    I think 70% of this business is legitimate and the rest of the missing percentage are where Hans and the company thrive on false advertisement, lying, cheating, stealing. Which, sadly, is the result of MANY dealerships. Where knowledge is traded for trust but then abused for money grubbing power. A 1995 Land Rover was sold as "restored" and "new paint" and as a "daily driver." Not a single word on the advertisement, with the exception of the year - make and model, was true. Please look at the photos of our "restored daily driver defender." This is a $25k car at best. Sold for $65k - massive social media awareness of this fraud.

    So initially I gave this place a stellar review. It's a super nice clean place, and I have zero complaints about the homies that work there. My issue is with the money hungry owners who make these wild prices. This is my second time here, as I initially took my '24 Triumph Striple 765 R in here for its first service back in the first week of January 2025. That service ran me $342.43, which I thought was pretty expensive, but it was the first service, and I figured they went through and changed the fluids and made sure things were ship shape. But this time (I'm writing this the day of the service), I brought it in for just a regular oil change, and the charge was $369.65. For an oil change. The bike isn't some $50k Italian exotic that needs to be pampered, it's a bottom of the range British triple. There's a massive difference between paying for a service and getting gouged. Nice shop, but know when you're getting had.

    If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I purchased a brand new vehicle from them in February 2021, but within one to two weeks, I experienced major electrical issues with the tail lights, turn signals, brake lights, and day lights, which were blowing out fuses every time I used them. After bringing the vehicle in for repairs, I was told the issue had been resolved, only to have the same problem return and persist for four to six weeks. Even now, the tail lights still do not work, and I have also had to deal with an oil leak on top of everything else. Despite filing a lemon law case after six months of returning to the dealership with the same ongoing issues, I received nothing but lip service and empty promises. To make matters worse, the dealership even offered to replace my vehicle with a Frankenstein vehicle made from other parts, which was a year older and missing parts, including the differential that was taken and placed on my vehicle. As if that wasn't enough, the dealership and manufacturer refused to honor the 36-month warranty on my brand new vehicle, and I was left with no other option but to file a lawsuit. The owner of the dealership, Hans, even tried to bribe me into dropping the lawsuit by offering to "help me out" if I did so - a shady business practice if there ever was one. I had also purchased prepaid oil services for over $1,188, which I expect to be reimbursed for, given that this vehicle is a lemon and there is a clear breach of contract going on with Ural. Despite the ongoing issues with the dealership and manufacturer, the dealership refused to service my vehicle, even though it was under warranty for 36 months, and I could only take it to that dealership. It's outrageous that I was expected to drop the lawsuit against the manufacturer just to get my vehicle serviced. In short, I do not recommend this dealership at all. Dealing with them has been nothing but a 2+ year headache with no results to show for it. The owner, Hans, has absolutely no integrity, and if he did, this review would not exist. Even when he was supposed to deliver the bike, he used the same excuse when they were supposed to pick up the vehicle - "someone got into an accident." It's insulting to be treated like this by someone who owns a dealership and only knows one tow truck driver. This is still not settled, and my bike is still sitting at Hans' dealership. I might have been born at night, but I certainly wasn't born yesterday. Still have not received a refund, when I do I'll post with stamp date

    Just purchased a cayenne coupe from Lawerence at Rosso and could not have had a better experience. They even beat my credit union financing through their connections. Sabrina helped so much with the purchase of the car and it was such a memorable day. Shoutout Rosso!

    5+ Star experience, as good as it gets and then some. You will not find a better dealership to work with or people to do business with. Hans and Nick were superb from start to finish. There's 5 stars and then there's a + added in for quality. From the first interaction to the last it felt professional and flawless. ROSSO CORSA is a high end business with staff who treat people the right way and make sure you leave with a good feeling, that you're appreciated as a customer. I highly recommend you give the team here a chance, you won't be dissapointed. no gimics, no games, no hidden dealer fees, just sincere professionals who take care of their products, their presentation, their passion, and are polished all around. Agreed on a price ahead of time, communicated through email, placed a deposit, spoke on the phone, came in, filled in some paperwork, spent some time with the guys, did a walk through, picked up the bike, rode it home, and everything went perfectly as planned. This has been the best dealership experience I've had to date and wanted to share for anyone looking at reviews for future consideration.

    Just got my delivery of a 2022 Ural Gear Up From Rosso Corsa this morning, everything is copacetic, very smooth transaction, Hans and Nick are great to deal with. After Ski closed up Triquest in Santa Clara I was kinda lost, there's a closer dealership to me than Rosso, about an hour and a half away but them being a multi brand bike dealership that mainly sold the big four, side by sides and Canned Hams I was hesitant to order a Ural From a Ural dealership that had no Ural stock, No Ural pics from customers, and just one used Ural on the showroom floor. Once again thanks Hans&Nick!

    I called Hans regarding a 2017 Aprilia Tuono V4 on a Rainy Sunday. He notified me that if I was interested in the bike he would have Nick come in and show me the bike (on a day they are closed). I drove up from San Diego and met Nick. Nick was professional and courteous. He showed me everything I needed about the bike. He was not pushy at all and gave me all the time I needed. I decided to purchase the bike and worked out the BEST deal I have ever gotten on a motorcycle. I could not be happier. Best part is he even worked out the shipping to San Diego with the deal. I have nothing but great things to say about Rosso Corsa. Their inventory for both cars and bikes are insane. Definitely worth checking out.

    I was looking for a Ural motorcycle to ride with my dogs, and was recommended to Rosso Corsa by a local dealer who just retired. The owner, Hans, answered my questions on the online chat very promptly and professionally. The price was already very good compared to other dealers, and Hans offered to cover the cost to deliver the motorcycle all the way to Richmond, California. After I decided to buy the motorcycle, Nick helped me with the paperwork and delivery. He was very nice and friendly. In less than two weeks, my motorcycle was delivered. I never thought buying a vehicle online was so easy. The whole transaction was smooth from start to finish, and my dream to ride with my dogs came true. I highly recommend this dealer.

    What can I say? I just purchased a 2018 Maserati Ghibli and the service was incredible!! Nick in finance was amazing, very responsive to all my inquiries. It was a no pressure sale. Because he still couldn't provide an accurate estimate on how much longer it would take after making me wait four hours, I ended up asking for his manager. After talking to the manager, they said they'll order the part immediately and I was able to drive off in ten minutes.

I feel bad for customers who may not know to do that research and could end up paying far more than they should. I work in sales myself, and experiences like this are exactly what give sales professionals a bad reputation. Honest sales builds trust. Shady tactics destroy it. This was incredibly disappointing because I wanted to continue doing business here. There is a huge difference between the trustworthy service department and the experience I had with the sales side. Still, I decided to visit anyway since I had nothing to lose. What I experienced only confirmed my concerns. Many of the reviews praising how "kind" and "helpful" the salespeople are simply did not match my experience and felt questionable. The dealership appears to be run by a Middle Eastern family and seems to cater largely to that community. There are Arabic signs throughout the place and many flashy, expensive cars. That in itself is not a problem. As a Hispanic person, I understand that some dealerships focus on particular communities--Mexican dealers may cater to Spanish speakers, and some Chinese dealerships market to new Chinese immigrants. That's simply how business works. However, in my experience the attitude changed drastically once negotiation began. It felt like they were used to dealing with wealthy overseas buyers who don't negotiate much. When I tried to negotiate, the tone became hostile and disrespectful. I was mocked, yelled at, and verbally abused. I also got the strong impression that customers who don't look wealthy--or who are Hispanic, Black, Asian, or otherwise perceived as not fitting their typical buyer profile--may be treated differently. Based on what I experienced and some patterns I noticed in other reviews, the behavior can come across as xenophobic and borderline discriminatory once they assume you might not be able to afford the car. If you still decide to visit, I strongly recommend going alone. Don't bring your girlfriend, wife, parents, or friends unless you're comfortable with the possibility of being insulted in front of them if negotiations don't go their way. Personally, I would suggest looking elsewhere. In today's economy, many used car dealerships are struggling and buyers often have more negotiating power than before. There are plenty of other places where you can get a better deal and be treated with professionalism and respect.

I confirmed the listing before heading down because I didn't want to waste a trip. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle wasn't actually available. Not only that, but the "new" Odyssey was supposedly a loaner vehicle that was still on the way from Honda and wouldn't even be available for another 60 days. That's not what was advertised. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic -- advertise an aggressive price to drive clicks and get people in the door, only to tell them the car isn't really available once they show up. Driving two hours based on inaccurate information is incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. If you're shopping from out of town, I'd strongly recommend getting written confirmation with a VIN and verifying that the vehicle is physically on the lot before making the drive. I wish I had. Very disappointing experience

    I want to be fair with this review, so I'm going to lay out exactly what happened and let you…read moredecide for yourself. The Good: Zed runs a no-nonsense operation. No pressure tactics, no surprise fees, fair pricing, and a quick and easy transaction. It's refreshing compared to the typical used car dealer experience, and I genuinely appreciated that. The Bad: I drove off the lot and immediately noticed two warning lights on the dash: charging port fault and airbag. You know how cars flash a few lights on startup and they disappear within seconds? That's what I assumed. Besides, you're spending $50K+ on a car and you don't expect to drive away with these active warnings. I simply trusted Zed on that. Both turned out to be real issues. $1,400 paid to fix it. During my inspection, one of the Falcon Wing doors hesitated when opening. Zed said it was probably the sun, shade, or dust interfering. I took his word for it. It wasn't. $650 quote from Tesla. One week later, a steering rack warning appeared. $4,000 quote. Total damage in week one: over $6,000 on top of the purchase price. My Take: I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he didn't know about these issues. But either way, it's clear these cars aren't being thoroughly inspected before they hit the lot. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could, but $6,000+ in repairs within a week makes 4 stars hard to justify. Would I buy from here again? "Maybe..." But next time I'm bringing my own inspector, spending more time on the test drive, and checking every light, every panel, and every moving part myself. Bottom line: Good dealer. Smooth process. But do NOT skip a thorough pre-purchase inspection. Do NOT assume the car is in good condition because you're having a good experience during your time at the dealership.

I was nervous as I arrived alone and every past experience with dealerships has been abrupt & rude and had felt like I got had at some level. The day before, I had consulted with Carmax who offered $1,900 less than the online Kelley Blue Book offer. The week before that, a friend offered to help me sell my Jeep but he tried to get me to sign my title without a date saying that's what all sellers do in advance of selling cars. (Never sign the title until the money has been surrendered to you and the buyer is standing in front of you. I felt betrayed and disappointed by the so-called "friend". I had already contacted a shop owner & friends who only purchase Jeeps. They all wanted to buy my Jeep but times are tough lately & no one was liquid to purchase. I'm telling you all this to let you know how discouraged and roughed up I was feeling by the time I arranged my appoint my for Phillips Auto to see my Jeep. I am spreading the word now that your experience with Phillips will also feel great. You will be greeted in a friendly, professional casual manner. I finally met the affable Andreas (who had been communicating with me about my Jeep I was thinking of selling) and the impressive Bianca who feels like a friend from the start. She is in charge and you feel comfortable and charmed and informed. Both are kind and efficient while appraising my vehicle. Bianca's experienced eye and candor helps the checklist go fast. Their offer price was transparent and fair; very close to my Kelley Blue Book estimate. I chose to finalize selling my Jeep to Phillips because they gave me a fair offer and did not waste my time. Also, there was no pressure; they gave me the time I needed to call a couple friends' approval to hear their thumb's up. I got free water & a peaceful environment despite other customers & representatives doing business. The showroom is busy but not loud or bustly. Yes, I could have gone privately to sell my Jeep. But I had to get real with myself; I have never sold a vehicle privately before & my Jeep was older & would need time & investment of staging it well to sell it in my own. I did not have the knowledge to do all the trudge work necessary & not the time to meet & haggle with prospective buyers when Phillips has the staff & equipment to pass the Wrangler along to someone who would be just as happy with it as I have been driving it. The paperwork was quick. Phillips will do everything needed. All I did was sign & cancel my car insurance--and that process was not as nice as selling the car, wouldn't you know?! (I certainly felt taken advantage of by my car insurance later that day. That is a different and not as cheerful of a Yelp review & I have been with the same insurance company for 40 years.) Phillips treated me better on our first transaction than my long term insurance agent. Phillips Auto even provided me a complimentary Uber ride home. The wonderful element about Phillips is integrity & decency at this family-owned dealership. My car insurance franchise is also family-owned. Mind boggling with how wonderful I regard Phillips Auto. I'm going to keep referring all whom I care about to do business with Phillips Auto. Bianca is stellar. Please tell her you read this review. She is great people!!
