-Online order for Carry-Out (Pickup) -Ordered Large 1/2 & 1/2 Hawaiian/Italian Garlic original crust pizza, parmesan twists, and plain classic wings. -Ordered submitted 6:42pm on 10/25/2015. -Online Fulfillment Time is 7:01pm -Arrived at 7:00pm -Poorly greeting & mentioned I was there for pick up. -THEY NOTIFIED ME THAT THE WEBSITE CHARGED ME 3 TIMES FOR THE 1 ORDER (stated that it would take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in my bank & that they could not provide a receipt for the cancelled orders) -Then he asked me to provide payment (mind you its for pick up & I paid via website) -He mentioned they were just waiting on the wings -I sat down in plain sight so they can let me know when when my order was completed. -At 7:18pm I was still waiting. -Then I asked another employee if the wings were ready -The grumpy employee grabbed the wings, JUST THE WINGS & handed me the wings with the worst customer service -Then I had to tell her I still need the rest of my order (pizzas & bread sticks) -NOT AN APOLOGY WAS GIVEN DESPITE MY 6:42PM ORDER WITH A PROMISE TIME OF 7:01PM WAS COMPLETED AROUND 7:25PM -MY ORDER WASNT EVEN CORRECT; NO RANCH WAS GIVEN DESPITE THE FACT IT WAS INDICATED ON THE ORDER, THE PIZZA WAS PAN CRUST & NOT ORIGINAL CRUST, AND THERE WAS A LONG HAIR IN THE CHEESE. A total disappointment in ROUND TABLE; my family always buys from ROUND TABLE, especially this location; AND IT SEEMS LIKE THE SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. I believe if they were more apologetic, and pretended they cared for their customers, then I wouldn't have been so frustrated. But really, 25 additional minutes than their fulfillment time, not a correct order, AND THEY CHARGED ME 3X.. so my $38 order became $114!!!!!! read more

Hello I just would like to comment on how crappy Roundtable Pizza Has become not just one store but from the bay area to Valley honestly I'd rather buy a take and bake the round table now days and this is coming from somebody that gets at least three pizzas a week!!! read more

This is definitely my favorite pizza place in town. My boyfriend and I love to come here and so do my parents. We can always count on delicious pizza. The only thing that I would suggest is to have employees that are fully aware and that pay better attention to orders. They have messed up my order a couple of times. Usually I don't like to make a big deal but it's been frequent and that's definitely not good. Especially if they don't apologize. The pizza is delicious but the customer service lacks. read more

Been pretty out of commission lately since having surgery so this has been the place we turn to for lunch or dinner quite a bit because of the convenience. First off I am going to start by saying I love Round Table in general more than other pizza places because they do not skimp out on toppings. You actually get what you pay for. If I am going to pay $25-$30 for a pizza I expect toppings on it. In my humble opinion other pizza places are sub-par compared to Round Table's pizza goodness. I made the mistake of ordering from Mountain Mikes just to change things up (see review). That taught me not to mess with a god thing. I am willing to pay a little more for Round Table and get a quality pizza then save a few bucks and get crap. As far as this location goes I have no complaints whatsoever. My favorite is a Pepperoni 4.0 with light sauce and extra cheese and they always get it right on the money. When they quote a delivery time they are either very early, early, or right on time (which is to be expected on busy weekends) The people answering the phone are always polite and courteous and the delivery people are just the same. I am very impressed with this place because they seem to really care about customer service which is rare nowadays for a place like this. Whenever the mood strikes for pizza this is where I will be turning to whether I dine in, take out, or go with delivery. You rock Round Table keep it up!!!!!!! read more

We got a large triple pepperoni pizza and when we went in to ask for ranch the girl at the counter wanted to charge me $1.00 for it. Went to restaurant to order a pizza. Waited in line for over 10 minutes to order. Then the receipt machine wasn't working for debit transactions. After finally ordering the pizza I noticed several people coming to the counter wondering where their food was. Most people had already waited over an hour and their pizza hadn't even been made yet. The line for refunds grew long and several pissed off customers. There was only 3 people working. Actually only 1 of them was working the other girl was at the register having to refund several transactions and the male employee was hiding in the back. After speaking with some customers seeing as I had plenty of time to waste waiting for my pizza many of them said this place has gotten drastically worse over the last few months. I'd say round table on Spreckels lost a lot of customers after this horrific unprofessional experience. I usually love this place but after this experience I won't be coming back here. read more

This place is HORRIBLE. This was my first time ordering from this location and this was my experience: The first time I called to order, no one answered, the second time I was on hold for 10 mins and then the third time I called someone answered and hung up on me... At this point, I decided to order online and pick up. When I got there, I asked what the lady's name was and she said "Leida" but I'm not sure because she wasn't wearing a name badge. Leida told me they had not even started the pizzas yet and it was going to be another 20 mins!!!! She then grabbed another employee went to this back room, shut the door and came back out a few minutes later. I told her my frustrations about how I called several times and got hung up on and all she said was "I'm sorry, we have been hella busy" Which does not make any sense at all because when I walked in there was only one family eating and NO PIZZAS BEING MADE. My order said it would take 30 mins to be ready and we arrived 10 mins after the time it said to pick up and they had not even started making it yet!!! I could not believe it and I asked for a refund. She did the refund on a tablet and said since it was an online order I could not get a receipt and that it would take 3-5 business days for the money to be back on my card. All she did was show me that the transaction had been cancelled so who knows if I will even get my refund back. This is the worst service I've ever received and will never go here again. read more

I should have written a review a long time ago. I am a health nut and picky eater. Not only that, I rarely like to contribute to, and never impressed by "commercial" restaurants, let alone pizzerias. However, this Round Table, at this location, I have a weakness for and they never disappoint. We order a pizza from this location at least once a week. Until tonight. My boyfriend, John, ordered our usual and went to pick it up. The newby made the mistake of giving "John's" (my bf) pizza to Ted. My bf is not a patient person and called me, told me what happened and said he didn't want to wait for them to make our pizza. I told him to kindly ask if they'd deliver it for free. He asked. They agreed. He then pulled out the cash to pay and the manager said NO, our mistake. AND said, why don't you take Teds pizza too. That is, in my opinion, going over and above to wrong a right. I've never written a review before but this inspired me to download the app, create an account and commend this excellence in customer service. We're from Santa Cruz- we have lots of great pizza options. By far, this Round Table always "delivers". We will be eating pizza for two days at least but it's even better the next day! I hope Ted enjoyed his pizza. Apparently, he did check it- and commented, "looks great!" We all make mistakes, it's they way we handle them that makes the difference. Ordered an extra large half Montague meat and half maui chicken for delivery. The pizza arrived on time but it was so greasy we 2 pieces and threw the rest away $30 worth of pizza in the trash. NEVER AGAIN! read more
