I feel like something happened here or there is new ownership because things are not the same. They used to be so accommodating and a gentleman would always answer the phone. Now I get this woman who is very cold and Always skeptical of my coupons. Today I try to use a coupon that they sent me in the mail. When I told the woman the code over the phone she said she does not have it. And the pizza should be 24.99 not 23.99. She said she needs to ask her manager . She asked and he told me to bring the coupon in. It's just a dollar off and they are the ones who sent these coupons in the mail so I'm not sure why they don't have them in their own system. We ordered a pizza for delivery. They said it would be an hour. After an hour and 15 minutes we called back and they didn't even have a driver. They said he'd be in minute. It's now been two hours with no pizza and no phone call with the status. If they had said they didn't have a driver in the first place we would have picked it up. But how bad can you mess up pizza? So I took a chance and called to place an order because their online system was not up. I had called twice with no answer but a answer machine picking up after 10 rings. The 3rd time finally someone had picked that seem unpleasantly a bit rude. I had asked if they had any specials currently. The person taking my order States that no they do not have any specials they just opened up. Being aware that they do have a limited special currently going on I asked about it and the person does not ask, can I put you on hold, she just tells me I'll be right back and puts me on hold. Went in for lunch today with my kids asked if they had any lunch specials. In a very short convo the guy just said no. Then I asked for a menu, he handed it to me then answered a personal phone call from his cellphone and left to the back. I was ready to order and didn't come back until maybe 3 min later and just stood behind the counter talking on the phone without asking me for my order. I waited about 5 min for him to finish his convo (maybe could've been important) but then left again and just left me there without asking what I wanted to order so I just left with my kids. I placed a phone order and told the lady I had coupons through the mail and one of the offers which wasn't a coupon stated I could receive 6 garlic twist for free if I downloaded the round table app. So my husband went to pick up the two pizzas one x-large and one large gourmet pizza. The lady told me that I needed to bring in the flyer which my husband did and he was told he can't use two coupons and there was an automatic 15% off the total when we buy two pizzas. I wish they would've told me over the phone and plus the flyer didn't state it was a coupon nor was there a code in the flyer for that free six twist. When my husband went he was told to wait while she was talking to him and on the phone and pizza wasn't even ready when she clearly told me 30 min. Lesson learned yet again not to order from here. I thought we would try this location again and sadly paid the price of over $55+ to learn that it is the same bad service and food. This is not a Roundtable standard location. Corporate should make a surprise visit, call, taste test all of the above or something to see what the rest of the public experiences. They thought adding a call center would help their locations but it just stops the real feed back from making it to the store and ownership. If you mess up an order I should get a full refund. Not a promise of a half off my order next time or a remake this time. I placed my order clearly, politely and paid. I did my job so I would expect you to do yours. I shouldn't have to bring my pizza back and make my family and guests wait to eat even longer and go back and forth over next time. I wanted it resolved this time. I should have to come back, there shouldn't be an issue the first time. I shouldn't have to ask for a refund one should have been extended for the inconvenience of wasting my time and money. I ordered original crust pizza and got thin crust pizza. When I called, I was told by the person who answered the phone that he can see my order and they made a mistake and he will let me talk to the manager. The manager on the other hand told me that they can't do anything about it because someone made the wrong dough in the morning and all the pizzas are coming out as thin crust. When I asked if anyone else has complained, they said no one has said anything all day. That's little hard to believe that people are getting thin crust pizzas all day and no one said anything. They said there is nothing they can do about it until I insisted that this is wrong on their part, then the manager finally said he will give me 15% off on future order but he can't email it to me or give me the coupon. I will just have to tell them the whole story next time I order and they will give me 15% off. That's so bizarre. I will not be going back to them anymore. read more

I had a really busy day and dinner was getting late so I did what a lot of moms do and decided we'd have some late pizza! I ordered two extra large pizzas and some bread twists for delivery, they were supposed to be delivered at 9:35pm. Which is an hour wait. 10pm rolls around and still nothing, so I call and ask if they're just running late...which is fine, just wanted to make sure they weren't having trouble locating my house or something? I'm not upset or anything because I know it's a busy time of year and I'm a pretty patient and understanding person. I've worked in customer service and always make a point to be flexible. They put me on hold for ten minutes, then get back on the phone and tell me they tried to get ahold of me because they are out of extra large pizzas. I check my caller ID and tell them I never received any call. They check the number they called and he says they dialed the wrong number. I check my round table online account info (how I ordered) and my correct number is listed. I don't believe they ever even attempted to call me. I'm still patient because I know it gets busy and mistakes happen and at this point I'm just trying to figure out what resolution we can come to so we get our pizzas or something comparable. I'm not even asking for a refund, just pizza! The person then tells me they are out of dough...which seems weird for a pizza place but ok, it's a wash for the night. The worker tells me since my order was $80 they can refund my money or just give me store credit. I ask for a refund because honestly my account is low and I'd like the money back so I can go get fast food elsewhere for everyone. They assure me refunds under $100 credit back my bank account immediately. So I agree to the refund. I wait and check my account an hour later and I still have no refund. It's now 11:05pm, the store is closed. So I'm out $80, no pizza, no money back, and making PB&J for ten people for a super late dinner. ‍. I understand things happen but at this point I feel like I should of be offered more than just my money back (which I have yet to even receive) because they could of easily called the correct number on my account or declined the order if they were really out of dough, and definitely not promised me it would credit back immediately if it wasn't going to happen. If my money isn't credited back by tomorrow I'm now going to have to go down there and figure it out in person which kinda negates the whole point in ordering an easy dinner for delivery.
