I'll do my best to convey what an incredible experience this has been but I feel I may fall short. It's been beyond extraordinary; 1) the team, 2) the design, 3) the execution, 4) the management, 5) the customer service, 6) the follow up. It started with a couple questions which (believe it or not), not one other builder we met with asked, "What did you have in mind? Who are you looking to entertain?" Simple questions but never having had a pool, we didn't know what we wanted. What we did know was that our backyard would be challenging since our house sits on top of a major slope. In fact, many of the builders we met with (high end luxury builders at that) didn't even want to tackle the slope issue. Instead, they recommended we tear down a number of trees to get to where the ground levels before building. Pristine not only tackled the slope issue, they embraced it and built a resort that makes you feel at one with nature. As I sit in the hot tub and look out over the space they've created, I feel as I'm sitting in a tree house. It's truly breathtaking. He talked through any prior water retention issues I had, and came up with a plan to future proof our house from any flooding that could happen with big storms. The crew were back out within a few days and executed the plan as Cliff specified. The laborers placed one of the pop-ups a little too close to the house, and without any intervention, the day-of-supervisor spoke with me to let me know they would extend it according to plan, and corrected everything. They also replaced my sump pump, which was not the easiest thing due to a seized grate closure (see pics), and at a fraction of the price quoted by plumbers. I was really impressed with how quick everything was completed, and for a job like this (digging long trenches to run PVC), my yard looks nearly immaculate. They gave me instructions to heal the grass patches so my lawn would look as it did before in no time. After the work was done, Cliff reached out to make sure all was working well when it rained.
