Update the Franchise called, very rude for someone trying to make things right, no apology. When I refused to come into the restaurant to pick up a free salad I asked him to credit my card. He then said he'd deliver the salad (no one was home at the time) and I said no please credit my card. He then offered to re-deliver the whole order (still there's no one home) I asked him to please credit my card, he said something like 'I'll try that' and hung up the phone. That was three days ago, no credit, no hope of any kind of resolution. I'm done with the rudeness. Hopefully this will help someone make an informed decision about their meal. read more

Service here was very good especially since we were a group of girls scouts getting to our hotel by Disney we were all hungry and we placed a large delivery order to a hotel which I know is not always easy. Wow the customer service is shocking here. We normally do not come to this location but love Round table in Lakewood. Since we were in the area and had friends visiting we stopped here at 8:00p. They close at 9:00p. Immediately the worker was making faces and stand-offish while we ordered. We order 2 pizzas and then a beer and he simply responds, we close at 9p. Ok true but irrelevant as its 8:15p. So we do without the beer and just have sodas. We sit down in the dining room which is always dirty every time we have been here. Takes 15 mins for pizzas to be ready, same employee calls out the name and as my friend approaches to take the pizzas the employee holds the pizza back and confrontationally demands to know if we are eating there! Repeating: We close at 9! My friend responds we will be done by then. He slowly hands the pizzas over and provides no plates or cheese expecting us to just leave. Had to have my wife go ask for plates and he rudely obliges offering nothing but plates. By 8:50p we are finished and out the door. I get people run in the last minute when places are closing and go over the closing time, but there is no need for hostility like this, if the closing time is 9, they should serve until 9. Also while we ate some poor guy came in asking for his pizza just to be told it wasnt ready. He comes in again 10 mins later and is asked what his order is and has to yell he already told them. Turns out his pizza has been ready since the start but it was just sitting there. Food was decent but hard to celebrate after such horrible service. Very embarrassing when trying to show off our favorite pizza to friends. looking back I wish I had canceled the whole thing and just gotten a refund before taking the pizzas. I dont know if its a cultural thing but this round table offers only indifference or outright rudeness. They need to change franchise because Round table is premium pizza and priced accordingly. I was craving Round Table for dinner so I ordered a pizza to go. The pizza was horrible! The crust was doughy and chewy. No flavor to it. Definitely not the crispy crust they had before. What I'm struggling with at this location has turned into the sheer lack of care or concern for quality. We've now had multiple orders that are complete misses. Whether it be charged for toppings that were left off, completely incorrect orders, or horrifically burned pizzas. Tonight was yet another of the latter. Roundtable is a great place to eat pizza. Unfortunately when we went to get our order and I reached in for the cheese packets. I pulled one out and it was open. Upon taking a closer look I realized the packets were chewed up and there were rat droppings in the tray. I'm posting this in hopes that roundtable improves their cleaning standards, and gets pest control in this facility ASAP! This is not ok!
