MESSY by messy I mean filthy! Tables were piled with trash and leftovers who knows from how many hours prior. Had to interrupt social hour in the back just to get something they forgot to supply in the first place, and since I was the customer interrupting then of course that left them (the paid employees) with attitude. I believe no matter where you work even if you don't like it, then find something different or make it the best you can for the time being. Make sure your uniform even if it's just a T-shirt look presentable, your hair doesn't have to be so messy that your customers are dreading finding one in their food, your phones (you know the ones covered in everything you touch) do not have the ability to actually make the food for you so why is it in your hand as your putting toppings on? You don't think we can see over your tall barrier? To bad those barstools in front make us a few feet taller... so before the next social event takes place with the popular squad there's customers waiting a ridiculous amount of time out front... Had the same poor experience with the lady manager, I presume she's Ashley as mentioned by previous reviewer. Whoever she (the manager) is she is lacking in any and all customer service. Online I ordered a Hawaiian with cheese crust, and 6 garlic breadsticks with ranch and marinara. After getting handed our food we walked out. Once we got to the car, I looked and saw the pizza didn't have stuffed crust and we didn't get a marinara as ordered. I went back in and the same guy who originally handed me the food, came out and I told him our problem. He walked away and went in back and told the manager, "she said she ordered stuffed crust with a medium". The lady came out and quite rudely stated they don't make those and what's my name. I told her she pulled the order up and immediately said well, you got a discount, and we don't even make that crust in medium. I replied, I had a coupon so I got a discount and your online system shows I ordered medium then added cheese crust for additional charge. She rudely told me no you weren't charged for it, not even listening or acknowledging their ordering system shows differently to the customer. I asked for the marina and she sent somebody to get it. I had to ask her for a receipt, which seemed to really put her out. As we walked out I commented to my husband this is why we go to Celestinos and not Round Table. First of all let me say the oven food was good here. But that was about it... Our drink cups were finger-fkd by the counter gal as she took our order. She played with them - putting her hands and fingers inside and around the rims. We asked for clean ones. This irritated her. So she shuffled them under the counter and obviously handed the same 2 back. I ended up taking them to the take out register, saying I dropped them on the floor just to get clean ones. At the salad bar everything was polluted with other food items. It had not been cleaned up or refilled in awhile. It was a mess! I hesitated to use many items I would've liked on my salad. Ewwww! Our personal pizza and wings took super long. We had eaten our salads and refilled our sodas long before they arrived. By then we had run out of time and had to get going. We been seeing the triple play pizza advertised and thought we would try. Big mistake as you better use a soup spoon to soak up the grease. I ask one of the workers why they don't use screens for the grease and he said Mgn don't want to spend the Money... Hmmm Service good, seem pretty clean but small crowd. The crust was good but way too much grease, I cook pepperoni pizza at home lots of time with no problem, also eat at other pizza places with no problem. I was diagnosed celiac about nine years ago- my hubby ordered me wings and I became severely ill- when I called, the manager was rude! (Putting it nicely) they now have gluten free crust and of course, they can't guarantee my pizza won't be contaminated- however, I believe they got new managers since my last experience- as they take extra precautions while making the pizza- I have been there three times now- the staff is fast friendly helpful and of course it's still my favorite pizza! Alright. We made arrangements for the school that I work for. All of the volleyball kids. We came in to get started and our name wasn't even there and we had to show them the receipt. Ordered online tonight for curbside service. I am a 69 year old oxygen dependant woman worried about covid exposure. I prepaid and arrived at the time indicated. I called and told them I was out front. The girl who answered said they were swamped and I needed to come in. I explained why I did not want to go into a crowded space and she said she would bring my food out. 20 minutes later I called again and a young mnan apologized and said he would get my order and be right out. 15 minutes later I called again and the same young man apologized for forgetting and said he would be right out. I am watching all of this through the front window. I waited 15 more minutes. By now the place was nearly empty so I went in and the girl at the desk told me they were starting my order 90 minutes after I had paid for it online. After messing with the cash register she finally looked in the warmer under the register and low and behold there it was. It had been ready all that time and they had never looked for it. It was barely warm. Worst service ever and not the first time. If they do not want to do curbside service they should quit pretending to offer it. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered delivery tonight and I understand the long wait but what I don't understand is how it costed $75 for TWO PIZZAS and when I asked for extra ranch they told me that they are only allowed to give two ranches for free and then after that they cost 60 cents a piece for a 2 ounce cup that is half full. That is ridiculous. When I called to express my discomfort in paying that much for a couple pizzas and some ranch, the manager Ashley told me that next time I can call Celestinos and have a good night. I will never order from the oroville round table again. Ashley was so rude that I kind of want to go there in person and give her a piece of my mind. You've all been warned, and your damn right I'll call Celestinos next time or Mountain Mike's because they are very generous with ranch probably because they know that people shouldn't have to spend $6 for ranch when they already spent $75 on a couple freaking pizzas. I called Round Table to order a large Hawaiian Pizza with pan crust, extra sauce & a large salad for takeout. They said they were out of pan crust. I mentioned this happened the last time we ordered pizza here. The cashier had an attitude & offered to let me talk to the manager. The manager said they had sold a lot of pan crust, that day, & that they could make pan crust, but it will take 50 minutes. I went ahead & ordered pan crust regardless. After driving to Round Table, I waited in the take out line for about 5-10 minutes before being helped. The cashier confirmed my order & repeated back "salad bar", I let her know I didn't order a salad bar, rather just a large pre-made salad. Petty I know, but I was feeling a little frustrated at this point. We have ordered this at other Round Table locations, possibly it's not an option at this location? We decided to cancel the salad. The cashier was obviously irritated with me at this point. Granted they were very busy, I tried to be nice considering the circumstance. When we got home & the pizza appeared to be a thin crust with the edge rolled up, trying to appear as a pan crust. The pizza actually seemed thinner than an original crust. Also, we ordered extra sauce, but there was barely a hint of sauce on the pizza. I don't expect perfect service, but courteous service, genuine or not, is always appreciated. It was obvious that many customers were frustrated with the wait time of an hour & a half at this point. Some customers were walking out. In Oroville there are limited dining options & I appreciate having a Round Table here, as many others do. I've dined at this Round Table for over 25 years and never had a problem until my last two visits. I don't know if there was a change of ownership or management, but something was changed in the level of service. I hope that this can be resolved soon. PS. The pizza still tasted good. I had to see what all the fuss was about, so after over a decade living in Oroville, I finally tried Round Table for the first time. I ordered some hot wings and a medium 3 topping pizza. Both were delicious, and they have a great selection of toppings, but the great quality doesn't justify the ridiculous prices they charge. I always order large pizzas sometimes 2 at other pizza places, along with wings. Here I had to go for a medium, because of the ridiculous prices. The pizza was delicious, and loaded with toppings, but was smaller than I get in other places, and it went fast. Wing portion was also small. I don't care how good it is, there is no justification to charge $20 for a medium pizza, and $40 for a whole meal. I can get a regular meal at a regular restaurant for less than $40. We saw one guy see the prices and leave, and frankly, I don't blame him. If they cut their prices in half, they would get more customers, and still make the same amount of money. If you have a fat wallet, I would recommend this place. If not, Pizza Hut or Little Caesar's will do. read more

The customer service here is phenomenal. I was passing through and decided to stop for a personal pizza. Marci was the one who helped me. She made sure my order was right. BBQ chicken and beer. Poured it just how I liked it. Pizza was perfect. And she was friendly. We even joked around a little bit. I'll stop here again next time I'm up that way. Clean place! Great place! Stopped in here New Year's Eve in the afternoon to grab a pizza to go. I have rarely had a Round table pizza I didn't like so my review here is more about the customer service experience. I was immediately greeted with a smile by Summer, a very polite, personable and welcoming employee. She took my order and went well out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I will return because of the excellent service and I would suggest to Round Table that they do what ever it takes to keep this girl because people like her are few and far between and very valuable to customer retention. I'll go back on occasion for good pizza and I feel I have a wide variety of places to choose from when it comes to that. However, great service tips the scale heavily in your favor! read more

Round Table is one of my favorite pizza places in town. It's pricey but the quality is good. Their delivery is 50/50 sometimes and tonight was a disappointment. I paid $30 to deliver one pizza and some sodas to my home 10 minutes away. I worked a long day and didn't feel like going back out but now I regret that decision. The order said it would take an hour. Almost two hours later I cancelled the order because it got too late. I'll keep going because I love their food but it's better to go in the middle of the day when there's not as many people. A trend I'm seeing is their service plummets when there's a crowd. read more

I experienced this place just after the remodel of the interior. It did feel more spacious and clean compared to before. Laminate flooring with less carpeting and floor to ceiling windows in front.They got rid of the round table and throne chair which I thought was sad. It became a sports bar with huge televisions everywhere that are constantly showing the usual sports games. I found that annoying. The arcade is much bigger with new games. The games are more expensive compared to what they had before. The pizzas are also more expensive with not generous toppings but tasted good. The pizza arrives at the table nice and hot. The server brings heavy china plates for each person for their pizza slices. The new drink machine has a many choices even water choices. The staff was very attentive and friendly. read more
