Always a great family or individual experience. Plenty of concessions to grab some ballpark food n drinks, or some adult beverages. They have a few bars you can sit at and enjoy the game or just chat with friends or family. They offer lawn seating above the outfield wall, or regular seating in the home run deck in the outfield. They also have a section a in the outfield with oversized wooden chairs but these are limited. Of course they offer regular seating from behind home plate all the way to outfield. There is a play area for kids, and a gift shop. I'm sure I haven't covered it all, as there is so much to see and do here as it's an excellent ball park.

    Fun times with the Express!

Everything is expensive, took over a hour to leave the parking lot. Lines everywhere, poorly run events.

Ask the Community - Round Rock Express Baseball Club

Thinking of going to the game by myself. Where is the best seating? Is the Intel club assigned seating?

For the fireworks night, the best seats are on the third base section, which is also closest to the craft beer and cider stand. For my personal favorite seating, get a rocker seat under the home run porch. The rocker chairs are wide and comfortable…

The waitress was very sweet and apologetic and the service on her end was very good. The food itself was delicious- that soba noodle salad especially! I could've eaten two. Prices are on the higher side for the portions you get, same with drinks... they were great drinks but the prices could come down a little bit. I was also disappointed that when we went back the next day in the afternoon for more drinks, that we couldn't order the pretzel. Something like a pretzel should definitely be available on every menu! As for the ambiance, it was comfortable and cozy. I'm sure eating outside is even better but it was a bit chilly for us when we went.

We happened upon a bar that had a teller of comicdic stories and his helper and thought this to be perfect. The name of said bar was The Pearl and the storyteller a Mr. Daryl Felsberg. We ordered our alcohol. My wife and traveling companion got me a white chocolate Martini, it came with a pearl and a cherry. and I got her a cocktail called Emily Morgan. Both were very good. The service was friendly but only two people running the whole thing and one was the owner or manager who was mostly the greeter. She was friendly but the main bartender was doing most of the work and while impressive I felt sort of bad for him. The set up is you can sit at the bar, then there is a walkway all in a line from the door. When you enter bar is on your right. To the left are tables of various sizes. Right in front of the stage is a table with two comfy chairs. Right past the bar is a small seating nook with comfy chairs. Not a bad overall setup. Bathrooms are through another set of doors. No food but there is a popular pizza place nearby and you can bring that in to eat. The comics were both funny. We bought a CD and T-Shirt from the main guy. The one thing that did go wrong was the stage lighting. It just randomly would switch colors, brightness, sometimes turn off completely. This was their first comedy show there but they have live music so not sure what happened. You got your own water from a glass dispenser which was not the only place that did this. It was a pretty popular option. We also had a shot of peanut butter whiskey. The overall price wasn't bad. It was a nice place, they had live music coming after the comic but we had other plans. This was our only visit to The Pearl on this trip but it was a pleasant rest stop for weary traveller's in need of quenching our thirst and merriment.

My daughter loved it and the band was very kind to her! The food however left something to be desired. The chicken fried steak is supposedly voted the best around. It was bland and flavorless. We also ordered the nachos and they also had very little flavor. The jalapeño poppers were good, but I very much doubt they were homemade. We did go in the back and check out the dance floor before they opened and it looked really cool! The band was rehearsing and even told us to bring my daughter up and interacted with her a bit. She did not disappoint. Two stepping isn't super complicated, but it isn't easy either for a newcomer. I'm glad we took the lessons and we had a great time doing it. Terri spends far more time with the ladies than the guys, which seemed odd to me since they're leading, but expect that when you go. The lessons went on a lot longer than we anticipated, about two hours. For $15, that's a good deal. You'll also pay a $10 cover for the band that plays after lessons. That is a steal. The band is great. The place is a bit of a dump. It could use some sprucing up. Maybe charge more for lessons. God knows the tourists would pay. Overall, we had a great time.
