Orland isn't where I live, but I don't live far from this pretty little town. I visited to have some fun at the Glenn County Fair, then after all that, decided to continue my night by having some pizza here with a family member. I've been to other Round Tables. This one, however, not once... until now! I heard this location is on the younger side, hasn't been around for long. It looked very clean inside, had the usual Round Table décor and other amenities, and although smaller than what I'm used to, I liked it - felt cozy. The employees were friendly, got our pepperoni pizza out in a timely manner and the pizza was delicious. I'll stop by here when I'm in Orland again. read more

It took over an hour to get our food they barely put any topping on our pizza and the bread sticks took longer than the pizza, it was so hot inside and we couldn't enjoy our food. Employee Carmen apologized for the inconveniences and she was really sweet! read more

My work orders from here once a week (or at least for the amount of time i see Round Table boxes in the office). I am usually late to receiving a slice because it goes so quickly. Today we got King Arthurs Supreme & Gourmet Veggie. Honestly, I love meat and toppings but it is so hard to decide which one is my favorite. First off the toppings on both pizzas were LOADED. I mean who can complain there?! And I found myself eating the Veggie one because it was just so flavorful. We got an order of Bread sticks as well. They were even good. I have never actually been inside this establishment, nor am I the one placing the order over the phone but man have I enjoyed Round Table Pizza week after week and I am NEVER disappointed!!! They tailor-made a pizza for me due to dietary needs and were super sweet and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. Highly recommend them for their service and great food! read more

I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. Round Table is some of my favorite pizza. Way better than anything in Orland. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth the price? Absolutely. My favorite is the King Arthur Supreme. Never dissapoints. And as far as service goes, I think it's pretty good. I know people will always have a problem with their food service but I have eaten here dozens of times and can't remember any problems. And to balance out all the negative I'm reading, let me give you an example of some superior service. My dad wanted to take me and my brother out for some lunch. Since there is not much to choose from in Orland, we decided on Round Table. We showed up at about 1:50 to gorge ourselves on some all you can eat pizza. Problem is, their lunch buffet is over at 1:30. Damn. I'm really dissapointed. But the guy taking our order says 'no problem' and lets us order three lunch buffets. And because of the time, there wasn't much of a selection and he says he'll put some more pizza out there and asks us what we want. So we ask for some pepperoni and combination (king arthur supreme). Dude brings out the hot pizza shortly after and also restocks the garlic bread twists and the cinnamon sugar twists without us even asking him to. Needless to say we left there with full stomachs and smiling faces :) read more

I have had consist bad service on delivery. And they cannot deliver if you are paying cash and only have a $100.00 bill. Circumstances beyond my control warranted that was the ONLY way I had to pay for delivery of close to a $40.00 order. Ridiculous policy. read more

Pizza was good like always but there employees not so good and I hope they actually read this so they can see the service they give. There was this employee( I don't know her name) which I think she was the manager because she had a different colored shirt but since I got there her attitude with the employees was kinda rude. I asked for some boxes and a plate for my leftover salad but one of the employees asked the manager if she can give me a salad box and she just said "OK" but not so happy. We were walking out the door when i think she was talking about us cuz she looked at us but since I turned around and looked at her she looked down and acted like she was doing something else while the other employee stared at us. Called to place pick up order. Hung up on first time, second time on hold for 10 minutes by the time I walked in to no line at counter. I told shift manager about experience. She said "We are too busy to except anymore orders." Took my order and said it would be 15 minutes. Poor customer service. read more

This Round Table Pizza seems to always get my order wrong. Make sure you repeat your order at least twice, and always check your order (if take out) before you leave the store. I have eaten here at least 10 times, and they have managed to get my order wrong 7 times. I'm not sure if it's the very young employees they hire, or if their communication is just bad, but it's frustrating to have to order, pick up, then re-order and wait for the correct order. The price is a bit high (as are all Round Tables) considering you have at least four other lesser expensive alternatives in Orland. Other than that, the food is typical Round Table Pizza. They do make a mean Maui Zaui pizza (our favorite), and the buffet is good. read more

I love pizza and the Chicken my husband love pizza there is the Hawaii with the Bacon when we are in in California they will Deliver that pizza and P chicken to My Parent's house so we don't have to drive to where can pick it up read more

We never get a bad pizza from Round Table....they are consistently good and their salad bar is very fresh and cold. It's a great place to take your family, with a big back room for parties or meetings. Their staff is wonderful, and they do so much for the community. They set two evenings a week aside for fundraisers. All you have to do is reserve one of the nights you want, and anyone who mentions your cause when they order, a portion of the proceeds goes to your cause, and they let you have a bake sale at the same time to help. And they deliver! Yes....there are times the tables are messy, but I always figure that is usually during or after an unexpected really busy visit from massive group of people who come in without reserving, and because Round Table never says no to anyone, they get behind at times...give them a break. Keep up the good work Round Table!! read more

I went to this location as I was visiting from out of town. I give this place two stars bc of ...well let's call it the good, the bad, and the ugly. The good...I placed a phone order for pick up. My order was ready in a decent amount of time. The bad... I was asked my name...and was asked if my order could be under half my name. Ummm...why ask for my name then? The price was ok, but I did have a half and half specialty...so not so bad. And now the ugly!...my arrival. I wasn't greeted by a single employee and could see employees not wearing gloves, and heard more talking amongst themselves than small rapport with a customer that just walked in. Then wasn't shown my order, and had cheese and peppers basically thrown on on my pizza box. Will think twice about coming to THIS location if there is ever a next time. read more

We were traveling through and stopped by because they offered a salad bar. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the salad bar was fresh and fully stocked, the pizza was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding and fast. The employees were very pleasant and checked on us multiple times during our visit. We highly recommend eating at this restaurant. read more

I'm visiting from Spokane Wa. I've been here close to 3 weeks and my grandson loves pizza. The last order was fine minus missed topping. So.tonight grandson wanted pizza before I head home. I call and order the exact order from 2 weeks ago with add on order of wings. After my discount total is $85. Pizza arrives 48 min later. One is missing a topping just like last time but I let that go last tome . Well this tine I called and manager says oh that happens and proceeded to make me feel in the wrong since I wanted it corrected this time, so she says she would take care prob right away. "Great" I hang up go in kitchen to grab piece of the pepperoni. I notice that it looks like it's on cardboard. I call back to complain, the manager then proceeded to argue with me saying they're made that way all the time and both are that way. I try telling her NO that's not how they arrived last order nor does the other pizza look like cardboard. So the manager wants to convince me that I'm wrong by still arguing. As much as my grandson loves round table I'm pretty much done. I didnt order $100 worth food from them to have the manager try explain I'm wrong not once but twice. read more

Great help! Eager to please and food is always good. Only reason I am only giving 4 stars is that they need a bit more diligence on cleaning. The tables take a while to get bused, windows are smudged and salad bar gets a bit messy. Otherwise, great place to meet with friends and have a great experience. read more

Wow... I should have known why this place was literally empty on a Saturday at 6pm as I was visiting town in orland California. First, the prices are out of this world. I can't believe it cost over $30 for a pepperoni and sausage pizza! After the sticker shock, we got our food and it only took a little while to get our food. I needed some kid friendly water cups with lids but the only option cost money? When spending over $50 on a meal (including online coupons I used), you should get 3 free cup options with lids. Despite all this, my kids came to alert me that there was POOP in the arcade area. Sure enough, I went to investigate and confirmed that someone had actually defecated behind the kids candy machine which my toddlers had been playing around (older kid or adult?). I told someone who worked there and the response was underwhelming. Never saw it cleaned up within the next 20 minutes. Overall food was rather tasty but two of us have gastrointestinal discomfort (coincidence?). read more
