I don't know what has happened lately, but the service here has gotten horrible. Last month I called in an order and when I went to pick it up apparently the order didn't get entered in the system and I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to make it. Then this week I ordered two pizzas over the phone and I went to pick them up. I paid for them at the counter and was told they were ready. I waited for someone to grab the pizzas, but after 10 minutes, no one brought me the pizza while I was standing at the front counter. Several employees looked at me, but none of them asked if I was waiting for an order. After finding the person that took my order and asking her of my order was ready was she finally grabbed it, but was very rude. Then when I got home, I found out one of the pizzas had chicken on it when I had ordered a veggie pizza. And since they close at 7 PM, but don't have it listed on the website I can't call and ask for a replacement. So I am out the price of a medium pizza. Do yourself a favor and go to Leon and Roy's instead if you're in Quincy and want pizza. They have actual Customer Service. read more

We ordered a Hawaiian. It was good. No complaints. Nothing unusual or spectacular. But very tasty. It seemed pricy for the amount of toppings. But everything is so much more expensive than I expect. read more

Wow very bad about honoring the online coupons. Very rude about it and makes you not really want to go back and help out the small-town outlets when they are rude and nasty. Oh Round Table - you saunter on through the sands of time. While in college it was a good place to have lunch as they'd let us provide joke names for our order, and it had unlimited soda and a jukebox. But that was a long, long time ago. Most of the world has evolved, Round Table has not. Maybe that's part of the appeal, I don't know, but good lord does it feel outdated. Greasy offerings, thin crust, poorly maintained soda fountains, a restroom that hasn't been painted since the first Bush administration, and a cast of characters posing as customers that you wouldn't want to see on pretty much any alley. Or street. And here's the thing, I went to school in the cosmopolitan Bay Area, but this franchise is in the High Sierra Mountains, but I swear all of the people involved are exactly the same... down and out whites who wouldn't know a good piece of pizza if it smacked them in the face. There must be some appeal, otherwise nobody would come. The prices are relatively low, especially for the area, there is a television with sports on it, and the joint does seem to serve as some sort of de facto meeting place. So I guess that's all well and good, as this locale was no worse than any of the other few Round Table locations I've been to, but that doesn't mean I'll be returning. read more

I walked in to pick up food and to start off the whole place smelt like marijuana and I walked in to employees using EXTREMELY VULGAR language (not to me but talking to other employees). Cashier was friendly and apologized... not impressed round table ! read more

I always had a nice In-store experience, and this is for delivery order tonight: The person who assisted me at the store, and the delivery person, were very professional and polite. It was delicious! Prepared, and cooked, perfectly. My order was very specific due to dietary constraints, and they nailed it. I've worked in Pizza, and am very impressed. Great job! read more

Good pizza, great service and the place is fun, I know the owners and they always support Quincy and bringing back Round table was a great way to show it! This is the spot to be for a great lunch deal in Quincy- especially if you like pizza and customer care! The pizza is good, but Jeremy is what gives this rating 5 stars. I came in with my dad and grandparents to get lunch for them, and he was on the money from the start- very attentive to our needs and pizza requests, very helpful, very generous and went out of his way to make sure we got the best experience. So rare for a buffet-style restaurant experience! The environment is good too, there's an air hockey table and video games, and some big screen tvs against the wall. I am updating my previous review due to much better service and quality. I had been blacklisted from ordering after my review last year. It appears they may have new management whom allowed me to order in effort to smooth things over. The pizza was exceptionally delicious, delivery was on time, and their phone order agent (Evan F) was polite and accommodating. I hope they continue on this path. read more

The last few times I have been here, my pizza was overcooked. Customer service is aweful! Rude employees. I cut my lip on a damaged fork and the cashier scoffed when the owner told her to give my money back. She said: "really? Oh wow!" This is the final straw....Ill never eat there again. Went and tried again, service is slow, people that work there have dirty hands, the restaurant smells like burnt pizza. The beer on tap is flat. the restaurant itself is dirty there are pieces of food all over the floor salad bar has salad and dry salad and bugs underneath it this is truly a disgusting restaurant. my daughter was kicked out of this establishnent after she paid for her meal and sat down with her service animal. She was approached by the manager and was demanded to know why my daughter needed a service animal asked for her doctor letter and then told my daughter her dog was not a service animal and told her to leave as she pointed to the door. They had no signs about service animals not welcomed and embarrassed my daughter so much she cried for days read more

Pizza is ok but they now choose to charge customers for water.. I'm not a soda drinker but it seems some customers asked for a water cup and then filled it with soda.. So now if you want water they charge you for bottled water.. instead of dealing with the offenders they have chosen to punish everyone.. Haven't been there since.. They lost a customer. read more

nice to catch a game on one of their many T.Vs, good/quick service, arcade for the kiddos, and the only place in town with a good salad bar.
