I called and a young kid answered and i asked for a Pepperoni, Cheese and Olive Pizza light red sauce. When he repeated my order he said everything but the cheese. I said did you get the cheese. He said well ya every pizza comes with cheese so I dont have to say it. Then when I asked his name he hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager since the girl who answered wouldn't give me name of guy who answered phone. Manager Letty told the girl to take my name and number for owner to call me back because she cant do anything. So i insisted she come to phone to hear my complaint and yes she could do something. Educate her staff on good customer service skills. She knows who it was that was rude but they want to protect their rude employee. It didn't help that today was already off to bumpy start. I ordered a Chicken Garlic pizza off their online ordering. The delivery guy arrived ealier than estimated. But the order was completely wrong. They brought out a veggie pizza. I called and spoke to whomever answered the phone who assured me that I ordered a veggie pizza. After being placed on hold for 5 minutes they apologized and admitted their mistake but only offered $5 off my next purchse. $5!? I am giving two stars because the food tasted really good. Other than that I had an annoying experience. I ordered online and was given a fulfillment time. I arrived at that time (which was already 30 minutes after I ordered it) and I still waited for 15 more minutes before getting my food. As I got in my car I opened the pizza box to find the completely wrong pizza, not to mention they forgot my pizza twists. I went back in and waited another 5-10 minutes before getting the real pizza I ordered. No apologies or anything. The food is a little overpriced for pizza and they are disorganized. We do not recommend buying a pizza from this establishment. We always get the pizza delivery late and usually the pizza is cold (we live less than 1 mile from this place so this should not be an issue). As an example my husband ordered a pizza yesterday and it took 90 minutes to get it. The pizza arrived cold and was not made according to his request. He requested a pizza with chicken, most of the veggies, extra sauce and garlic (the pizza was missing the chicken!!!). the pizza here is super good, freshly made and tons of topping options/sauces, I mean fresh veggie options! I am a little upset only because the last two times we have ordered here for delivery to our place of business, first time pizza was over half an hour later then the expected delivery time which I was told would take 45 minutes to an hour, then the last time they called me an hour after I initially placed the order just to let me know that it was going to take another hour, then asked if I would like to go pick it up. Didn't bring any lunch to work today and by noon I was craving some pizza. So I went thru the list available in Gilroy and was surprised to see only 3 stars on RT Pizza. The only other one I was considering was closed on Sunday and Monday so no chance of a pie there. I called RT and was greeted by a friendly voice. I decided to try the new crispy bacon and pepperoni pizza. The pizza was good, had the extra cheese I asked for and when I picked it up the gal was super nice and friendly. I'm not surprised that this place has such terrible Ratings. I haven't had good experience here but figured I would give it another try. The service here is terrible and they don't listen to the customers at all. When I walked in after waiting in line, the girl asked what I wanted. I said exactly "A kids meal with a pan cheese pizza." I had ordered a pan personal gourmet veggies with mini pepperoni. I had told her 4 times my order. My mom had ordered a personal pan with artichokes and the salad bar. Apparently you only get a "deal" for a pizza and salad bar during certain hours for lunch. So the total of this order was $32.12. Ridiculous. Also, the salad bar was $5.99 for one plate, one trip to the salad bar. Seriously? The plate was not very big. We could have gone to McDonalds and gotten a huge salad for that price. I asked if my daughter could have her drink and the girl said "You didn't order one it's an extra charge." I said no, it comes with the kid's meal and you overcharged us my $1.25. The girl was arguing with me saying "We don't have kid's meals." Right there on the counter was the menu and I pointed to it and read it to her saying it was supposed to be $6.24 for the kid's meal which included the drink. She said, "Oh I didn't know we had a kid's meal." My mom had asked about her drink and the lady said that she didn't order one. My mom had asked her 2 times that she wanted a drink. They argued about that so we said screw it, forget the drink. The girl went up to an employee and brought that lady to the front to "fix" things. The lady said, "Oh you didn't order a kid's meal." She was looking at the receipt. I said, "Right when I walked in I told the girl that I wanted the kid's meal with a cheese pan pizza. So she overcharged us by $1.24 and she didn't put my mom's drink on there." The lady said that the pan pizza is an extra 75cents charge. Geesh, more fees on top of others which is outrageous. The Morgan Hill Round Table, for a personal pizza is $5.99, here is $7.82. Why $2 more for the same thing? Also, in Morgan Hill the crust is fresh and thick. Here is not fresh and flat. When they brought my pizza it didn't look right. It wasn't a pan pizza. On the receipt the girl put original. I counted and it was 11 mini pepperoni, that isn't very many at all, especially for the price. When I go to Pieology its under $10 for a 11" pizza unlimited toppings and I get like 40 mini pepperoni there. This girl needs to have more training, on the receipt it says Desiree. She obviously shouldn't be at the register if she doesn't even know what is on the menu, let alone listening to the customer repeat themselves 4 times. It was about 30 minutes before we got our pizza for sit in. My dad had got a large pizza from here a few months back and the pizza crust was not fresh. I can tell the difference from fresh and day old dough because I worked at both Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. My dad ate one piece and the rest went to the dogs. I would never recommend this place and won't go back. If I want Round Table I will do the extra miles to go to the Morgan Hill one. read more

I love round table pizza normally, so you can imagine my surprise when I was treated like I was an imbecile for asking a simple question like "where do we get our drinks?" Now I do understand that this young lady may be very new, and doesn't have any experience dealing with customers in a courteous fashion, but this kind of experience just lost a customer. I can only hope that the manager takes a look at this! I am so disappointed that I almost got my money back... I am finishing this report up now, but only after reading some of the others more recently on here. The pizza was good, thus the second star, but the service was still deplorable, and mostly just one younger lady in that respect.
