Given the calmness of the team and the way they orchestrated the day, I didn't use anything but a local anesthetic. No general anesthesia and no nitrous oxide. They were great. No pro-active call within a day or 2 to see how I was feeling after the procedure, ok fine. By Saturday, I had the worst pain, swelling, and could see the extraction site was infected. I left 2 voicemails on Saturday on their emergency on call line, never received a call back until Monday (11.24) afternoon after they read my review on Google, which they've since removed apparently! I had to go to my Doctor-MD for antibiotics! Will never return to this practice, will alert my Dental insurance provider and my regular Dentist to not refer to them as well!
