Well this location has its issues but sometimes its one rotten apple that spoils the bunch yesterday I stopped by to get a spaghetti order to go the cook did a horrible job checkout the pictures I took if u read my reviews I had a similar issue at the 17th st location x from the sa college but I think this location even messed up my order worse and here's the thing the spaghetti is about $17+ thats a ridiculous price for an order thats not up to par sèe the pictures and lets see if its worth it even the manager "ISRAEL" said wow thats BAD! its because of him that brings me to write this review he acted very professional and understanding when I called and even more so in person I minus 1 star for the hiccup the other 4 stars are well deserved thanks to "ISRAEL" the service and the quality of the food he set an example of how it should be and how the food should look and taste. Have you u ever seen something delicious on the menu pictures just to choose something and get the total opposite? That's what happened in my case the spaghetti was 100% dry NO SAUCE! missing the garlic bread and a meatball dont believe me?checkout the pictures please but then the manager took care of it and some keep up the excellent job bro! read more

Came here for breakfast with a large group of 16, and honestly, the experience was great. Food was good for the price. No complaints. Big shoutout to our server Yarely. Don't go to this location go to the one about 5 mins away (also on Harbor towards Disney). The cook or cooks at this spot are the worst and really don't care. My last order was so inedible I didn't eat most of it so I wasted money and was hungry. The cook(s) consistently overcook food (not even anything special just everyday staples like pancakes or potatoes they should be able to cook with their eyes closed working in a diner), food looks disgusting (for example the bacon is always burnt and shriveled here and is so small), they give less food than other locations, condiments missing and they can't even cook eggs to order properly. I'm not generally a diner person but even I know the food here is awful. Food looks nothing like the photos bacon and sausage are much smaller and thinner which is deceptive and unethical. It's a trend here there is always a problem with my food and they were getting worse so I went elsewhere. Diner food is overpriced it should at least look good and taste good. But, more importantly, the cook(s) here really don't seem to care about customers because if they did they wouldn't serve the slop they do. How do you work in a diner and burn pancakes?I can cook a lot better and I'm just a home cook. I hope the manager will talk to the cooks. read more

I loved the Halloween decorations and the food was excellent; I ordered the Ultimate Omelette. There was no wait on early Saturday afternoon. However, the seating was disappointing--I was seated at a folding plastic table, which I find unprofessional and unsafe. She saw me and significant other come in behind a family of 5, she asked them how many of them were wrote their names down and looked at me and continued to serve the person that was already there, then another family came in and she greeted them and took their names down right in front of us. The hostess both of them are fantastic . Went to get drinks and asked the waitress if we could order. We were the ONLY table in there. She looked at me turned away and said something not sure what. The food was ordered wrong 3 times. I ordered an English muffin dry grilled with no butter. First time bunt n to crunchy. 2 nd time extra butter toasted also less burned. Mom ordered her breakfast i kindly reminded the waitress please remember we are ordering from the senior meal mom has memory issues and needs to try to order herself. She ordered her a 19.99 grand slam and at the register the waitress argued with me . Its no my job to pay attention that u r doing your job to listen . Sad because mom and i wont be back. The food when cooked right was good 36.00 for two breakfast is to much. The manager took care of us but the toxic server is a no go. read more

We were out pretty late and decided to find a late night spot. Nothing came to mind other than Denny's or Norms. It was after midnight and we didn't want to go to In-N-Out. My husband isn't a tofu fan so BCD Tofu was out too. Well we went to Norm's first and it happened to be closed. Not sure what happened to "24/7" & "Never closes" but it was closed, possibly due to COVID protocols from the last few years. We hopped over to this Denny's because it's one of the few that are open 24/7. There's well lit parking and all the booths were packed. We were sat at one of the last booths. The waitress gave us our menus and asked for our drink orders. We both opted for water. We were torn as to what to get. The waitress came by twice expecting us to know what we wanted. We were still deciding. We opted to share the T-Bone Steak & Eggs breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash browns, medium rare steak, and sourdough toast. I added a crepe a la carte too. The food arrived shortly and the waitress brought out Tapatio and A1 Steak sauce. There was ketchup and Tabasco already on the table. The food was to be expected of a Denny's. Neither good nor bad, but adequate to supplant our hunger during a late night excursion. We paid in cash and left. read more

After having a bad experience last week we gave it another shot today. Our host was Claudia greeted us smiling. Lupita was our waitress and as past experience with her she was super! Amazing customer service, delivered food within a good amount of time, she was aware of our coffee at all times and any needs. I have been coming here alot during lunch time with my co-workers. I enjoy the breakfast scene as we hit lunch about 11:30am. Its never really that busy and we get seated right away. I am sure they are use to seeing us 2-3 times a week now. We always order anything on the breakfast menu as it is comfort food. The place is always clean, smells clean and the wait staff are super nice. The food comes out hot, I haven't ordered once and they got it wrong. If you want to try the chicken skillet for lunch, that is also amazing. The chicken breast and broccoli are a great combo! I usually build my own breakfast on what I am craving for that day!
