This was a little problematic: the sink drain developed an odor due to the fact that there wasn't enough if a trap to hold water in it to prevent odor from developing. He did come back to correct the problem at no extra charge. This was very much appreciated. There is nothing further that needs to be done/repaired to it! Thanks!

I got the run around with it and just ended up doing it myself after nearly a month of waiting. I'd still recommend them though even with that little issue at the end.

He was very quick to come in and repair leak by leak, from major pipes in the structure to small components in the bathroom sinks. While another estimate from a plumber was higher and included ripping through the bathroom cabinetry, Adam instead figured out how to access the leak through a much more accessible pantry to save money on the reconstruction. He swore up and down that it would be the greatest thing for our home ever. Well... it never worked properly, even with multiple visits to bleed the lines, and check the system. More recently they installed a brand new furnace and a/c system, which included all new ducting that they installed. One of the a/c vents on the ceiling in our main staircase has a watermark all the way around the outside. Since they did all the work, one would expect that they would come out and inspect it, right? Nope. After reaching out to them, Rich sent me a text, and I quote "We would have insulated around the register boots. You may want to have (insert another company name) take a look at them though". In my opinion, Hohler clearly doesn't stand by their work. I believe that they were upset because (the other company) was able to do part of job that they were initially going to do for us, for less than half the price. Keep in mind though that we'd already spent over 50k with Hohler. I would never recommend them to anyone. They themselves recommend calling the other company.
