DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. Based on my experience and other reviewers, this location is CLEARLY under new ownership and has gone down hill. They immediately lost a decades-long customer with me and my family. Food arrived cold, wrong and missing several items. Took 30+ mins over the delivery time and the ranch is now very low-quality store bought, not made in house like before. They also only fill the ranch cups 1/3 full, even tho you have to pay for it. When we called to let them know that we were missing items and the food was cold and wrong, they said they would refund us but never did. We called two other times, they promised to refund us but never did. The manager even pretended to accidentally hang up on us because we were asking when the refund was put through for the items we never received. I can see they are putting up fake 5-star reviews because of all the bad ones they are getting. read more

I strongly recommend avoiding this Round Table Pizza location at all costs. I don't know if it's under new management, but the experience was unrecognizable compared to what Round Table should be. There was a major language barrier with every employee working, which made ordering frustrating from the start. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was placing my order, the employee helping me was wearing earphones and actively on a FaceTime call with his friends--talking and socializing while I was speaking. Unsurprisingly, he could not get my order right. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay using a Round Table Pizza gift card, he flat-out refused to accept it and told me they "don't take gift cards." A Round Table Pizza refusing a Round Table Pizza gift card is unacceptable. Throughout this interaction, he continued talking to his friends on the phone as if I wasn't even there. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at any restaurant. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and disappointing. I went in there today to order a couple of extra large pepperoni pizzas for a small birthday gathering for my son and was unpleasantly surprised when I was told that the total was $70! They slice the pizza incredibly thin so that it makes 16 slices. That's $2.19 a slice! The pizza was doughy. I expected a little more quality for that price. Customer service is consistently disappointing. The pizza is almost never ready at the promised pickup time, and there's usually a 45+ minute wait. Communication is difficult due to a language barrier in-store, and calling ahead doesn't help since the number routes to a centralized call center with the same issue. They're also very stingy with ranch, cheese, and even paper packets. They always want to charge you for any request. If they could charge you for napkins they would! The ambience doesn't help either outdated, diner-style booths that are usually empty and a sad-looking salad bar. The only positive is that the pizza is hot and fresh when it finally comes out, but the long wait and poor service make this location hard to recommend. read more

Visiting from out of town and Round Table is a splurge for us as we don't have one in our city and this is the worst experience we ever had. Didn't tell us DoorDash would be delivering and we watched the live tracker show the driver delivering food well out of the way. Food showed up ice cold and wrong. Called the store about the delivery issues and they offered us a coupon for a future visit we won't be making. The employee on the phone was really nice but their leadership team refused to help. They told us this is a reoccurring issue but the store manager did everything but took accountability, clearly no regard for customers or their team who have to deal with these complaints on the regular. Visited with my large family of 7 for dinner. The location looked a bit messy with tables uncleaned, trash bins full, and the bathrooms were bad. It had to be due to short staffing as I only counted three. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pizza was the same great quality we've come to expect. The food was meh. The crust was wrong and it tasted like something that I would get from the frozen section at the grocery store. Review is a Togo order: Ordered prior to the Laker game and they came through BIG TIME. Kids normally do not eat pizza crust and they ate every morsel of their cheese pizza. The pizza arrived as estimated through grub hub on their behalf. My only gripe would be the fees through grub hub but not Roundtable Pizza. read more

The grilled chicken, touted as a highlight, turned out to be disappointingly dry, tasteless, and hardly amounted to half a chicken breast. The lackluster portion left me questioning the value of the dish. Adding to the disappointment was the apparent lack of enthusiasm from the staff. It seemed as if they neither expected nor welcomed customers, creating an overall atmosphere of indifference. I recently downloaded the Round Table App because I love their pizza and want to eat more of it, lol To my surprise I was given a personal one topping free pizza "reward" on the app shortly after downloading! So I decided to use the app for the first time to order. It was SUPER easy to use. My order was ready when the time indicated and service was good. (It was just pickup though) This personal was a perfect size for dinner. It was absolutely delicious!! ALSO, my I got a birthday reward for another free one topping personal pizza (with a purchase of a drink). I will be back soon!!! Don't sleep on this, download the app asap! Update the Franchise called, very rude for someone trying to make things right, no apology. When I refused to come into the restaurant to pick up a free salad I asked him to credit my card. He then said he'd deliver the salad (no one was home at the time) and I said no please credit my card. He then offered to re-deliver the whole order (still there's no one home) I asked him to please credit my card, he said something like 'I'll try that' and hung up the phone. That was three days ago, no credit, no hope of any kind of resolution. I'm done with the rudeness. Hopefully this will help someone make an informed decision about their meal. read more
