The pizza is good. That's where it ends for us. We learned to show up 10-15 minutes after the time it tells us the pizza will be ready when ordering on the app or online. My pizza was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. This happens every single time we order. Tonight the lady told me to take a 2 liter for the inconvenience. But for how expensive the pizza is, it would be cool to not have to spend so much time waiting for it after waiting at home too. I'm really not the type to leave negative reviews honestly, I'm usually the one writing positive ones when places do a great job. We've been ordering from this Round Table for almost 5 years and usually love it, but this last experience was so disappointing that I felt I needed to share. Our delivery came later than quoted, and several slices of the pizza had cheese that wasn't even melted (you could still see the shredded pieces.) I called to explain what happened and asked for a refund. The call center transferred me to the store, and a staff member named Rahman (who said he was the manager) told me they don't do refunds. The only options he gave were to remake and redeliver the pizza or to send someone to our house to pick it up for "inspection," which didn't make sense since it was already late (close to 10pm), our kids had eaten something else, and were in bed. I offered to send pictures showing the issue, but he kept repeating the same options. After being on the phone for about 20 minutes, he offered 20% off our next order instead which didn't fix the problem and then hung up on us. I'm really not trying to be a "Karen," but this was just such poor service and a huge disappointment after being in the area for almost 5 years and ordering from here many times. I hope management or corporate sees this and takes it seriously, because we've always enjoyed this Round Table until now. read more

These owners of Roundtable are thieves, I will be reporting them to corporate. I ordered six specialty pizzas , when the pizza were opened all had mostly bread. I think they are hoping to hold back on toppings to take to their graves. These people have no conscious, I hate getting pizza from them. We get similar pizzas in Pleasanton from Roundtable and is loaded with toppings. There's a reason this place has such low ratings. Every time I order a pizza to be delivered it takes them twice as long as they state. Tonight it was almost an hour longer than advertised. When they finally arrived they forgot one of the items. This has happened in the past with them so I wonder why I even give them another chance. Their prices are extremely high so you'd think their service would at least be on par with their pricing. By the time I get all the items on my order it will over two hours. Worst roundtable I've ever had! I'm a local and used to enjoy the Harlan rd Round Table, until the new ownership took over. Since the new owners have taken over the place has become ran down, low quality, filthy and a disgrace to the franchises legacy. This location always has flies buzzing around, the salad bar is never tidy and often has old veggies. I tried hard to overlook the problems but I feel like the owners don't care . I've complained to corporate but they say each location is individually owned and there have been many complaints about this location. I usually would not write a bad review but at $60 bucks for two pizzas the world should know to stay away from this location on Harlan rd the last straw was my recent visit when the representative "Nitisch" at the front counter who had been scrolling on phone, taking money from customers, without washing his hands gives me my pizza to check and he literally lifted a slice up to show me the pizza was well done.
