Don't waste your time or money. This place is a joke. Especially the manager, Donna. I had ordered a pizza online for takeout. I had paid online and when my husband went in, they charged him twice. I have been fighting tooth and nail for three weeks to get my refund. Donna purposely avoids my calls, and if by some chance I get her on the phone, all she spews are lies. I've called Corporate and I'm hoping something can be done to rectify the situation. Heed my advice and don't bother. Never again! This was their second chance with us. We had gone before for the Sunday lunch buffet and it wasn't great. They couldn't keep up with the demand for pizza and there was only about 5 families in there. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Most of the tables were dirty and covered with trash. Decided to give them another chance tonight because we loved them in California. The wings were good and out quickly. But when we got our pizza there was a nasty black hair in my cheese. Took it back to the counter and asked them to remake and was told we had to wait because they had to fulfill the orders they already had first. My wife and I went in for a pizza. We have been once before, we were not impressed then, nor this time either. The first problem: the register attendant. He really seemed like he would rather have been somewhere else, as his attitude kinda stunk. Musta been his last day on the job, or something. He did not know basic answers about basic information such as the ever famous question: How much for a beer? He did tell me that the prices "came up" after entered into the computer, so I dig that....but he could have at least said something like "it depends on the size and brand....but normally around $3.00" or something like that. He really just seemed clueless and uncaring. Anyway, the Assistant Manager (D) AND a delivery driver both came to my table while we were eating and apologized for the crap attitude of the register attendant. They too though that my wife and I had been treated less than appropriate. The food: not too shabby, I thought. The pizza (a mombo wombo?) was pretty good, although a little on the greasy side according to my wife. Anyway, my wife said if she recommends going there again, that I should kick her. Gently. But not in the groin, since she had a bout of diarrhea after eating here. *EDIT #2* Made a to go order online. My husband picked up the pizza and brought it home. i had ordered a medium Triple Play with black olives, what was in the box was a medium sausage and pepperoni. The tag taped to the box said Triple Play with black olives, yet they couldn't tell that it wasn't what was in the box? I called back and asked to speak to the manager but they told the girl they were busy and asked her to take a message. I told her what happened and she said she'd pass it on. She called back a few minutes later and asked for our address so they could send us a VIP coupon to get a free pizza. We're going on 3 or 4 weeks now and still have not received the coupon. They obviously have a huge problem with customer service, consistency, and quality of food, with no plans on fixing their issues. My advice is to "Use with Caution" *END OF EDIT #2* *EDIT* My husband and I decided to give it another try over the weekend. We went on Sunday right at noon, and the place was practically empty. There was only one other table that had people. We ordered our pizza, and it came out perfect about 20 minutes later (we order extra crispy so it takes a little longer to cook). The service was good, but since there was nobody there I wouldn't expect anything less. That being said; the service is so bad that the taste of the pizza is not worth going back. The last several times that I have ordered pizza online to be picked up it has been on average 15 to 20 minutes later than when I requested it to be ready by. When you get there you stand at the counter for a good 5 minutes before anyone comes out from the kitchen to interact with you, and in that time you can watch food be placed in the window and not taken out to tables. It's just sits there. Then they finally do come out to take the food out, and completely ignore you standing at the counter. Today I ordered a pizza to be ready at 5:15 pm, and didn't get it until 5:35, and when I did finally get the pizza, it had the wrong topping! I was not about to wait another half hour for them to make me another one, so I was stuck with it. Every single time I order something from here 9 times out of 10 the pizza is uncooked, delivered waaaay past the recommended time frame, and ALWAYS WRONG! There is not many choices when it comes to pizza in Fernley and my wife enjoys there food, but for some reason the one here Fernley can never get their act together! I really do think the owners of this place have just given up. There was not a clean table in the entire place, there was no pizza on the buffet, the salad bar was more of a lettuce and dressing bar, and the soda machine was out of soda. We had to clean our own table and when we mentioned the pizza and soda to the employees it seemed as though we were bothering them. I came here with my friend to eat dinner tonight and my pizza arrived and his pizza did not show up. I just ordered my food about 2 hrs ago. The lady on the phone was really nice but very slow. Which is fine because everyone has to start somewhere, but I ordered a large pepperoni to get the special that came with 6 twist for $18.99. I then asked for a large garlic chicken pizza. She said ok. Gave me my total and said it would be delivered in 45min to an hour. An hour and a half later the delivery guy showed up. He had the pepperoni pizza the 6 twist along with 12 twist and 6 wings. That's it. My total with just that was $40.95. I asked where the garlic chicken pizza was he said I didn't order one and they didn't charge me for it. We called the pizza place the lady said they didn't charge me and apologized but that it would take another hour to get me the pizza and she was going to charge me for it. She was not very nice and was just like well we will reimburse me for the extra 12 twist. I used to work at a pizza place back in high school and if we messed up an order we made it right without charging the person to make it right. Went for buffet. This particular round table is in a scary abandoned looking strip mall with tumbleweeds blowing through it. We were the only ones in there, besides a small group towards the back. Pizza on buffet looked like it had been there for at least two hours, no standard fare of pepperoni, etc. Looked like they were using gross veggie ingredients that were just about to their expiration date. Only employee in the place besides dishwasher was an angry woman at the counter who had "Marketing director" on her name tag. I thought this was very ironic. 15 minutes after standing around staring at the anemic buffet, she asks what kind of pizza we want, as if she was doing us a huge favor after we had just paid $20 for the two of us to be sadly disappointed. A half an hour after paying her, she finally brought out two pizzas, which were so saturated with grease we had to wring out the slices, literally, and the cheese wasn't melted. Me and four other family members went to this venue to just have a quick meal and to end our day. Mind you, I do not get to eat Round Table all that often because I don't even live on the west coast, I am from Texas and I just drove in that afternoon from the drive. We arrived just before 8pm, ordered an X-Large and Large pizza with the order of 25 plain chicken wings and five drinks. When the nice lady that took our asked the manager (Jennifer) for a question about the sauces, her faced cringed and was acting frustrated with the her. Anyhow, we filled up our drinks--sat at the table and waited for about 20 minutes before we started to worry where our food was. My dad wanted me to go ask how long until the food would be ready because he needed to eat soon ( he is diabetic ). I went up to the counter, asked the nice lady how long until it would come out, she asked the kitchen crew and they said it was coming out fairly soon, manager said it was because they had to make more dough for the pizza. I said okay, that my father needs to eat soon because he is diabetic. Both the manager and the nice lady both showed concern and so I sat back down and we waited for yet another ten minutes. Five minutes later my sister went up to the counter and they told her the exact same thing. High end restaurants never take this long. The point being, when I went up to the counter a second time, my father followed me up there and I asked them if we could at least get the chicken so he could eat something while we wait for the pizza. The chicken was not even made. The kitchen guy was like, " we were supposed to make chicken?" In my mind, I was like seriously? The delivery driver left the store three times, had no less than three pizzas each time she walked out the door since we have waited. These people are totally incompetent! My dad explained to the manager that she should have walked to our table to explain the situation with us instead of waiting with no reason! Jennifer didn't offer any compensation at all, but we did receive a refund. 40 minutes waiting, no food and once we got the refund, the kitchen guy came out and asked, "so should I box these pizzas up?" Jeeezz. The manager said no. Something needs to be fixed about this place, total incompetence should not run an easy store. Very disappointed!!!! Sad to say I have given this place too many chances. Last 2 pizza's came cold, hardly any toppings and as usual, no extra red sauce. This is on top of many inconsistant pizzas and wrong orders. Roundtable Pizza is my favorite, but this is the worst one Ive have ordered from EVER. I'll go to Fallon or Reno from now on. Ok the pizza was good, I have no complaint with that. BUT, we had it delivered, gave the driver a cash tip and signed the credit card receipt. This driver decided he wanted more, so he added $8.50 to my receipt!! BE AWARE!!!!! Called Round Table when I saw the extra charge and talked to the manager. After describing the driver and explaining, she said, "Someone is stealing. I'll take care of it and call corporate to have your money refunded." This was September 25, so far no refund at all. Ordered online expected the hour wait after 1.5 hours no delivery call the guy that answers says there is no order so he puts me on hold to get a manager. A woman answer after a long wait to ask me to hold I said no I've been holding for a manager. The woman says oh that's me what do you want to order? I explained I ordered online gave my order number and she blames the delivery driver and does not even apologize just makes excuses. This is the third time over that this pizza place has ruined an evening the order shows up another 30 minutes later which I refused as I had to cook instead of enjoy time with friends visiting.
