I ordered the ultimate pepperoni from round table tonight. I also for fun ordered the Samar order from dominos because they had 50 percent off. I thought they meant the price not the quality. Worst pizza ever no cheese no pepperoni to speak two pieces of the dominos special had no pepperoni on it. Isn't that special. I think not. Last time I order from dominos. Horrible. LAZY people working here as is usual for Fernley. Ordered a pizza, whatever their "meat lovers" was with no ground meat. Clumps of ground meat on a pizza is gross and most pizza places put that on their meat lovers. Idiot on phone "duurrrrr OK!". I get the pizza one hour later, cold, (they're not busy, it's like 1pm in the middle of the week) and NO SAUSAGE!!! This pizza came to like $40 too. Not wanting to wait another hour for them to pick up their wrong pizza 'cause I'M HUNGRY, I drive over to give it to them and for a refund and to go somewhere else (Pizza Factory). Where is the idiot that took my order, made it and delivered it? On the side of the building sucking on a cigarette. Why not... she works hard, she deserves a break, BTW: she's the manager too. The girl that greeted me when I came in was all "what's wrong?" I tell her there was no sausage on my pizza, it's cold and it took over an hour to get to me for starters... She asks if I ordered it without sausage ('cause I have a brain injury, you see) and I tell her I ordered it without ground meat and she goes "oooooh noooo... ours doesn't come with ground meat, so she must of took the sausage off". I say: "THEN WHY TAKE THE SAUSAGE OFF IF I DON'T WANT GROUND MEAT?!?! GROUND MEAT IS NOT SAUSAGE!!! YOU KNEW RIGHT AWAY ROUND-TABLE PIZZA DOESN'T PUT GROUND MEAT ON PIZZA, IS SHE NEW HERE?!" The coward wouldn't even come in to see me (maybe because I open carry) but sent one of her subordinates back in to deal with me, a pissed off customer to refund the pizza she made and delivered and collected a tip for. So don't get pizza here, Round Table must not make it easy for stupid people to make pizza, hopefully they invest in pizza making robots and fire these ding-dongs. P.S To the corporate manager, don't message me asking for me to contact you so you can give me some coupon for a free pizza, stuff it up your.... brick oven. Ok, it's a Monday... we order a pizza and a side at 6:10 online... at 6:57 we called to see where our food was and we were told that they sent a driver home and the only driver was just coming in to grab our order... And now it's been 55 more minutes and call back again and this Benjamin puts us on hold 3 times and they haven't even done anything with our order... I did the pizza manager thing for years... It was a waiting game! I went in at 6:20 I placed the order for 6:30 and Clarissa or Larissa said it wasn't ready so I waited with no problem. I waited on the bench right in front of the register! You would think she would keep in mind I'm waiting for a pizza. After a gentleman received his pizza who came in after me i was done waiting. I'm normally a rave person but I feel as though this is a well deserved 1 star review. My wife and I went here about a month ago and ordered 2 large pizzas they came out just over $35.00 that was a King Arthur supreme and a chicken Maui zowie, they completely left the chicken off of the pizza. When I got up to address the issue my wife asked me not to... the manager was screaming at a young employee at the top of her lungs while I was outside on a business call. So I bit my tongue so the poor kid didn't get a second round in front of the customers. This trip I ordered a take out pizza asking the man on the phone what specials they had he stated that they had a large one topping for 10.99 and any large pizza for $2.00 off. I placed my order and got off the phone realizing he hadn't given me the price. So when I showed up to pick up my pizza ( just 1/2 King Arthur supreme 1/2 pineapple pepperoni) he gave me my total at nearly $27.00 to my surprise. I stated are you kidding a large one topping is 10.99 your telling me for basically a large supreme it's nearly $12.00 more ( mind you that's after 2.00 off any large pizza) that's crazy the other 4.00 were 4 tiny little ranches that were less than half full. Completely awesome!!! I grew up eating Round Table in CA, they were the only ones who knew what Linguica was. It broke my heart when I moved away from CA in 99 and had to go without. Now I'm back where Round Table is located and they're as amazing as ever. The pizza is always good and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly with smiles and will even take a few minutes to chit chat if it's not busy. The orders are always correct. I'm constantly pleased and will never stop eating here. read more

We Ordered our normal gourmet chicken, garlic pizza. We order about once a week. It was ok. Not the best. We also ordered the large chocolate chip cookie. It was so hard we couldn't take a bit. ‍ I'd say don't order their cookies. Way over cooked. We had the double chocolate cookies as well. They tasted funny. Both in the trash now. Horrible service . Ordered online for pickup . None of one meat and extra of another . Had my total . When I walked in my total was $6 more then online total . Man behind counter tried to tell me it was because I took off one meat and added extra meat of another even though it's the same amount of toppings . There wasn't even extra meat like I asked for and they didn't leave off the other one I didn't want on it . He finally discounted it back to my total. The pizza wasn't even correct but I wasn't going to even try and have them fix it because he had irritated me with his bs explanation of why I was being charged $6 more . This is the worst EVER Round Table Pizza I've gone to. I've ordered from them about 5 times, each time hoping to receive good quality food. Each and every time I am disappointed. The pizzas have WAY too much sauce and lack toppings. Also the Pizza dough is either overcooked and burnt or raw. Their garlic knots are ALWAYS undercooked and raw dough. We have tried this location over and over and you really never know what you are going to get. Burnt garlic twists, uncooked pizza, this time we ordered for a pick up and when my husband got there they decided it was a good time to tell him it was cash only. Apparently no WIFI all day long. My husband asked for the manager as he did not have cash on him. The manager had nothing to offer for the inconvenience just the excuse that it was a mistake on the employees fault. when I called to talk to the manager he was rude and quite frankly did not care that we would not be back Customer Service is a thing of the past I guess. we want to support local business but will not be supporting this one read more

We are new to the area and despite the reviews decided to give this place a chance. We ordered delivery and we like less than 3 miles from this location. Our food arrived on time-it takes an hour for delivery. The food was extremely cold. We ordered 6 buffalo boneless wings, 3 bread sticks, and an X-large pizza. Everything was extremely cold. The sauce is non existent on their pizzas. It tasted like flavored bread. The price was expensive. Over $40 for all of it. The delivery driver was nice but the quality of food here is horrible. Stayed in fernley last night. Ordered pizza for delivery Xlg Hawaiian at 6:22 pm. 'Tried 2 American Express cards. Would not process. So told her I don't think u take American Express. This Round Table is hands down the worst at punctuality, accountability as well as service. 2 1/2 hours later and 4 different calls to them, it was one excuse after another each time. On the final call, we were told that there are no more delivery drivers after 8pm! The sad thing is, we ordered it at 6pm!!! WTF?!?! The entire staff and manager needs to be fired and start fresh. Sure, its Round Table Pizza, it tastes great but the service is terrible. Waiting 2 hours for pizza delivery is ridiculous. And when they tell you that they'll refund your card they're full of bologna cause they have an excuse for everything when you don't get it credited back to your card. If you can plan ahead and order your pizza 2 hours before you need it go right ahead but I expect it to be delivered when they say it will be delivered. read more

Placed an order online at 12:30. Estimated delivery time was stated as 1:30. At 2:10 I called to see what the hold up was. The employee I spoke to save that the printer was out of paper, so they didn't get the order until they just then changed the paper. Absolute last time I will be ordering from this location. Literally, the worst Round Table I've ever been to. If there were better options in Fernley, I'd go in a heartbeat. Went to the buffet today and the pizzas tasted old. There was no salad, so I waited. The kid up front with headphones in his ear mentioned that he needed to refill the salad and 30 minutes later, it still wasn't done. When I asked if we could get a Maui Zowi for the buffet since there wasn't any pizza out there, I was told we could only get what was pre-made that morning. That explains why it all tastes old. Been here twice over the past 2 months. The pizza is okay but the restaurant stinks like a sewer! In November the area in and around the bathrooms smelled like a sewer backup. Then I went yesterday and the entire restaurant smelled horrible! Like really really nasty. On top of the smell, the service is usually really really slow.
