fresh imported cheese was sprinkled on top. The crust was crispy and the sauces, pepperoni, sausage, etc were exceptional. We will be back! Further if you are accustomed to pizza New York style, this is a good one. You will be glad you went here. While it is basically a take-out, there is a picnic table outside but then again pizzas are always better after they cool off and you can taste the cheeses, spices, etc better than just coming out of the oven. Such a surprise! My friend told me about this pizza so I had to try it. The store front is in a strip mall on Congress and has plenty of parking right in front of the door. The store is very small - it's really a place to pick up a pizza - or a slice! There is a picnic table in the parking lot that is available! I had one slice of pepperoni pizza - - it's the best I've had here in south Florida! The slice is about 8.00 and is almost too big to eat. I'm a stickler for pizza. I'm very hard to please when it comes to pizza. It has to have the perfect cheese to sauce to dough ratio, AND a perfect crust. What is the sense in having a pizza with delicious toppings if it's flopping all over the place? And don't even get me started on the importance of the perfect sauce! (Because it was delivered, I'm unable to tell you about the decor, service or what the store looks like, but at the end of the day who cares because we're there for the pizza!) Oh my goodness! Let's get into the pizza! By far this was the best pizza I've ever had in South Florida. Ever!! I had two slices; a slice of the signature margarita, and a slice of the Sausage Cacio E Pepe (which had Alfredo sauce). The signature margarita pizza was absolutely divine. All of the ratios were met, perfectly, and the sauce had such an amazing flavor. Not overpowering, not too spicy, it literally was exactly complete. But then! Then I had the white sausage pizza,and I thought I died and went to heaven! The quality of that sausage was obvious, and was SO delicious! If I wasn't at a party, and other people weren't there, I probably would have had about six more slices. There was lots of different pies available. My friend had the pepperoni and said it was incredible, and even the cheese looked perfect. I was so happy to find that they have a local store that I can order from, and trust me I will be ordering! This new player on the pizza scene in Palm Beach County is formidable. I guess he's had a food truck on N Federal Hwy for a while, so he's already acquired a large following... with good reason, the pizza is great! Stopped by and ordered a large Pepperoni and Onion pie and had a square slice as well... both fantastic. Was able to speak to the chef while I waited... he's a super nice guy... he lives and breathes pizza. The quality is apparent, light and airy crust, sort of sweet, tangy tomato sauce. Cheese so good, pepperoni high quality too. Great stuff! Special shout out to Ludmila, who took our order at the front counter. She was so pleasant and provided the best service! Sauce is excellent with high quality mozzarella. Dough is different from his Neapolitan style at the food truck but very good, light, not dense or heavy. Easy takeout spot, 2 tables outside. They also have sandwiches! That 2 star review must like salty low quality pizza because this is all fresh high quality ingredients. I grew up eating pizza in New York City. Patsy's in Harlem, Ray's in Greenwich Village, Grimaldi's when it opened in Brooklyn. And of course 40 years of eating slice after slice ordered at different pizza parlor windows all over the city, pizza to eat while walking. I'm familiar with pizza that's what I'm saying. This is the best pizza I've had in Florida, and I've been here looking for good pizza for over 20 years. These people are artists and care deeply about serving great food. The first time I walked in I ordered a square slice of margarita (they only sell square slices - though you can get round pies) and it completely blew my mind. They present it like a gourmet meal which, given how it tastes, is entirely appropriate. It comes out of the oven and gets carried to their finishing table; Parmesan is freshly grated into the slice and is followed by a drizzle of olive oil. Only then is it presented to the customer. My wife and I split that first piece as we waited for more to be finished and looked at each other in stunned silence. Finally, more than 20 years after arriving in Florida, just 12 months before we will be leaving the state to move back to the Northeast, we found the holy grail of pizza. Thank you everyone at Roassano's for delivering the best pizza either of us has had in decades. We will miss you when we leave! read more

I see most reviews are favorable so this is a contrarian opinion and perhaps we went on a bad night as the establishment was very busy. We tried a few pies and were disappointed and ended not eating them. The dough lacked crispiness and everything on top lacked flavor and it seemed as if something was missing and after reading so many good reviews I found the pies disappointing. As stated, maybe we went on an off evening. Per managements response: I had the Margherita Pie and a Vegetable Pie and we didn't like either. Excellent Pizza whose owners speak Italian Fluently. It is well known that Italy makes some of the best pizza in the world. This Rome/Naples pizza has a flavorful red sauce, cheese and a delicious crust which is crunchy on the outside with warm airiness in the inside. It packs a flavorful punch without the heaviness that unfortunately comes with some other styles of pizza. The Signature Margarita Pizza is what I recommend. Gratzi!! A really good side note.
