I stayed at the Best Western hotel approximately 1/2 mile away. My family was starving after driving all day so I ordered delivery online. The app said 45 minutes. After 1 hr, I called to see where the food was. I was told 20 more minutes. A half hr went by. I called AGAIN. Finally, after 2 hours, I got my pizza. At this point my last three orders from them have been missing items or under cooked. When i tell the delivery driver hes annoyed im complaining he forgot the soda. Then the manager calls me and says they have 3 orders to do before they can bring my soda and that it will take a long time. I cant believe they would rather not fix my order to make sure the next customer delivery time is faster. They arent accountable and tbh i wont be ordering from them again. Friendly employees and clean all around. Like the large room for dining with a nice flat screen TV which was playing some MLB game at the time. Other entertainment include a Indiana Jones pinball machine, Pac-Man game, and another game. We had a large pepperoni pizza with 2 dozen wings. Loved the pizza, I know it's just Round Table Pizza but something was different about it I don't know, Oakhurst water !? LOL. It's been a while since I've had that good of a pepperoni pizza, the crust, the sauce, and toppings were just on the spot. There wings weren't that good though, too soft and probably could've been cooked longer. I think we just ate 1 of the 2 dozens and the rest we tossed, which I usually hate doing, wasting food. They have a nice view over looking the valley. A lunch pizza buffet which I wouldn't mind doing next time because we missed it having come here for dinner runs daily. We've ordered take out pizza here every weekend for the last 3 weeks and it's been great every time. The service is better than every other pizza place I've been to - they are courteous on the phone, they are accurate with their timing estimates, and they are polite when we go in to pick up our order. I will start by saying the pizza was very delicious. My only complaint is that we arrived at 8:25pm and the employee at the Cash register said they were only taking, take out orders at that time. After a long on the lake, we (our family of 4) were looking forward to dining in the restaurant. Our pizza was ready at 8:45pm, giving 15 minutes to dine inside.l if permitted. The worst part is there was a party of 10 and a steady flow of customers, when we got our pizza. If closing time is at 9:00pm, indoor dining should be allowed until then. Food has always been good, though service quality has been inconsistent. Sometimes they are fast and friendly, other times they are slow and bored. The only gripe my friends have is that oftentimes, food from other visitors who have long left the establishment are still on the tables. Hubby, sister in law, and 2 nephews. We decided on a large, half Hawaiian, half BBQ chicken. And an order of 6 garlic Parmesan twists. Customer service was friendly and fast. We found a booth and waited about 5 minutes before our twists came out. They were HUGE! I mean one of these is almost a mean in and of itself! Super tasty and super good. It comes with a side of ranch, which goes perfectly with the sweet garlic and cheese. :) Our pizza came out about 10 minutes after our twists and it was more than enough for all of us. Yes, it's still greasy, but not as gross as I recall. Pretty tasty, but not amazing. There was a female manager on the floor (wish I could remember her name) who helped us out and even gave us paper plates, napkins, parmesan, and crushed peppers for our togo before we could even ask her. The pizza was surprisingly good as well. We got half bacon and half ham; the bacon isn't as greasy as most bacon pizzas you get from other places. The sauce they use on their pizzas is a sweeter sauce than most other pizza places. Tip: Check near the entrance for a little coupon book. Stopped-in here while on a recent overnight stay in Oakhurst. It seems that there is no shortage of small Pizza places in this town but we were craving RT Pizza for some reason so we went here and I'm glad we did! Right away we were greeted by a friendly employee who told us that thanks to a special we could get a large Pizza for the same price as a medium! Our Pizza arrived quickly and was piping hot. This place is located in a newer shopping center and features a large dining area. What impressed me is that as soon as group left an employee was right there to clean it up.
