Even years later, they're amazing as always. Every staff member is so kind, warm, and caring. I have an awful time with the x-rays, but Lauri was SO gentle and patient. It was the most painless x-ray I've ever done. I would go here just for her. And Dr. Eric Miller is similarly amazing - kind, efficient, and communicative. I had some stains on my teeth and he went out of his way to make sure he got them all, and now my teeth sparkle. :) Going to the dentist is never fun, but Issaquah Highlands Dental Group makes doing so 1,000 times better! Also: One of my favorite things about this dental group is that they are 100% transparent up front about costs. I'm never wondering mid-procedure whether I'll be paying a huge fee afterward. They check with my insurance for me and always make sure I'm aware of and agree with the charges before doing anything. Insurance can be a pain to figure out, and this level of transparency puts Issaquah Highlands Dental Group above and beyond all other providers.

My general dentist saw my X-ray and referred me to a different periodontist to have it fixed. This process is taking a very long time. It is still a traumatic experience for me. I would like to get my money and time back. Also when I called the emergency number when something came off from my implant, he asked me to take a picture of it and send to me. I did. After a couple of text message exchanges, he just stopped replying to me. I was so disappointed and he didn't even call me during office hours. I had to complain to the office admin staff.

After that was completed, the doctor and I worked together to decide the best treatment option for me. I felt comforted that he spent extra time answering all of my questions and concerns. I don't love going to the dentist, but it was a welcoming environment and I could tell they really take pride in caring for their patients. The staff at Issaquah Endodontics were so incredibly kind and welcoming that it really took some of the edge off for me. Dr. Gabel was outstanding. I had to have a root canal done so my nerves were both literally and figuratively wracked. Dr. Gabel said "the best root canal is one you don't feel" and he made absolutely sure I was in no pain at all. It takes a lot to make me calm in this types of situations ever since my previous bad dental experience but he was so cool, calm and collected - it was obvious I was in excellent care. The whole time I was thinking "man, this guy is a pro." He really is. I don't recommend needing a root canal but if you ever do, Dr. Gable is your guy.

His skillset has provided me with exceptional pain relief, while performing with great bedside manner and explanatory dialogue during the treatment.
