Pizza was great, good crust and quality toppings, I went with the OG which was the straight pepperoni, it was the little ones that curl up into cups when baked. Side garden salad had mushrooms, tomatoes and bell peppers. I also had the hot wings with the buffalo sauce on the side. The wings are baked which is fine but they were wet and soggy even with the sauce on the side. Really not good. If you are going to do baked wings, that's great but people want that crispy skin. I still ate them but very disappointing. I will give the one near us in North Texas a try and see how that goes. read more

Nice atmosphere, extremely slow service, took over an hour from ordering to get our pizza. 2 hr meal overall for very mediocre food.

I went here the other night for dinner hoping for the best since it seems like the locals really like it, to my disappointment it was not as good as everyone hyped it up to be. I got the 8piece wings with medium sauce/seasoning and it literally just tasted like chicken that was dipped into a tip of salt and nothing else. The skin on the chicken wasn't even close to being crispy. My boyfriend got the calzone and though he did like it I thought it was way too sweet for my liking, almost like dessert! I ordered a calzone. I heard they were a type of pizza, but the way these "people" prepared it is unforgivable. Not only did they fold it in half when serving, but all the toppings weren't even on the pizza. My Miller also was cold by the time it arrived, which really killed the mood. This is the perfect place for a family or friend get together for some amazing food. The garlic bites were amazing. The service was top of the line. The calzones were the best you can find in this part of the country. The marinara sauce was undeniably the greatest I've ever tasted. We needed gluten free while traveling and found this place. Placed our order while driving through town. They had our order ready within 10 minutes. We got them right when they opened. It sure met the need for GF and the flavor was very good. The crust was thin and tasted great. It appeared to be wood oven cooked and very tasty. The sandwich with artichoke didn't go over well with my other teenager. The wrap was very flaky. The restaurant seemed new right behind Chick-fil-A. Neither of me or my wife were impressed. I had a calzone that had less filling than a frozen one, definitely disappointing for the price though the taste was decent. My wife had the Chicken Alfredo and wasn't impressed with it, the chicken had the consistency of canned tuna with the taste of an of brands boxes meal. Ruston has real pizza now! Be careful when you order because you can get one choice that could be a pizza or a calzone. Waiter misheard us and we ended up calzone instead of pizza. Went there for pizza so we kept the calzones because the kids were starving to death and put in an order for a pepperoni pizza. It was pretty decent, better than you are going to find any where else in Ruston. We came in to eat rotolos with friends and had plenty of appetizers and stayed for around an hour and a half. In that amount of time, our waitress (Emma) came to our table 4 times. We were passing through and decided to stay at Marriott for the night. This place had a lot of bad reviews but it was the only place open that we could sit down and eat so we decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised! The establishment is clean and friendly. The food was good. I had cauliflower crust pizza that was very tasty. Everything else was tasty too. The manager came around to check on food and service and the bartender came to the table to make sure our drinks were good. All and all, the entire staff seemed dedicated to making sure everyone was happy. I will say that the service was a little slow but to be fair, the waitress seemed pretty new to the biz. read more

The place is brand new! The staff is nice enough! The food is where I'm on the fence if I would come back. Huge selection of draft beers! Pretty big menu. But I've heard on two occasions people not really liking the food. And I went there today...it was really mediocre. The pizza was comparable to chuck cheese and my friend had the pasta that tasted of just oil. I really like the look of the place and the sports bar is nice but the food is ok. Food a 4. I'm very dissatisfied that when my order came out it was wrong and the pizza crust was inedible. The waitress served it saying here is your "crispy" pizza. Crispy =charred burnt! The kind of burnt that when you touch it crumbles into ash. My dogs probably won't even it it. Way over priced and I won't return. The combination of prosciutto and figs sounds weird but it works great. Make sure you indicate to your server for a little char on the crust. It just tastes better.
