Visited with 8 people for early lunch. Great Service! Food was fresh and promptly refilled for all you eat buffet. I work with handicapped adults and the employees were very respectful and attentive to each and every person. As we were leaving it was getting busy ~ that right there says it's a good Round Table. The service itself makes up for the same basic pizza offered at every Roundtable. We came in for family night and were very impressed by the cleanliness, service and variety. Bri (not sure if I spelled that right) was beyond friendly, I was so impressed by how welcoming and attentive she was. The store is spotless, new and updated. I highly recommend coming for family night on Tuesday with the kids for an affordable and satisfying dinner. Salad and pizza options are satisfying. Horrible customer service. Ordered a salad and 4 wings and had to call after an hour and a half went by, mind you I order from here almost once a week and I'm located 2 min. away at my work, and they told me that the driver showed up and tried calling me but because the person I spoke with on the phone took down my wrong number the driver left because they couldn't get ahold of me. So I called to ask where my food was and they told me this, they also told me it takes 4 min. to make wings and still they gave me a hour to hour and 10 min. wait which I was fine with, yet they were not willing to take care of my $19 and some change order that was now going to take 2 hours to get to me. So you just lost a loyal customer. Never again will I order from this place. read more

On Saturday I tried ordering a pizza online using the coupon code from our previous visit receipt. Unfortunately they are printing on expired coupon paper. I called and spoke with Nikki as the coupon was only valid for online order of 15% off and it was from our visit the previous Tuesday. She was super nice and told us no problem just bring it down when we pick up our order and she would take care of it. Upon arrival a short while later, we walked into the location and were hit with a pungent sewage smell. It was AWFUL and honestly took our breath away. Nikki was at the register and was very friendly. As we paid and she took care of our coupon we asked what was going on with the terrible smell. She was so embarrassed and apologetic, and said there was a pipe leak, apparently it's been like that for a while. I don't know how she or the other employees were able to work with that smell of rotting sewage, let alone people eat food in there, I nearly lost my appetite. For the customer service: 5 food: 5 the Maui zowie was delicious smell/atmosphere: 0 Overall 4 only because Nikki was so helpful with the coupon and had a great personality and customer service. I really would like to give a higher rating mainly because Bre is INCREDIBLY nice. But the last couple of orders have left me wondering if I should come back. I have pretty much one of those 'same ol orders' which is very basic. Pepperoni, HEAVY red sauce, light cheese, (sometimes extra pep). I found that if I ordered online or by phone, the pizza ends up in the warmer so that dries up the sauce. No bueno. I've also tried to time it but some how it doesn't work out either. I'm still ending up with dry pizza. My guess is they read light cheese and just apply that on the sauce too. Or worse they apply HEAVY to the cheese In any case, I've ended up with a dry over cheesed pizza. Unless I order it on the spot it may turn out exactly how I want it. But even that can be hit or miss, which makes for a sad lunch hour :( read more

I placed an order for delivery. I ordered 2 large pizzas and a salad and also an extra dressing. When my order was delivered there was no dressing. I called and spoke to a "shift manager" who was not helpful at all. He tells me that Door Dash delivers their orders. I asked him why my salad, cheese and red pepper flakes were not put in a bag? Maybe this would have prevented this problem. He proceeds to then say it was in a bag and the Door Dash driver must have taken it out. Yea right. The Door Dash driver opened the bag, and only took the dressing but delivered the 2 large pizzas and salad Without the bag?? Not buying it. So I asked them to deliver the dressing or refund the salad. He refused to do either. He said he needed to call a manager and would call me back. Of course he never called. So a couple hours later I call. He then tells me that SINCE I USED A COUPON for my order and got a discount they will not be giving me money back for the salad. I asked for a manager to call me and no calls. I messaged them on Facebook and was told a store manager would call me. No call. I messaged again and was told the owner would call me within 3-5 business days. It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order and not one person has called. I've been ordering at least twice a week and they don't care about customers. I've been going to round table for 40 years and they don't care. Save your money and use it to establishments that care like Mountain Mike's. read more

I am so disappointed in this round table location. We have ordered from here quite a few times but the past two have been terrible. A week ago we we ordered two pizzas and breadsticks. The breadsticks were so doughy I had to put them in our oven because I was afraid to eat them. One pizza was burned and cold and one was okay. I called to let them know it was terrible they offered to remake for free; they said to call back on another day and they will take care of it. I thought this was super awesome of them because they really did not need to do anything. Last night we took them up on that offer and had it delivered. The pizza was so cold I didn't even need to put it in the fridge to cool it off for the kids, and the breadsticks, once again, doughy (but not as bad). No one had breadsticks because we have had food poisoning from doughy pizza. This has become more of a rant, but I will never buy pizza from any round table again. I definitely thought they just had a bad night last week, maybe it was very busy, but after last night, having a repeated crappy order, I would rather take my business elsewhere. I ordered pizza from here a few weeks back for delivery. I guess they were busy or down a driver not sure. So they used door dash for my delivery. First it was more than an hour late so we called and they remade the pizza and my husband drove there to pick it up. While he was gone the first pizza arrived and it was cold and it was wrong. I called to let him know and he checked the pizza he was picking up and it was also wrong. He waited while they fixed the pizza. We will never order from there again. Only good thing was they did end up refunding us the whole amount of our order. That did not fix the company we had at home from waiting and eating cold pizza til the right hot pizza came back with my husband. read more

First time at this location. I usually go to the one on Mitchell Rd. This location's customer service was great. They greet you as soon as you walk in and don't rush you out. Sadly, I can only give this location 2 stars. Ordered A combo pizza, 2 draft beers, and 2 salads. $62 later... On the good side, the tables were clean, and we had almost the entire place to ourselves. The pizza was good, and up to our expectation. The down side, after we paid, we were informed all draft beer was not available due to an issue with their equipment. They had 2 choices of bottled beer. We made our way to the salad bar, finding nearly empty selections. The lettuce was frozen to the pan. I did ask for a couple of the selections to be refilled. This was 6:30-7pm on a Saturday night. The manager was very polite, and tried to find the ball game on their system. We were hoping to catch the SF Giants game. She asked if they were a college team...ugh. About 4 to 5 people came in for pick up. How is this place staying open? With all the pizza choices in our area, for less or even $, we won't be going back. read more

I placed an online order this evening for delivery through the round table website. I ordered a large pizza and 6 Parmesan bread twists. My order was supposed to be delivered in an hour, but it ended up taking an hour and a half and it was delivered through door dash. I was so confused. I was more confused because all I received was my large pizza. When I called Round Table the manager on duty had no customer service skills what so ever. When I told her that I hadn't received my twists and I really wanted to eat those with my pizza. She told me she would have the twists sent to me and to wait to eat the pizza. I asked her if she wanted me to eat a cold pizza ? She said well hun go ahead and eat your pizza. So can I get more twists for the inconvenience ? She says no. Wow. I spent almost $40 for this order. Worse service ever. She could of at least threw in a two liter. Nothing Update. The pizza I was told to eat while I am waiting for my twists is burnt!!! I have never in my life ever gotten a burnt pizza from Round Table. Worst experience ever. They used to be my fav. Not anymore. read more
