I really love their pizzas! Typically I get the King Arthur supreme, which is a nice variety of ingredients (something for everyone in our home), but I have to admit, their pizzas are a little on the pricier side compared to some of the others places I like. So I tend to stop by when I get the neighborhood coupons. Today I had hubby call in the order so I could pick up on the way home. (Later I find out he somehow failed and called a wrong location). Anyways when I arrived, the nice guy at counter said he didn't have my order and could tell by the confused look on my face that I stated my hubby had placed the order. How could that be!?! Before I could find out what happened (hubby had to research the location he called) the guy that took my order gave me a discount so I could place the order with him at the counter. Sweet!! Totally didn't expect it and he surely didn't have to do that, but it represented great customer service and trying to help a customer out in a frustrating situation (I was not happy with the hubs!) Everyone who helped me had a very pleasant and professional demeanor. That makes my experiences here 5 stars for the pizza quality and great attitudes! read more

OK, so on the way back from swimming there is this dude, a sign holder, only this one it totally into being the best sign holder there is! He is jumping, twisting, gyrating, kicking, flipping his sign, all kinds of stuff. It was like he was doing the insanity workout with an advertising sign! Too cool! Well, the sign he was into displaying was for Round Table Pizza! So, of course, loving pizza, had to try the buffet! The pizza sauce is a bit too sweet for my taste, but the value is huge $6.99 for all you can eat pizza, bread knobs, a salad bar, etc. Also, the manager and his staff are super friendly. Anyway, a good place to eat and get full especially if you are on a budget! They also have happy hours and they do serve beer as well, although I did not have any this visit, I may stop back soon. 4 out of 5 stars due to sweet sauce, Pepsi fountain drinks (I am a Coke fan) and they did run out of some pizza and so there was a longer wait at times. This is one of those they-tried-really-hard-to-fix-it experiences. I ordered online and the confirmation told me to pick it up at 8:03. I got here about 7:55 and they told me it would be at least another 20 minutes. The cashier was apologetic and asked me if he could upgrade my pizza size, throw in a free soda or salad etc but I really didn't want that since I'm trying to watch my figure ;) In the end he gave me a 15% off coupon. Decided not to order there. I use to really enjoy their pizza, but the prices are out of control.

The manager states that they can not do anything about the website where you order. She was clear they do not plan to deliver pizzas on time according to what is stated in the order. If you order pizza do not tell any of your family or friends it's going to arrive as they have no intention of delivering it until they feel they are ready. Takes about 10 minutes to make a pizza and another 15 to deliver it. I understand they can take longer but saying 50 and taking over 90 doesn't make any sense. That's just called bad management. So I'll work with corporate to get it figured out if corporate is misleading all their customers at all sites or if this site just doesn't want to do anything to deliver on time. But right now their policy is they do not intend to deliver on time. We just went and picked up food. read more

I haven't had pizza from this place for over 20 years and coming to this location was a mistake. There was less than five people in the restaurant and there were five tables that weren't cleaned up after customers left. The all you can buffet the pizza was not fresh and the presentation overall was not something I would say was up to par. Salad bar was not all good.. wasted $15 for bad pizza and ambiance.. once the busboy came through the placed smelled to strong of bleach that I couldn't eat anymore of my food and I left. read more

This Round Table Pizza has dissociative identity disorder. Some days all it wants to do is give you a great tasting pizza in a reasonable amount of time; I love this Round Table. Other days, it couldn't care less about the quality of its product or customer service, and the employees and managers quite openly don't give a fuck. Predicting which identity it will be in on any given day is impossible, so more often than not, I just choose not to order. The only reason I do come back to this location is for the 40% off any pizza Mondays. While this deal still doesn't make Round Table cheap (let's face it, their product is obscenely priced) , it's good enough to fulfill my sporadic craving. As far as delivery is concerned, you're gambling. My only advice to delivery customers is, "have a backup plan." read more

Definitely a good alternative to Papa John's Pizza and Pizza Hut. The boyfie and I went here for gluten free vegetarian pizza and it was amazing. It was pricier than what I would've liked, but the toppings made up for it. They were every generous with it, almost to the point where you want to take some away. The employees were also very pleasant; they constantly checked up on us. The only thing I did not like is the salad bar. $7 lunch buffet of carbs ga-lore... Coworkers and I decided to dine here to check it out. It was super busy the times we've gone and always a line to get food. There are about 3-4 types of pizzas, salad and bread sticks. The pizzas usually go quick so you need to make sure you're in line when they come out fresh from the back or your screwed! Sometimes it gets so busy that the tables remain uncleaned for a while and it's hard to find tables/seats. It's a spacious restaurant with lots of parking. Pizza was good but I have had RT before (in Northern CA) and it was indeed a lot better. But the GARLIC KNOTS were indeed unforgettable. OMG that's why I went. If you want to try thse.. by all means. Heck, you dont even have to try the pizza, just the knots. Buffet was always good. We went a handful oftimes. I hear all the time that this place beats out Pizza Hut or Papa Johns but in my experience... it does not live up to the hype. The other reviewer who mentioned that the tables were laden with dirty plates was correct. They don't seem pick it up until AFTER you are done. The pizza is oily as heck and there's only so many slices you can eat before you feel like you want to throw up or get sick. While I enjoyed the vegetarian pizza, I felt like they could've improved on the other pizzas that they offered. *The local favorite had sausage, pepperoni and green onions. It was alright. *The pepperoni was really oily on top and on the bottom! *The ham and pineapple was not bad but it lacked balance with some slices heavier on the pineapple and no ham. *Salad bar was pretty standard nothing too crazy or bad *Garlic Parmesan twists was ehhh. *Everything else was sorta forgetful and non-important to me. I tried it... didn't care for it. Although I went here for an all-u-can-eat, I probably wont do it again. I felt bad and ashamed of myself for eating all of that. Great pizza! A little pricey but so so good! Last few times a very nice lady, Rosalind has helped me out when I ordered over the phone. You have the option of ordering online by their mobile ordering isn't very user friendly but it doesn't bother me because last 2 orders I believe Rosalind took our order over he phone and she's such an upbeat person, it really makes for an overall great experience with round table. We always get a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage, Parmesan twists, and sometimes upgrade to an XL for $4. It's really fast and much better than the cheap "$5" pizza places! I'd give this place a 0 if I could. I came here to eat dinner Sunday night on 6/9/19 with my family, arrived before closing hours, and placed my order. We received our food when we realized it was getting close to closing, no biggie, we're considerate people and wouldn't take long in occasions like this. It wasn't until a lady who I assume was a lead or a manager because she was bossing everyone there was angrily asking her employees why they didn't close the lobby beforehand because now there's people sticking around. She said, out loud, that she's 'not doing this again' and was angrily bussing tables. WOW. We completely lost our appetite. We came here all the time but now after this, NO MORE. Looks like it's dominos from now on, sucks because the pizza is good but costumer service is unbelievable. I've worked in the restaurant business my whole life, and I would never say anything like this out loud for customers to hear. We paid for our pizza, we deserve to be there and not be treated like we're some kind of burden for them. Either this lady owes us an apology or Round Table needs to fire her. This place has its ups and downs. The pizza there is pretty good, with a lot of size options and nice menu for customizable pizzas, but other than the food, the experience was pretty lackluster. The price is a little high but the flavor is one of the best I've ever had, my favorite being King Arthur Supreme. For the non meat eaters, try the Queen Guinevere. Ask about the promotions they have because it may certainly save you money. The dine-in, takeout, and delivery have been on time or very little waiting time.
