Late post 6/7/26 We initially planned to dine at Fire Forno, but they were extremely busy, so our next best pizza option was Pizza Factory. Mikey was great--welcoming, friendly, and pleasant throughout the entire visit, from taking our order to serving our food. Their dual (cup & regular) Pepperoni Pizza with Hot Honey was absolutely delicious. The combination of crispy pepperoni, melted cheese, and hot honey was packed with flavor. It was definitely on the greasy side (thanks to all that cheese and pepperoni), but that certainly didn't stop us from enjoying it. We ordered an extra-large pizza and only had a couple of slices left by the end of the meal. We also ordered a Caesar salad, two orders of cheesy bread, two orders of mozzarella sticks, and 24 chicken wings. Everything was very good. It was our first time trying their wings, and we really enjoyed both flavors we selected--Garlic Parmesan and Mango Habanero. Overall, a great meal with excellent service from Mikey and Tracie upon check out. We'll definitely be back to satisfy our pizza cravings again. PS I forgot to take pictures of wings read more

I grew up with a Pizza Factory super close to home so any opportunity I get to have this delicious, classic pizza I'll gladly take. If it's not broken, don't try to fix it. The pizza just tastes so good plus their ranch is top tier. I ordered to go but the restaurant is always welcoming. Walked in on a Friday night early and not terribly busy. Was immediately greeted by friendly staff. Ordered me a small pizza and a beer they had on tap. Pizza came out in a reasonable amount of time and tasted excellent. Ordered an old three item favorite and it did not disappoint. If I had one minor complaint/suggestion, it would be that the draft beer be VERY cold. Tastes much better that way. Restaurant was very clean and casual. I've eaten at the Factory in other places, and Fernley's place is pretty darn good. read more

When I'm traveling with my crew, I know the best way to feed them and keep everyone happy is either a buffet or pizza. I'm glad to see there's a Pizza Factory in Fernley, cause it's my fave chain that I can depend on to deliver a consistent pizza quality. This Pizza Factory is located in east Fernley at the Raley's shopping center. I do love the crust at Pizza Factory. Plus, hardly anyone else does Calzones, so score one for Pizza Factory. Service was fine and I placed the order. A large Combo is like $30 bucks now ... yikes , glad it's on my company account! I also got a Large Calzone combo for around $18. The wait wasn't long and we dug in. The Calzone was great, some of my guys never heard or saw a Calzone before. Our meal was great and now it's back to the hotel .... actually I'm writing this at the hotel. I think I should have ordered more pizza so I could have leftovers! read more

We showed up around 9:30pm after our 10u football team's first win of the season. The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating to at least 50 of us even though it was late. We packed the place and I'm sure it was overwhelming. They brought out our 13 pizza very quickly and we're so patient with our rambunctious excited boys. We really appreciate their willingness to take care of our team and help our boys celebrate their first win! My family has been going here since the 90s and today was the first time that was a terrible experience. Two burnt flat cardboard pizzas! No sauce boneless wings. The soda was flat and everything made everyone sick. We ordered everything 30 mins in advance before we got there and we still waited 30 mins after to get our order. The place was dead and one other couple were there. To top everything off we paid over a little 70 dollars for 2 pizzas that were just awful to look at not to mention the taste and some boneless wings with no sauce!!!! 70 plus dollars!! I'm just stunned beyond belief on the service today as the quality of food. There is gourmet pizza places that u can eat at for cheaper than that! Never again! There is nothing that brings down a place faster than terrible customer service. This place seems to rank King. The young woman with hot pink hair seemed to be having the worst day possible. Her distain was palpable. I get it, people have bad days, but I certainly don't want to feel like it's my problem when I walk up trying to place my order. Especially when no one is in line. Her poor attitude and bad temperament made the entire transaction awful. The food was mediocre at best and with only one other family dining at the time, it was disturbing to see a room filled with unbussed dirty tables but 4 or 5 people working. I had ordered an XL Sausage and green pepper today 8/4/2020 around 3;55 p/m which I paid $25 cash and never got a receipt and I failed to ask for it as I was going over to Raley's to get milk/water and would return. Again I did not open the box as it had a seal on it; so I brought it home 5 miles away from them in Fernley NV Got home open it and found the green peppers were burnt and sausage was crumbs on the pie. The green peppers were the butt of the pepper or leftovers, not good to eat. I did take some pics of the one half to show what I was talking about. Maybe because I was a senior (82 YO) they figured they would take advantage of me?? The staff, although quite young, is always friendly. My kids love this place, mainly for the arcade games, but also for the pizza. The breadsticks are delicious; soft and garlicky. 100% fresh ingredients, home made pizza dough, excellent place to take your kids or large groups. They have board games and a fireplace! Bottled specialty beers and beer on tap, I love this place. Pizza Factory was the only option in town after eating Round Pizza. We ordered pickup. The gentleman said 25 minutes for pickup or 2 hours for delivery. There was no way this pregnant lady was waiting 2 hours. So we picked up the pizza. Pizza was delicious. Unfortunately we ordered bread sticks with sauce as well and we never received the sauce. Not sure if we were charged for it or not. They print out a receipt with no details. Overall the food was quality, I would recommend eating in if you have time though to ensure that you receive the food that you ordered or check really good. The Hawaiian pizza was good. read more

For a pizza joint in a city in the middle of no where, this place is great. All things must be judged from a proper point of reference, and this pizza spot is in Fernley, NV. If you are in Fernley and thinking you should be eating San Francisco level pizza, you are nuts. But this place is really great for a clutch place in the middle of no where. We ordered a ham, sausage and pineapple, and took it back to our hotel. The ingredients were fresh, and the dough is hand thrown right there when you order. The sauce is great; nothing amazing, but good pizza sauce. We also got a salad from their salad bar and all the vegies were really fresh. read more

It's been awhile since I ordered pizza from this place. I ordered the Fernley Special no onions or bell peppers. Well done to crispy! The special has pepperoni, ham, fresh mushrooms, onions, bell peppers and Real bacon! No bacon in sight! Full of mushrooms! Come on I didn't order a mushroom pizza. She was very polite and was "training" a young male there and was very professional and went out of her way to help him at the register to make sure I wasn't over charged. I loved this place. My son loved watching the girl flip the pizzas. And I love the food. I'm from NY so I think out of all the crapy pizza places here this one is the best. I expect a lot from my pizza and I like it a certain way. I love my pizzas thin and crisp on the bottom and a ton of toppings. And this falls close to it. The only problem I had here was when I used the bathroom. The light doesn't work so I had to use my phone light to see anything. read more
