Located off Rt 3 in the same plaza as Lash Moi and Namaste Indian restaurant. Booking an appointment was pretty straightforward, and I felt fortunate to find availability this week. What was good? Plenty of parking and a cute storefront (jewelry, hand masks, bags, etc. Gave a sort of co-op feeling as there is also a hairdresser on site. Areas for improvement: Talk to the client, explain what will be involved in the facial, and advise them at every step. For example, when I put on a mask, you might feel some tingling. Probably the worst thing was this was a "dry facial". I inquired about this at the end, and she said she "wet her fingers and used a warm towel because she was concerned about my lashes." This was substandard service at best. There was mask residue on my neck and in my hairline. No lip balm at the conclusion of the service. Did not mention after-care instructions, whether sunscreen was applied, no lip balm or hand massage. Not sure if it is because she is untrained, unfamiliar with other skin types, or didn't care. I will not be returning.

I go to pay and they're saying it's $109. I explained to them the price difference and asked should I just get the Groupon since it's ringing up as $87 and they're charging me $109. To which the owner's daughter says "JUST CHARGE HER THE $89 and TELL HER TO GET THE FUCK OUT." To which I stated that was rude and handed the phone back to their front desk girl. The front desk girl realized something rude was said and apologized profusely. To reiterate I was calm, kind and professional the entire time. Had two appointments with Neasa today in the evening. When I got there, she said she was running…read more45 minutes late so I went to dinner with my son. When I returned 45 minutes later, Neasa told me that she still had another 45-60 minutes and that I should just book with her another night. Neasa never called before we got there to say she was running late and never attempted to have other stylists there cut our hair (they were all busy by the time Neasa told us to rebook). Neasa also never offered to make this up to us in any way (a small gesture would have been appreciated). We both had been customers of Neasa for about 6 months. Thought this could've been been handled more professionally.

She accused my mother of giving her fake money, threatened me with calling the police (who confirmed that the money was real) and had a very rude and disrespectful attitude by talking over me when I was just trying to calm the situation down. It started off by my mother asking for a receipt for proof of payment, Christian told my mother that she would text me saying that she received the $100 toward the balance for my hair. However, as soon as my mother left, she called me and asked me to have my mother come back because she did not "feel comfortable" taking cash with no receipt. Christian then kept calling me accusing my mother and I of giving her counterfeit money. Eventually my mother gets back to the Salon and the police arrive just to verify that the money was real. After suffering with alopecia taking care of my hair became very important to me and now I have to find a real hair stylist to get my hair done, because as of now my hair isnt done.
