Second time coming here. Food is great! And cheesy. Service is also good. It's a small place and it feels like a sauna in there. Downfall is I don't like how they don't use gloves. And one of the girls had her nails done and was touching dough and all the toppings. (Without gloves) And she scratched her head ( did not wash her hands) and began to touch the dough. Ordered a pickup at Luigi's for lunch to eat with a few coworkers. It took about 35 minutes to get our food so keep that in mind for the lunch rush. They're primarily a take-out shop as the name implies. Got a large combination pizza and 10 big wings for 3 people... it was too much food, but it was good! Pizza is has good quality toppings and a decent amount of them. Crust had some chew to it - always a little hard to judge with takeout, but it held up. I came here a second time the following week since people liked the food. I ordered Big Wings both times and the first time was kind of like an original and the second was a Buffalo. Horrible! Was quoted 30 mins for one pizza. 35 minutes later we are told it will be 15 more minutes. The 15 mins has passed and we have now been there for just about 50-55 minutes and are just seeing our pizza go inside the oven. About 10 minutes later we receive our order. Was never told any sort of apology or reasoning for being extremely late. By the time we are leaving the establishment it has been about 65-70 mins when original time quote was 30. After all of this the food didn't make up for anything. Crust is extremely dry and cardboard like, cheese tastes like nothing, and pepperoni tastes like straight chemicals. On top of that the price was absolutely ridiculous considering the quality, or lack there of. The man that took our order was nice and friendly but rest of staff was not. Do not waste your time and money here! Mind you, this was not during busy hours. Only three other orders were being handled the entire time we were there. Our friend ordered an appetizer that also took around an hour/similar time frame to come out. I myself work in a pizza restaurant and this kind of service would not be tolerated and allowed. Time estimates should be based off of what employees think they are able to meet, not what they are aiming to meet. I understand mistakes happen, but at the very least the customer deserves an apology for the inconvenience. Customers also should not receive attitude and nasty looks from employees when asking about the status of their order after the time estimate has been passed. read more

The woman who took my order was very friendly and patient with me as it was the first time I had ever ordered from them. The pizza was hot and ready when I arrived. Tomato sauce was a bit sweet for my taste and we are very picky with pizza delivery so could had rated higher but need to go in person.
