This was a non-reparable situation where the furnace was at end of life and would have posed a carbon monoxide risk if it were to continue to run... it's replacement was mandatory. I called several places. Blissfield Heating and Plumbing responded the fastest, provided heaters electric heaters to keep the residents warm until the repair could have been made. It went down to 6° that night! The very next morning they were there with a new furnace and it was installed in a matter of hours.
