Best pizza ever. Obviously it's better to dine in but carry out is good as well. My only criticism is the salad bar isn't as great as other pizza places but it's good. I love that it's employees teens as always to make your food so be patient with them it's often their first jobs but even so they are always polite, helpful and eager to assist. Definitely won't be back. Employee's were dismissive when we stood in line to order. She told me "I'll be with you shortly" as she continued to text on her cellphone. We ordered 2 pizzas, the first one was pepperoni and was undercooked. The topping slid off the pizza and was not cut all the way. The slices tore in half. The second one was a to-go order that we had requested be cooked well done. I visit this place a few times a year. They have some pretty interesting pizza and wings flavor. My favorite wings are the fire flavor. The salad bar is usually fully stocked and the drink area is also very neat. I've never been charged extra for requesting additional dips or sauces. This place is a local favorite on the Riverbank area offering a large space for parties and private events. I like the pizza but I wish that the prices were less. read more

I have to say that the cheese pull on this pizza is amazing. Fresh ingredients baked to perfection. I ordered the personal pizza with ham, black olives and pineapple. The best part next to thebcheese pull is the ham..they shred it into things little slices that cook evenly and are easy to eat. The service is good but expect to wait as this place is always packed. It is also an incredibly loud environment and I do not recommend eating here if you have hearing issues. My husband and I prefer the to go option. I've been here several times and will be back. Consistently Great Pizza, But Service Has Slipped We've been coming to this pizzeria for years because the pies are genuinely excellent--crisp, blistered crust with a balanced sauce-to-cheese ratio that keeps us loyal. Unfortunately, the hospitality no longer matches the kitchen. On our latest visit, a pitcher of beer and two pizzas took roughly 90 minutes to arrive, which is a tough wait even on a busy night. The salad bar was unkept, more "picked over" than refreshed. Interactions with the staff were also disappointing: questions went unanswered and the demeanor read as dismissive--eye rolls included. It's a shame, because the food deserves better support. With tighter pacing, a tidier salad station, and more attentive service, this place could return to the neighborhood favorite we've long recommended. Today January 16th it was very known in the town of riverbank there is a movie being filmed and extras were needed, being that the filming is ten steps from this place I'm sure they were well aware of the amount of people that would let's just say possibly attend (at least as an operating business you would hope that'd be the case) instead some lady sitting in the room full of tables is telling everyone she is having an important meeting and no one is aloud in!!! Not only is this bad for business it is extremely rude. While sitting waiting for the tree lighting I have seen many people leave with nothing & multiple people in line mention the fact they were going to get food at the establishment and chose not to. We ordered a half mushroom and onions, half pepperoni, and both sides of toppings were very generous and super yummy! The ingredients tasted fresh, the perfect amount of cheese too. The crust Yum! Let me add I am not a crust kinda girl, but each slice I ate, I ate it all! Everyone in our household, loved it! We also ordered buffalo wings and they were SUPER delicious. Good pizza. Terrible service. My family and I walked into Pizza Plus in Riverbank to a bunch of dirty tables. There's someone slowly cleaning the tables at a snails pace. My husband goes to get in line to order our pizza while I wait for a table to be cleaned. I stood there next to a table patiently waiting. The worker obviously saw me and ignored me cleaning other tables around me. We called ahead of time to ask what time they close and stop taking orders. They told us they close at 9 pm and stop taking orders at 8:45 so we drove from Modesto and showed up at 8:15. We walked in and were told they stopped taking orders. This is bullshit. If you advertise your hours stick to them or at least tell customers you're closing early when they call. I usually do not have a problem with this place but there are a few things that need to be considered. 1. is that when you just have a bunch of high schoolers working in the back making pizzas you are going to have a lot more mistakes. 2. in this case, a mistake was made that bothered me a lot. I do not understand why there are jalapeños on a chicken barbecue pizza. That there was not requested for. Also lately it seems that these pizzas are not baked well enough to the point where everything is also getting stuck to the box as seen in the picture below.
