Late post -- this was for Saturday 3/14/26, Pi Day. The week prior we ordered pizza from another place and honestly the food didn't taste good at all. A frozen pizza from Walmart probably would've tasted better. We usually order from Domino's, but that time we decided to try a different place. So on this day (3/14) we had to take care of our pizza craving. Delivery took a little longer since we could see on the tracker that the driver had about 3-4 other deliveries late Saturday night on Pi Day. Regardless, the food still arrived within about 30 minutes and it was hot and tasty! Shoutout to the driver around 11:30pm on Saturday 3/14 -- he was awesome. He followed the delivery instructions and called ahead so we could put our dogs away. He was pleasant and friendly despite all the running around he had to do that night. So where should I begin with this the part where they cant cut a pizza, or the point of not being able to fulfill what they specialize in making a pizza? Or the point of very low an lack luster of customer service? What part can I cover... or should I start from the get go. For starters just know this if they screw up! An you order it online. You won't be able to receive a credit for their misdoing.. I was told this on my recent visit. Or if your credited you can not use it on online orders. This is 2026 correct? Where everything acceptable online but using your credits isn't. So when placing my order, my order an my wife's order was pretty simple I thought.. I wanted mushrooms, an Italian sausage, stuffed crust not difficult right an my wife's pizza pepperoni an pineapple. Not difficult! Correct... but when we were approaching the front counter. We paid, we picked up an went home. Easy transaction right? Got home. Dished up only to find out my wife's pizza was fucked up. No butter, no parm on the crust, the pizza uncut an like wtf is this.. my wife calls the store an tells them what happened an all they could say was "Are you sure" like we are seriously lying or something.. so they said the following "We could credit you, but unfortunately you didnt make the order over the phone or in person so we cant credit your account. So what can we do my wife says... they say we can remake it you'd just have to come by an pick n it up... im seriously like why cant you deliver it since you fucked up? Just saying So I got dressed an drove back to the store, only to find yet another pizza not cut, no seasoned an a manager whom walked away from me when I was questioning them about their ability to make a pizza as its advertising as their specialty.. As I discussed with the manager im shocked I had to ask for the pizza to get cut. As he asked me, would you like me to cut it. I would like you to do your job!! He then grabbed the cutter an instead of going with the lines he apparently made already he mashed it again over an over an over an when he finished i clearly was disappointed in how the pizza looked. I could've refused but would I wanna waste my time again to wait. I told the guy can I talk to the manager? He then said he was the manager. Oh joy! Im fucked! Sorry excuse my language but really tho... I just asked when is the store manager gonna be in he says tomorrow an im like okay thank you. An I was just disgusted an like why am I coming here. I am so upset to be honest we ordered our pizza at 7 30 its 9pm it finally arrived and its cold and our garlic bread bites are cold we asked for butter paid for it and did not get it. This is 100% unacceptable I would never recommend this place better off driving to Round table which is further than this place to my house but I will get my pizza in half the time. read more

Eh, nothing real special. Theres always ALWAYS at least 1 thing wrong with our order. Everytime. Never fails. I dont understand how, when you read off and copy whats on the paper in front of you. But more times than none its the cutting. Either its barely cut through. Or its cut the wrong way. Why give options on how we want it cut, if 98% of the time, you're not going to follow instructions and cut it the way it was said. Basic reading and following directions guys. Saw an advertisement on the TV about a special dominoes was having. Craving initiated! Went in to order and it's only available online. Ok. With significant difficulty I finally was able to complete the order (with help from the very nice girl behind the counter.) I ordered their version of the combo. Only I added extra sauce & extra cheese. The sauce was abundant but the cheese was a joke. I ended up having to add cheese at home. Seriously, it's like they did a lite sprinkling of cheese in the center of the pizza and that was it. I've ordered from them once before and they had very little sauce and the cheese was lighter than I like. Which is why I ordered extra this time. The food was good quality, and I appreciate the gluten free availability. Generally, I receive decent polite service from this establishment. this is reflected in an earlier google review. nope! 2 hours! we understand the app isnt the most accurate with updates, so we were understanding about it. about 1 1/2 hours in we called. We were met with someone who simply said they couldnt see the order and the system was just being wierd. no explanation. no attempt to contact the driver. nothing. the pizza did eventually arrive, and, to give credit where its due, it was good! we just wish we couldve gotten a reason as to why our driver took so long to get it to our home without being dismissed. this isnt only directed at the employees, as we also wish they had more accurate tracking and could contact drivers. this is just as much a corporate issue as it is a store issue. read more

Dont order from this location. we live less than 10 minutes away and they have been delivering it for 30 minutes so far. Still not here. Called the store and the pizza had been sitting there for the last 20 minutes. Maybe fine for pick up. We won't be ordering again. read more

I've ordered Pizza from Domino's for years. BUT, I called and asked what the specials were??? I always have. She said I would have to look those up online. Guess I can't get pizza from there anymore. Did you know??? After 10 minutes wasted on-line trying to order (2) 2 topping pizzas using the mix and match$5.99 each coupon, I had to call in. Well, the poor gentleman and I spoke for an additional 5 minutes before his manager intervened. Although there are more than 10 items to choose, you are charged MORE for NON STANDARD items. For instance, you want marinara sauce, more money. Garlic Parmesan sauce,more money. Any sauce OTHER than the "Standard" robust tomato sauce... is more money. Oh now let's go to toppings... same thing. So, don't be a fool. Domino's bait and switch is real. Truth in advertising please! What can I order for $5.99 and what is extra. By far the worst pizza in town. I'm only giving review due to customer service. They have major attitude on the phone and there options are garbage vs pizza factory. I got extra large pizza fries and more wings which they were absolutely okay with doing half and half sauces for the same price for just a regular pizza and less wings and attitude at dominos. Customer service matters especially if your not going to offer much in your business. read more

This is my kids' favorite pizza place in town. They absolutely love the Parmesan bread and cheese pizza. I really like their boneless chicken wings. We order from them several times a month. You cannot be in leadership and be nasty to others then expect to be respected because of your title. Shift manager Karla and Supervisor Dena. They treat their employees terribly. The vulgarity that spews from Karla's mouth is egregious and unacceptable; not only in the presence of customers, but directed towards employees as well. The two of them create a hostile work environment that flows over to their customers. Unless they change management, or at the very least, their behaviors, this Domino's won't succeed. read more

Pizza choices are slim in Fernley, but Dominoes is the best given the hours it's open. Reliable and the pizza is good. Delivery times can be a little slow but that just means most Ferntuckians know Dominoes is the best delivery pizza place in town. read more

My order is always correct, and always made to my specifications. Love that they have gluten free pizza for my boyfriend so he can have some of their goodness too. My friends and I ordered the large delivery special. 2 toppings, 2 pizzas. Was $40. Canadian Bacon, pineapple on one. Was regular Bacon 3 pieces of pineapple no cheese. The other pepperoni and extra cheese. No cheese. Should have been at least some cheese. When called store they were hateful and were willing to replace them for a fee. We just paid $40 for 2 delivery special pizzas. Well we threw them out and ordered Pizza Hut. This was the worst Pizz a ever. Dry, no cheese, wrong Bacon, and horrible customer service. We ordered some pizzas online for the first time, i clicked pepperoni and thought "that was easy" i received pizzas with no sauce, i called and asked if they could remake my pepperoni pizzas, the bbq pizza was perfect..they said they could not remake it. I read their satisfaction guarantee and told them to just refund me my money (so i could purchase them correctly) they told me to come in..as i walked in the lady that i think was the manager started yelling saying she would not refund me, she would remake them only (what i wanted in the first place) and then proceeded to talk about me to her employees..i told her to forget it and to just keep my pizzas since no one would be eating them, she yelled and told me she would give me dipping sauce..i would have taken any, refund, remake or dipping sauce but her attitude was so rude and defensive when i was just trying to find a solution.
