This is *cough* WAS our local Round Table; ordered online for carry out Saturday night for the Family-lemon pepper chicken wings, personal bbq chicken (my favorite!), and a large double pepperoni; when i picked up, the 4 req ranch were not ready, so the employee went to the back for a longer than usual time... he returned with several ranch, i thought, was he back there making them? Dinner and the night pass, i wake up and i'm feeling nauseous; i am vomiting and have diahrrhea, EVERY HOUR for the next 16?24? hours. Few hrs into mine, the rest of the family start getting the same symptoms; now 2 very ill and weak parents are caring for young ones. NOT GOOD. NOT COOL! Now I'm calling the Health Department..! Now we're out of pizza delivery options because the competition has corporate mapping issues with our new construction home and their locations. This is the worst Roundtable I've EVER ordered from. I love Roundtable's Maui zaui pizza so that's why I continue to order from here but before today I ordered like 3 months ago for delivery and then they called me an hour later asking if I can pick it up because they're so busy and if I wait it would be a 2 hour wait for delivery. So of course I went to go pick it up. 2nd time I ordered here they didn't follow directions on how I wanted the pizza so I ate basically cheese and crust. Today will be LAST time I order from here. This place really is a hit or miss. I would give them 1 star but thanks to Janessa (sorry if i misspelled), the supervisor on duty, I am giving them 2 extra stars. We waited the whole time we were driving toward Bay Point - 20 minutes later we arrived at Round Table while still on hold - we fully expected to see the place over flowing with people - after all they were too busy to take our phone order! Nope! Not a soul waiting in line, there were 2 tables occupied and 10 tables full of trash from previous lunch patrons! We went to the counter and placed our order and then promptly waited over 40 minutes as I write this and we still have no pizza AND those tables are still not cleaned! WTH? Suggest that the boss check in to re-train or hire additional people who want to earn their money - and pay them enough that they might want to do a good job! 48 minutes and we finally have our 2 personal pizzas! Pros: It is Round Table. The place has been renovated and it looks nice. Cons: Bad service. Consistently late with your order. Trash all over the floors. Getting put on hold every time you call. The location of the store. High price. This place is a disorganized mess. I called twice to confirm my online order. Just kept getting put on hold. Got there at the pick up time and it wasn't ready. I had to wait over 10 mins more. Another guy was asking when his order would be ready as apparently he had been waiting for some time already. They asked me to pay for the order I already paid for online and couldn't find my receipt. As I'm waiting I look at the store to see paper and receipts all over the ground. It's not that busy inside maybe 4-5 families. The one girl as the front is running around trying to do everything while everyone else is in the back or walking around. I'm not holding the service to any high standard here but for the price I think it should be better. I can get better customer service at Little Ceasars up the street.
