The pizza there is always good, but there is no way that they will ever be worth the price. I don't remember the last time I felt this ripped off after ordering food of any kind. I hosted a birthday party for my son and 8 of his friends at the nearby laser tag facility. They are 10. I ordered two large pizzas (one cheese and one pepperoni) and was told there was a discount when ordering from the laser tag facility. The total came out to $50 plus change. Since we had a time constraint, I went through with the order with the hopes that the pizzas would at least be comparable in size to their price. There was not even enough pizza to feed all the kids, let alone the parents that came. I've never felt so ripped off. It stewed in me for so long that I came home and looked up the price on my phone thinking they had errored in the pricing. But nope. They had actually provided a $5 discount due to our patronage at the laser tag facility. I can get better pizza for a lower price from a limitless number of pizza places. And actually can't think of any place that would fathom charging this much. Let alone a corporate franchise. Clearly the last time we will buy from there. As well as the last time any of the other members in our party will as they were as thoroughly disgusted by the cost as we were. Basically, I went here for my birthday (which is on April 13 and fell on a Thursday this year), and it was amazing! :) For starters, the pepperoni pizza I got (which was the personal size, as it was 6 slices) was delicious (or "delicioso" as they say in Spanish), and the Pepsi was great for washing it down. :) Plus, my birthday cupcakes (which my parents brought) were delicious too; there were 12 chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting, 12 vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting and 12 vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting. :) (I picked out a vanilla one with chocolate frosting, and it was superbly delicious. :)) Also, when I'd gotten 357 tickets altogether after I brought the ticket receipts showing the numbers of tickets I received, the nice lady behind the counter was impressed when I said I'd pick the blue Ninja Hero Samurai Sword because it brought out my eyes; when I had 12 tickets left over, I got the Efrutti Sour Mini Burger gummi candy. First time I've ever had a messed up delivery order via DoorDash for this place. Got a completely different pizza than I ordered after waiting over an hour for delivery (understandable due to distance and being third party delivery). I called the restaurant directly as they were closing soon and I wanted to ensure they'd get my replacement order and be able to process it once I contacted DoorDash. I spoke with the closing supervisor, I think her name was Chelsey (sorry if that's wrong). She was very kind and ensured me she would keep an eye out for the order and make sure it was correct. When the replacement order showed up, the pizza was perfect and she had even included complimentary cookies. I would give this place 100 stars if I could. We had my sons birthday party on Saturday February 15th. We had about 30 people coming. I came in last week to see if I could reserve a spot and If they had enough room. This was our first time here in over 5 years. When I walked in I couldn't believe it. The atmosphere was so welcoming, it was immaculate, all I saw was smiling faces. And staff greeting me as I walked in. I met Dallas the manager first. We talked about the party. He said he definitely could accommodate everyone and reserve it for us. Also said I could bring in a cake and balloons the day of and he would keep them in the back until we arrived. Everything was set. So the day of the party, I arrived with cake and Balloons. And Dallas put everything in the freezer for later. I ordered all the pizza and he said he would have it ready when we got there. At about 730 everyone was arriving, they had it all set up. Pizza was in the oven . Which was great the kids were all starving. The staff were amazing with the kiddos. Chelsea was always talking to the kids and made my son feel so special on his birthday. The food was so delicious. Everyone was raving about how great it was. We ordered a couple gluten free pizzas and our guest said it was the best gluten free pizza they've ever had. All the staff checked on us and made sure we were doing great and had everything we needed. I just can't say enough about this place. They made everything absolutely perfect for my sons birthday. We will be back again and again. I want to thank The managers Dallas and Chelsea for going above and beyond for us and helping me get everything ready and organized amongst all the chaos and to the staff Hersh, Ethan , Austin, Sam , Pablo and Adriana thank you. The McLoughlin Blvd restaurant is the only one I've dined at. They have the best gourmet veggie pizza I've had in a long time. They have a great salad bar. When I arrived in the store there was no one at the counter. There were two associates back in the kitchen both looked at me but neither acknowledge I was there. About 5 minutes later an associate showed up to help. I didn't catch her name but she friendly. I ordered extra cheese on my pizza. Two of the slices only had cheese on half the slices. I have dined at this location twice, and also have recently placed an internet order for pick up. The pizza is classic American pizza parlor style, and the crust is good and crisp. The standard pepperoni they use is excellent, with just a little spice to it. The first time we dined here was with an impromptu party of about 16 adults, teens, and tweens; and they were very accommodating, setting up and reserving tables for us in the main dining area before we got there. The second visit was also with a group of 10+, and once again, the service and the pizza were excellent. The latest internet order was handled perfectly. I arranged a pick up time of 5:30 and it was ready for me when I got there, with all the correct toppings, and lots of them. After moving across town this Round Table is now the closest location to me and after getting a few pizzas I'm happy with the consistency and service. I always ask for light sauce and they do a great job with that. The other location I used to go to wasn't as good about light sauce. The staff have always been nice and the pizza is what I expect it to be so really no complaints. First and foremost I like Americanized west coast pizza with a cracker like crust and this is the spot for it. It's great actually. I also love the salad bar because it's always fresh and cold. The place has been remodeled and has lots of games I don't play but for those that do go for it. Great beer selection and at least one superstar employee that really keeps me coming back. It's been going downhill for a few years now, but really, there isnt any reason to go any longer. The last time I was in, we ordered a pizza without mushrooms. Waited a really long time, and ........it had mushrooms on it. I'm allergic to them, or I would have tried to take them off. Instead of ordering another I just gave it to my friend and left. It's super nice and clean. They're a clubhouse so there's a big arcade and a place to cash in tickets for prizes. There is no cost to rent the party room, you can have it for 4-5hrs and you aren't obligated to get the party package just order some pizzas. There are two spots to rent for bdays, one is a room by itself and you can close the doors. They were beyond friendly, checked on us multiple times and our pizza came out in 10min and was delish. Most pizza places seem to be kind of old/ dingy looking or they don't have a nice kids game room, but this one has all of the above and it's not as far down as Pietros. We love it here and will be back for my kiddos bday :) read more

I sit here, in your restaurant, once again and am stunned and shocked at the difference.   I opened the door to enter and head to the register to pay(pre-order) and got welcomed with a smile. My order was done on time. Plenty of staff on hand. One always at the register, two on the brooms sweeping the floors and plenty of clean and organized tables.  Salad plates were stocked with staff checking on the salad bar throughout my 25 minute stay.  The forks were well stocked as well. It wasn't the busiest tonight however both tables in front of me and behind me were both shocked as to how quick the pizza arrived.  I'm happy and pleased to see improvement.  3 stars because I saw improvement. read more

Round Table has been my favorite pizza chain for more than 30 years. Their slogan "the last honest pizza" has always rung true for me. Coming in at 7:00 on a Friday night was just sad. There were a few other occupied tables in the cavernous interior. We spent $26 for a tiny medium pizza and 2 soft drinks, not even beers. When did that happen? It took way too long to get our pizza, which was pretty good. The entire time we were there, the staff of young people neglected three tables of dirty dishes. YUCK. I'm sad that I won't be coming back. I'll get two big Papa Murphy's pizzas for the same price. The market is way too competitive for this kind of pizza experience. read more

This place is all remodeled and has amazing service. They even have new food options available. It's the perfect place to grab a great pizza and watch some sports. I will definitely be back. Because of the location it isn't showcased as well as it should be and if they kept the maintenance up on the grounds a little better, it would grab or encourage people to show more interest. The Staff were pleasant and helpful but far too few. You felt like you were running the place by yourself. A pizza place run amuck. It has always been that way in fact I remember over the years its know that the employees take more pizza for themselves and friends then they ever sell. I do not know if that still is a fact but there was certainly no cleaning up going on. Main purpose of this review is to report on the remodel...I will never ever go back. They took all the round tables out so now its Square table Pizza, Horribly set up and there is sheet metal on ceiling so it is so so so so so so noisy that its makes you want to run out of there. Pizza is fine...Cold but fine for a place like that. You would mostly go for the social aspects of Pizza and beer ( Hard to get , no help ) but no that is impossible with mostly small tables and loud loud atmosphere. read more
