I requested a different continuous oxygen concentrator or a filter change after one year. Instead if changing filter , it was swapped out. Well, it had to be turned up to 5 before getting decent air flow. So this week, again,, it was swapped out. It looked newer than orebiius ones. However, it ran one day but last night when I turned on, only one light a yellow one came on. I checked my cannula then found the filter. Below the photos appear to have black on the top and bottom of the filter. Looks like mold to me! I placed a call to them thus AM and was told it will be swapped out today. I won't hold my breath! I contacted Rotech as soon as they opened on Wed AM. I was assured thus unit would be switched out on Wed. When no one had shown up at 6, I called and was told they eiujd get in touch with the driver. It's a very good thing I called, the driver never got the message! He came around 8:30 and brought a new unit. I wish I had written down his name. He was another one if those home delivery guys that really care! The new unit is working perfect! read more

If zero stars was possible, that would be our rating! All oxygen equipment was returned to the Irving location 8/26/22. We have a copy of the return receipt. In spite of multiple phone calls they continue to bill us! I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend anyone use this company!! According to their ratings many others feel the same way!! read more

This Company is a complete mess. I require oxygen all day. The Hospital set me up with this Company. At first I could call or email and get oxygen within a few days. Then the policy changed to only getting delivery every 30 days. Now, it changed to every 42 days. So, I have 10 empty tall tanks sitting in my living room. Today was my delivery day , I get a call that they are out of tanks!! This is very frustrating considering I can't breathe. I would not use this Company if you depend on oxygen. I needed Oxogen after leaving the hospital for a respiratory illness. As it turned out I only needed it for a week. After leaving the hospital I needed a portable tank to return to go to a follow up doctors appointment a week later. I called Rotech and they would not deliver one to me even though I had called a week in advance. I then started calling them to pick up all the equipment that I was no longer using and the response was they could not pick up until a week later and I would have to wait home from 11:00 to 5:00 which I did and they did not pick it up. It took nearly 3 weeks to get them to pick up the equipment and only after I threatened to file a Medicare Fraud because they were getting paid for me to have the equipment all that time did they finally pick it up. Overall the people that answered the phones during this frustrating time were rude and unresponsive. read more

I have updated the rating for Rotech because a representative contacted me yesterday and listened to my concerns. He reminded me that they take these comments very seriously and want to gain the customer's trust. He asked what they could do to improve my experience. I said, I know your staff is working very hard but perhaps they are understaffed! But they should also see this problem from the customer's perspective. I have been very pleased from the gentlemen who have delivered the oxygen to my home. They could not be more helpful! read more

Horrible!!! Picked up father from the cancer center and their driver tried to run us off the road. What type of company employs people with no compassion for terminally ill patients?!! Phone number may not connect you to them. They don't explain a return policy. Called to say I was at door. Nothing happened. Tapped on window. Door opened & first words from employee were "Step back" said with a glare & terse voice. We both had masks on. I was probably 4 feet from her. She asked why I was there. As I was explaining she asked what did I want. I continued my explanation and she interrupted me again wanting to know why I was there. Obviously the phone call I placed saying I was coming and why never got there. I was let in and she entered a room on the right complaining about how rude I was! This has been the worst healthcare company I have ever dealt with. Everyone is helpful but once money is involved some are just greedy. I was set up for a machine and there was zero Metin of money owed. Apparently I had a past due balance and they wanted me to pay my copay before they delivered. They called me 10 minutes before delivery to tell me this. Well, I'd just been in the hospital and my deductible had been met so we agreed for me to pay 500 and was set up the next day. They called the next day and all those arrangements. Went out the window. I asked the person both days to have her Boss call me, asked for her bosses name, asked for their bosses name and this must be a secret society because they could not be given. It is ridiculous that they want to sell you a 14000 piece of equipment and you can't speak to a supervisor. If you have another choice. RUN. Find someone else. This company is terrible. read more

I have had sleep apnea for some time now. At the beginning of October I attempted to get a new cpap machine. They told me I had to get a prescription from my doctor. It was sent to them. They told me I had to come in to set it up. They have my sleep study. I asked if they could set it up and send it to me. They said they need permission from my doctor to do that. My doctor told them to go ahead and do it. They then said that I needed a new sleep study because they couldn't locate the original one. Medicare and my insurance company said they don't need one. Towards the end of last month, I contacted the home office to complain about all the excuses I was getting. Their home office indicated that they would contact them and call me back. I have called twice so far in November but have heard from no one. I found out they called my doctor and told him that I cancelled the prescription which I did NOT do. I'm stuck dealing with them because I would have to find another supplier and do another sleep study. I am disabled and it is extremely hard to do all this running around. read more
