They were super responsive and reached out almost immediately following my online inquiry. When I arrived, I was greeted and from there, everyone was lovely. No one was aggressive or pushy. I was prepared to leave if I didn't like how it drove or pricing was an issue or pricing for payment/percentage. My appointment was with Colton but because I was coming from Cruces and was about 10 mins late I was assisted by Frank who was great. He was transparent about everything. What their profit was. What could/couldn't be done. Because I don't live in Roswell and Cruces is a bit far, I didn't get the advantage of the oil change for a year but I'm not upset about that. Roswell is a bit of a hike from Cruces but it was totally worth the drive for this Jeep. Totally worth it. Super nice folks. They weren't pushy, aggressive, or trying to upsell anything for any reason. All things I can get behind and respect. Very happy with my decision and with them.

Nope not in this case where in August 2026 the Manager for parts hasn't even ordered the engine nor try to resolve this issue and they only have 1 certified mechanic to do the job! You would think that manger would try to hire other certified mechanics to fix recalls not in this case, so I had to call Toyota Corporate to have them fix this problem and make it happen fast because it's been 8 months with no new engine, no time frame, no solutions nothing. So, Toyota corporate called a dealership closer to Roswell who could make this problem better and she did she was able to get us scheduled next week and there paying for our loaner and would have our truck up and ready within a week by 1 of the 5 certified mechanics at their Toyota dealership. All I have to say is POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE PARTS AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT KRUMLAND AUTO GROUP!!!

The sale and delivery was fine, it was later after I got back to Albuquerque that the problem arise with the finance dept. My loan process was fine, but I got a call from the finance dude requesting that I complete an emissions test. Since the truck was being registered in Albuquerque, an emissions test was required in order to complete the registration. They are not required in Roswell. I did this immediately, then emailed copies of the test, plus the copy of the receipt for $25. I was told I would be reimbursed. I called this guy immediately after emailing these documents to follow up that he did receive them. He affirmed that he had, and I quote, "I will personally walk this receipt upstairs and make sure the check is issued today." It's been 6 weeks today, and I still haven't received the reimbursement. I've been calling and emailing weekly, and again have been assured that he would "check on it." Still no check, zero feedback ever on the status, and my contacts being less friendly each week. I guess I'm to assume that I'm being blown off. Why not? They got their sale. I'm more than happy with my truck. I'm disappointed that I haven't been respected as a customer.

Thank the Lord we did. As we turned in to Flagstaff made it to circle K, we he a loud noise, engine light went on, oil light turned on so we parked. All the oil leaked out, we walked next door to auto zone, the sales guy walked with us to the car, looked under the car and told us there was no oil plug. We were stranded there over night. Next morning had it towed to Brake masters, he put oil and also stated there was no oil plug so whoever changed the oil did not tighten the oil plug so it popped off. With the Grace of God we made it into town and not on the highway. All because of there negligent. This was Changed at the Hyundai in Roswell NM.

No special finance, no incentives no rebates...smh Today July 2024 I went to check and see if they had any drop in prices considering the Auto market is collapsing. And guess what? This Dealership still has their vehicles overpriced. Even after other dealerships across the nation had drop their prices significantly on this type of trucks, this dealership doesn't give a dam about customers. This dealership has their new or use vehicles marked up $10,000 to $15,000 over market value. Roswell, New Mexico is the worse place to buy a vehicle. You are better off buying out of state. You will still pay New Mexico taxes and fees no matter what state in the nation you buy in because you are a New Mexico resident. You always pay the taxes from the state you live in, not from the state you are buying from. Also, you are better off shopping online and comparing prices. You can get a better price up to $15,000 less. Stay away from Desert Sun motors in Roswell. They change their name to RICH MOTORS NOW. SAME CROOKS.

In fact it happens so often that Ford makes a special repair kit specifically to address this issue. It took them a week to fix and I thought everything was fine. In fact I gave them a 5star review on a different platform. Well here we are less than 10k miles later and the engine started miss firing. After a bit of digging around we went to remove the spark plug that Roswell Ford repaired and the whole Helicoil came out with the plug. The plug and Helicoil were covered in rust and debris. It turns out that they didn't use the Ford Spark plug repair kit made specifically for this issue. They used an off the shelf Helicoil that isn't suited for this application. If you want to know how they screwed up keep reading. The ford Helicoil has a large flange around the top edge. The spark plug seats against that lip instead of against the engine. By using a Helicoil with no flange the spark plug was pressing on the engine and pulling up on the coil. Eventually this caused a leak that let water in and combustion out. There is no excuse for this type of shoddy work. Ford has put out numerous bulletins about this issue and how to fix it. A quick Google search yields hundreds of examples of this happening and being repaired correctly and without further issues. Yet here I am paying a different shop an additional several thousand dollars to repair this correctly and clean up the damage caused by the shoddy repair. I tried to have this work done at another Ford Dealer where it MIGHT have been covered by the Ford dealer network warranty but the only dealership within towing distance refused to work on a vehicle older than 2013. It would have been cheaper in the long run to have the van towed to Albuquerque and fixed at a reputable shop like Advantage Automotive or Morris and Comanche.
