I visit this location approximately once a week and have been a loyal customer for some time. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. When I entered the restaurant to pick up my order, I noticed the salad bar appeared messy and the lettuce looked old and unappealing. While waiting in line for the cashier to hand me my order, the general manager, who recognizes me as a frequent customer, refused to release my pizza because I did not have the physical card used for the purchase. I had the card available digitally on my phone, but this was not accepted. This policy created an unnecessary inconvenience and delay, especially for a regular customer simply trying to pick up a prepaid order. Situations like this demonstrate a lack of flexibility and consideration for customers' time. Because of this experience and the condition of the food bar area, I will not be returning. I hope corporate leadership reviews this location's customer service practices and operational standards so future customers have a better experience. read more

Hubby and I went today to the Eastern and Windmill location today for $10.99 all you can eat salad bar, personal pizza and a soft drink. Pizza came out burned/black on edges and black burn mark on cheese and burnt edges on pepperoni! SENT IT BACK! Pizza was definitely sub-par flavor! Really gone down! Sauce... FLAVORLESS!!! Salad bar was fresh however, the glass window in front of the bar (however necessary for food safety) prevented our ability to reach the condiments and salad options on the far end of the bar!!!
