I was the first one there ( they open at 11am). I should have looked at the salad bar beforehand. There was about a tablespoon of watery cottage cheese.. .cucumbers appeared old and soggy and some of the lettuce was wilted. SO disappointing! It's a hit and miss with their salad bar! I tried to redeem my rewards and the website would not let me. This went on for a week and I finally reached out to Customer Service and after several emails where they just gave me the run around, they updated their rewards program. It went from spend $150 to earn enough points to redeem for a large speciality pizza to $375 to earn the same rewards. I just want them to honor the program when I reached out to them. So far, they just ask for screenshots showing the old rewards, which I am lucky to have, then they say it is resolved and they close the ticket. read more

Surprisingly good pizza. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the pizza. The crust was really crispy and the ingredients on top were plentiful and fresh. The twisted breadsticks were an added bonus to that. This location has a private party room and they didn't charge an additional fee to reserve it which was much appreciated. I ordered mozzarella sticks for the 1st time at round table. And they were covered in green onions and parmesan. They stank so bad and tasted like onions. My husband and i couldnt even eat them. Worst mozzarella stick I've ever had. One bite and got thrown in the trash. On the other hand The pizza and bacon cheddar twists were so good. They open at 11, I was here at 10:50 Monday morning waiting when a girl I now know as Sam came to tell me they wouldn't be having lunch deals or salad bar today and they'd be open in 10m. I felt like she was trying to send me away. We came in to order and she interrupted the cashier while I was ordering to take over and was the rudest person I've encountered here. I just ordered and sat down while she continued her rude streak onto the rest of the people in line behind me. We would all like to complain but she is leaving in a few days for her new job at a school, poor kids I'd say we won't be back but thankfully she won't be here so we will. Went here for my son's birthday with family. Bought all the kids play cards at the arcade and none if the cards got credit. I asked the staff about this and they told me it is controlled through a third party and to call the number on the back of the play card for service. They then forgot half of our order. Very disappointed in the service, the arcade, the pizza they brought us was even burnt. Sad to see such a landmark place go down hill. The place looks very nice, but I'm not going back. I remember a time when round table was very good, use to be one of the best places here in town to get pizza... right before they remodeled they were going down hill, so I hadn't had there pizza in quite some time. I figured since they remodeled maybe they deserve a second chance... So, we were there a year ago with our club. It was awful & hadn't been back since. Gave it another try tonight. Pizza was delicious & they had a better selection of cold beer & glasses. Service was slow & there was only 1 other small group there. The party room hadn't been vacumed for quite awhile (like maybe days). Salad bar was pretty messy. Saw staff members just leaning against the counter. They need to have something for them to do when they don't have customers. We had to all fold our own take out boxes. Probably won't be back again. We use to go there once a month after our meetings & did that for years. Shakey's pizza isn't as good but everything is clean & the staff always busy & helpful. They might want to hire a window washer too. read more

Do not order delivery from here! Ordered a pizza and twist and was quoted 45 minutes didn't get the food till 2hrs later. I called an 1hr and 30 minutes in and they were just now throwing my pizza and twist in the oven smh. When I asked them why it took so long they didn't give me an answer and said I'm sorry that's just how it is sometimes. What poor customer service. When I arrived at 5:15 there were a lot of dirty tables that sat dirty for another 40 minutes . I placed my order for a personal pizza. It took about 25 minutes to get it. At that time it wasn't busy at all. Business picked up the longer I was here. It was steady. There was a birthday party in the banquet room with a big mouth lady announcing something about a thief. She was causing a commotion. My pizza was pretty good. I ordered xtra sauce but it was swimming in sauce. In the section I was sitting in only 3 it of 13 tables had napkins. The salad bar was in need of restocking big time. Alan is & has been a great employee. He's always doing everything! Folks, don't get me wrong, I love me some Round Table Pizza. Today I was very disappointed. Apparently the oven broke at lunch and the Buffet came to a screeching halt. Several folks had limited time for lunch. Luckily, I was not one of them but there was no communication to folks buying the buffet lunch. RT works just kept taking peoples money even though there was no pizza to feed them. The Salad Bar was also decimated, it was a mess. The saving grace was the soda machine was still working. I felt bad for the folks that payed good money to get one piece of pizza at the all you can eat buffet. Shame on you RT for not communicating to situation to people when they were paying. Use to Love Round Table Pizza never go anywhere else. Until moved out of State. Coming home my hubby and I have ordered 2-3 times pizza from here. Love King Arthur.. hubby loves another. Getting delivery has proved not a good idea. Had ordered with variation light sauce no sausge ect. Everytime (3) the order gets delivered wrongly made. Simple phone call to let them know after spending over $50 each time we order it was wrong. We never got let us make those right send them out ..or here is an offer of what ever. .all we got is well don't know what to tell you I think we made it right. Hangs up. First time inside the newly renovated roundtable clubhouse. I think the upgrades are nice. Love the little bar area. We ordered from the salad bar which was stocked with fresh veggies and looked nice and clean. The lady at the front seemed friendly eventhough she has just dealt with a rude customer. The man working the floor did a great job at maintaining the facility and keeping our beers full. All and all pizza was delicious as usual, kids cheeseburger was actually a huge hit, bread twists + beer- cant go wrong. Kids loved the arcade and their burgers. read more

The worst experience I've had at Round Table so far. I love this pizza and I use to eat it almost everyday if I could while pregnant. Some people crave sweets, some pickles, but I wanted pizza from Round Table. So I'm very frustrated as I write this review. I had to wait 45 minutes on a carry out order tonight. Everytime I order from this Round Table there is a problem with delivery, I recently waited almost 3 hours for a pizza and when it showed up not only was it cold, it had bubbled in the oven and a third of the pizza was just a bubble of dough and sauce. I worked at RT on and off for 10 years and NEVER sent out a pizza like this,especially one that was hours late. They also always have at least an hour wait time for delivery every time, pro tip... if people are waiting hours for delivery you have enough demand to justify hiring more drivers.
