Plan to wait over 2 hours to get a soggy, lukewarm pizza delivered! Over several years, the poor quality and lengthy wait time has remained consistent. It's close to home so after getting over it I try again. Once again, my pizza is delivered after a TWO HOUR WAIT and it had to be put in the oven to finish cooking because it was a soggy mess! I don't see the point in calling to complain, last time I did that I was told "well we are busy" then the so called manager told me that they gave my pizza away. They then offered to give me someone else's pizza instead. It wasn't even the type I had ordered; I declined and got a refund instead. The poor service has occurred at least a dozen times now. The management needs to be sent to pizza school or something. At least they consistently suck! I could have walked across town and bought a quality pizza faster! read more

So frustrating! This has been a go to place for delivery for several years but in the last 6-8 months of ordering, they've screwed our order up almost EVERY time. This time the worst. They sent two pizzas that were totally not what we ordered at all. How can they screw up so often for JUST our pizza?! My kids will not eat cheese pizza if it is not from Round Table haha. Great pizza every time I ordered it is so delicious. One time I called for pickup and when I got home I opened the box and coincidentally one pizza was wrong and it was the cheese they gave me a combination. I did not make a big deal and called and ordered another cheese pizza. But when I went to pick it up the girl recognized me and had come to the conclusion that she had given me the wrong pizza. I was ok with the mistake they are only human. Ordered delivery for the first time in a few months. We don't order a lot because it's pretty expensive for just 1 pizza. We ordered a half xcheese and half bacon chicken & green onions. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Me and my boyfriend went here for our first time about a month ago, since we are new in town, and since we like the food; we thought it would be a good experience. Nothing bad happened the night of, but then a couple days later, my boyfriend checked his bank account and realized the front counter gave themselves a $200.00 tip. Yes, it could've been a mistake. I called ahead to reserve space for a post soccer game team party. The manager agreed to keep the pizza buffet open longer for our families to eat a full lunch. The pizza was good but what pushed the experience to four stars was the excellent customer service. They had a variety of toppings on the pizzas in the buffet and the salad bar was well stocked and everything looked fresh/ clean. We go out of our way to eat lunch here when were are traveling through Manteca. Great buffet, friendly employees and good management that shows. Very relaxing atmosphere and if there is a noisy party going on it will be quiet around the corner. read more

We called and tried to get some sort of compensation for our next order while we finished cooking it in our oven and instead were told by Irene H that we had to either bring it back for a refund or a new pizza. I came in here be because I wanted Salad and thought the salad bar would be good here ordered Aalad bar and Boneless wings. Wow to my surprise. I used to work at round table when I was in high school. My family has always been a fan. It's something we splurge on when we want good pizza and are willing to spend the extra money because everyone knows it's expensive. This round table sucks. Period. The service is terrible every single time. Most all the women there are biotches every time. My husband hates going in to pick up pizza because of it. They've messed up on our order so many times it absurd. Tonight we got an xl and it looked like a large in an xl box. It tasted like old cardboard. I got two sides of ranch which are almost a dollar a piece. The girl filled them up at the salad bar only half way because the ranch ran out and tried to give them to me and send me on my way. I wasn't having it. I made her go get more ranch in the back because there is no way I'm spending money on a dipping sauce when your not going to fill it up. It's ridiculous the amount of bad experiences we had here. I could go on and on about all the these wrong with this place. We typically love getting round table but the one closest to our house is horrible. We received a coupon to come in a try a pizza on them to try and have a better experience. We got it to go so we didn't have much time with any workers. But Darren the assistant manager was very nice. What a horrendous experience I had at this round table today! We ordered 4 large pizzas for delivery and a couple of wings along side. We asked for delivery. Our large party of 25 including 13 kids were pretty hungry and they told us about an hr. We started wondering where the our pizza was after 2 and a half hours. So we called and a lot of confusion... Telling us no clear answers so we decided to just pick the pizza up ourselves. We live 15 minutes away and right when i was pulling into the complex I get a call from one of the people at the house telling me the deliverer is here to drop off the pizza. So I drive ALL the way back to find frozen pizza delivered. Anyways throughout the process you have to remember that my Asian party was getting hungrier and hungrier. So in the end it took 3 and a half hours to eat a cold and mashed up pizza due to no pizza placement on the drivers part... The only thing that I would suggest is to have employees that are fully aware and that pay better attention to orders. They have messed up my order a couple of times.
