I want to start by saying, I love Round Table Pizza. However, avoid this location at all costs. It hasn't been touched (or possibly cleaned) since it first opened for business. I went in at 12:30 for their lunch buffet which didn't end until 1:30. The cashier was disinterested in any sort of customer service or hospitality and barely spoke English. None of the tables in the entire building were cleaned. I had to clear the table I sat at of the 8 dishes and four cups to have a place to sit. There were no fresh pizzas brought out during the hour I was there. I was one of four parties and there was no service. The pizzas were cold and flavorless and you only had a combo, Hawaiian, pepperoni, and garlic twists to eat. The only positive that earns them the one star was a well stocked salad bar. Lots of produce topping choices. The ranch dressing seemed watered down. They play obnoxiously loud unknown reggae music for some strange reason and I couldn't even hear my phone when someone called me. I had to go outside to take the call. It's a tragedy because the locations I have been to have always been great with keeping the pizzas warm and putting more out when down to the last few slices. That did not happen here. When those three pizzas ran out you were left with breadsticks that had probably been out since the buffet started. The cook and the cashier did nothing to clean up the place the entire time I was there. Not worth the $15. read more

I order from this round table, almost weekly, sometimes it's a hit, sometimes it's a miss. The last two times I've ordered the same pizza with extra cheese and light red sauce and there was barely any cheese with lots of sauce. Then I was trying to use a 20% coupon that was advertised and they kept telling me it wasn't working and it is NOT expired, I ended up having to pay full amount two times, that is false advertisement. If people are going to pay for extra and ask for their pizza to be a specific way, you guys really need to make sure you're doing it the way that people are asking and paying extra for. read more

Arrived right at noon when they opened for their lunch buffet The pizzas they had out first looked like they'd been there awhile - maybe last nights leftovers? There was only one full Pizza the rest was half of this a quarter of that Salad bar was good and clean when we got there but was quickly very messy and it didn't seem like anyone was going to monitor it The women's bathroom didn't have seat covers, soap, or paper towels And it smelled pretty bad The men's bathroom was worse! The Cashier was very Knowledgeable about their Menu and Offerings!!! I ordered the Large King Arthur Supreme with everything on it !! I paid by Credit Card I also bought a Large Soda!!! I ordered here on Saturday night because I got some coupons in the mail. I ordered the $49.99 deal that came with (1) specialty pizza, (1) one topping medium pizza, breadsticks and a 2-liter drink. I ordered online for delivery and the coupon code did not work for any of the coupons used. One coupon for 15% off said the coupon was expired but the print out said expired 11/30. When I received the food, it wasn't terrible. The delivery driver was nice and friendly. The food was hot and it tasted alright. My only concern was the incorrect codes on the coupons that were mailed. The pizza even had the coupons attached to the boxes with the same codes so idk what happened with the codes. read more

Once assisted was told 20 minutes of hold time was "no big deal" and was offered nothing but "bye, have a good day" after the person behind me was assisted first and was given his beer free of charge for "waiting" when I was the one waiting. Asked for a manager and he was never available. Was promised a call back that never came. I call the number on Google which is actually a call center that only takes orders. And after many attempts and wait times the manager finally says he's the owner and offers me a 10% discount for my "bad" experience, when the deals on the newspaper are way better. So he then offered a $6 off of a $65 order which is actually less than 10% off. This is an insult to any customer. Never again will I order from this place as they have zero customer service skills. Horrible customer service and my chicken wings were burnt. Manager said he cannot do anything about it. Never again will I order round table pizza. I'm a fan of Round Table pizza. Of all the chains they seem to consistently be of better quality than their competitors. Sure the price is also a little higher, but that cost is worth it to me for a better pizza. We stopped into this location around 9pm on a Tuesday. They messed up our order but not too badly and gave us a free pizza for the trouble. That works for me. Pizza tastes great to be honest. One of the best I've had so far. We also had wings and breadsticks. It was perfect and we were all impressed and I made sure to tell the staff that. The restaurant was clean and well kept. It was empty but they were preparing to close and it was a weeknight. The staff were very kind. There was a little bit of a language barrier but we were able to work thru it. read more

Spreckels Ave location is a no go for us. My husband love pizza but this location has bad customer service and employee workers are not trained well. We went at night and one worker was on his phone the dirt he was supposed to be sweeping was lying on the center of the floor as we entered. He didn't care. It was horrible we pretended to checked the menu and left without ordering. We are not sure if they're cooking it the proper way. All of them are indians and was trying to speak indian to us. I don't normally write bad reviews but have to for this one. I understand it gets busy, but I waited an hour with my 5 year old in store to get burned pizza. I don't understand how they could let this pizza go out the door. It was so burned it tasted like cardboard. My kids and hubby were so hungry, we ate it anyway instead of going back to get a replacement. We just won't go back here ever again. If I was able to give zero stars I would. Today My family and I was enjoying our early dinner when my daughter had noticed something hard in her slice of pizza come to find out there was a thumbtack baked into the food. We immediately stopped eating the pizza and called right away when we were given attitude and told to take our business elsewhere. I've been ordering pizzas from the Daniels Location for years. I am an RTP rewards customer as well. Things have changed here. I ordered a special pepperoni-only pizza for $21.99 per their online store and coupons. 1 - my credit card was charged yet my order didn't go through 2 - I called to ask what happened and if they rec'd my order. No, they had not. 3 - I then proceeded to order over the phone and deal with my bank separately because after speaking to a few people, still no resolution. 4 - I ordered the same thing as my online order and the total was higher, not including a $3.00 tip I had added. I asked why is my order higher on the phone than the online order? They said they have different prices than the online ordering system. (and apparently the coupons because this pizza is $21.99 on the coupons as well. ) 5- Then they said they would need my husband, that was picking up the pizza on the way home, to show his ID and the same CC used for ordering. He doesn't have the same CC# as I do. The banks don't issue the same #s. He said the reason was because fraudulent transactions can occur. I said you have my information and I'm a rewards customer... look it up. 6 - Not only are their prices different from the online website, but it's inconvenient to order online or over the phone if you are not the person picking up the pizza. 7 - I told the person on the phone I was canceling my order. No apology or honoring of the same price as online, NADA. Then he hung up on me. This Round Table lost my business. Customer service is key to a successful business. I believe this is under new ownership, so that may be the difference. They need to do better or they will lose a lot of customers. read more

They make the pizza so well and good and not rushed and customer service is absolutely perfect and super respectful.

Brought a couple of Pizzas and Salad to one of my accounts, and the manager and staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Restaurant was clean, and there were a lot of choices on the Salad Bar. The Italian Artisan Pizza was good as always, and the other Pizza was 1/2 Maui Zaui, and 1/2 Combo. The staff said it was very good. Thanks for preparing my food so quickly. read more

Now I know you don't necessarily need to know calculus or trigonometry to make pizzas, but I would think fractions would come pretty easily to most...like what half sausage & pineapple and half cheese pizza looks like. I'd say more like 3/4 of my pizza was sausage and pineapple and I had a measly few tiny pieces of cheese pizza to myself. More often than not the service here is pretty poor, and like all Round Table pizza places, expensive. I paid $30 for a large 2 topping pizza that wasn't even made correctly.
