This location is terrible. The front cashier lady was rude. We asked what the specials were and she gave a specialty menu card to look at in silence... she didn't talk to us at all. When we got our parmesan twists, that's all we received. No plates or sauces to accommodate them. When we asked for ranch we only got one!! Five people sharing two pizzas and parmesan twists. I don't know what the five-star reviewers are smoking. Do not come here. Let's start off with the menu. Selection isn't awful, but not great. Their prices are outrageous: 7.99 for personal, 12.99 for small, 17.99 for medium, and 21.99 for large. Crazy! I'd pay that price for a nice pizza place, but Round Table? No, cheap pizza should mean cheap prices. This is like Little Caesar's style pizza for easily two to three times the price. The restaurant feels like a throwback to 1995: tiny "arcade" by the front and tables that may be older than I am. Floor is sticky, booths aren't cleaned (crumbs and spots), and plates still have food debris on them. Also, many tables weren't bussed and were only cleaned when they ran out of clean tables to sit people at. The pizza was cheap, but you wouldn't know it by the price. If I could give negative review I would.. ordered pizza online at 430 for a quoted 545 delivery. Got a call a bit later saying it could be out to 615... I was reluctant but figured they must just be running a little behind. It's 653 and I've called 4 times the last two the manager has said he's one the way and in fact said he was right outside last time. I know it's just pizza but when you've planned ahead told the kids and are starving and you have a manager that could give two $hits it's infuriating!!!! Buy buy round table = never again. read more

The pizza crust was very good just like other people have said, but the quality for the price was not worth it. The pizza was nothing special tasting just like cici's pizza (a chain back east) which has a day long all you can eat buffet for $6. We took a group of 30 people to this Round table pizza yesterday and the entire process of ordering and getting 11 pizzas took an hour and a half to an hour an 45 minutes. Yes, I know we had a large group there, but come on, Pizza Hut would have had those ready in 20 minutes. Round table pizza tastes great, but do not go there with a large group. Decent pizza....really some of the best delivery pizza I've had in Renton, and for a very reasonable price with the special they were offering. We also got a salad, which was very fresh and included some interesting ingredients such as hard boiled egg, sunflower seeds, baby carrots and baby corn. Dressing...not so great...next time I will just skip the dressing and dress the salad at home. But overall, a great cheap delivery meal for a Friday night after a long hard week at work! read more

Went to Round Table last week (to visit my sister during her lunch hour) and was pleasantly surprised. My sister called ahead so by the time we arrived the pizza would be ready. It was! The staff thanked us for calling ahead - they said they get super busy during lunch time. The price was great, the pizza was amazing, and they didn't skimp on the toppings. I am a fan of the Restaurant Chain, but it is hit or miss if they will get non standard orders right. For some reason Round Table Pizza at multiple locations decided to put an extra amount of cheese than normal on their pizzas. This happened about 2 to 2.5 years ago. Since then I have ordered "light cheese" to attempt to get their old amount, rather than the drowning in cheese new amount. The problem is 1 out of every 5 times do they actually lower the amount of cheese, even though it shows up on the receipt as what I ordered. The issue isn't with this one location, but both in Renton, the one in Woodinville, and the one in Lynnwood. I am not sure why it is an issue to order that but it is just something to keep in mind. read more

A friend took me here tonight. It was very clean and empty. I walked by the salad bar just to check it out. It was very clean and the salad looked very fresh like they had just put it out. I remember having a Birthday Party here back when I was just young chap. There was only 3 people there with room for about 80 to 90. I remember when this place used to be busy on the weekend. We ended up getting the large parmesan with 4 toppings. It was surprisingly very good. I wasn't expecting much since there wasn't very many customers when we were there. They weren't skimpy on the toppings and the crust was actually edible and very good. The two of us finished the large with no problem but it was enough for two regular people. The also had about 8 or so beers on tap. I was unaware that they sold beer. They also had an arcade room in the back. read more

Sad sad location. I love round table ! But not this location. I can't get away from work to pick up anything. I Called them to place a delivery order but they won't deliver past Grady way. I'm .2 miles about 2 blocks off Grady way. A huge dealership that always needs some good pizza. Wings or salads. There isn't much that delivers to us and it's sad. And as well this round table won't deliver to us. It's sad because there's a lot of money in delivering to a dealership when we are hungry and can't get away to eat. It a customer is hungry. Compared to the other pizza places in my area, I like Round Table the best. Before the pandemic I occasionally went to Round Table but since the pandemic I order pizza once a week to every other week. The service and pizza have always been good, except on my last visit. I ordered my pizza for pick up at a later time. I showed up five minutes after the pick up time I selected and I still have to wait 15 minutes for my order. While I was waiting for my order, I was looking into the kitchen and was shocked to see that some of the workers weren't wearing their masks properly by having it underneath their chins. Then I saw one worker come into the bar area with his mask underneath his chin. When I eventually got my pizza and got home, I was disappointed that my pizza wasn't very hot and I live less than five minutes away. Not only was the pizza not hot, the dough seemed slightly raw, so I had to put it in the oven for a couple minutes to warm it up and crisp the dough up a bit. read more

We wandered into this restaurant by chance a few months ago, and have been back regularly ever since. It has THE YUMMIEST pizzas of several varieties. The dough/crust is delectable and the toppings are ever so fresh. Grandma loves it and the teen voluntarily approached the staff to say "it's the best pizza I've ever had." (And he's eaten a lot of pizza!) My current favorite is the Italian Garlic Supreme. read more

WORST EVER! Don't order here! When I called and ordered a pick up they said it would be 45 minutes. They didn't know their address and directed me to the vicinity. It wasn't until an hour and 15 minutes later until my order was ready. I understand they were busy for a Friday night during COVID-19 pandemic, but it gets worse. When I got there at an hour later my pizzas were ready but they hadn't made the salad so stood there for 15 minutes longer while they got the salad together. I hear them in the back cursing about the salad and the salad container. In the meantime, they are also in the back loudly cursing nonstop about having to wear gloves, f&@! health department, and talking poorly about customers. I should have just asked for my money back, but had to take dinner home to my family who was waiting. None of the employees are wearing masks and appear un-hygienic. The gloves they were wearing looked like they had been wearing them all day which is very concerning if they are taking cash and credit cards during this pandemic. I usually give restaurants the benefit of the doubt especially right now, but it was really terrible. This is the first poor review I have ever written. They told the person before me who picked up her order that they were sorry for the wait and she said yes it was a while. Then I hear the staff as he is walking to the back saying f$&$@?! b$&!. I proceeded to hear them say "you tell people an hour and they come in and complain about the wait". Everyone was waiting a long time after they were told their order would be ready. This Round Table used to be the best. For a year now, it has gone downhill. The facility used to be full of color, plants, and lots of friendly employees. Now it looks like it has been stripped down, the tables are always dirty and the bathroom smells. The pizza is just okay, not worth the extra price any more. The salad bar used to be full of all sorts of extras, now it looks like every other Round Table. The employees used to laugh and smile and make you feel like you were a part of a family. People used to come to the tables and ask how you liked the food, if they could refill your glass or get you anything else. Now all they do is stand behind the counter and talk to each, sometimes in really rude ways. There is a guy that is always sitting the corner booth riveted to a computer. I think he's one of the new owners, but it's hard to tell because all he does is sit there and stare at monitors. The monitor must be hooked up to all of the security cameras, because now they are everywhere. Nobody laughs any more. They all look like they are just putting in their time to get a paycheck. I know you're a franchise separate form others, but when I go to your site and you don't accept promos for online ordering and you have lame specials and the other RTP up the street has awesome specials...guess what? You're gonna lose business. I ordered a large specialty pizza and a medium two topping and it was almost $43!! Now when I came in I asked your guy on duty what's with that, he had nothing helpful to offer up, nothing. I asked him if he would do a price match on the Medium that I bought to the other stores Large, he said he couldn't do that. That's how you lose customers for life. Let's do the math...lose .$10 off one pizza to satisfy a long time customer or lost potentially hundreds of dollars over the next several years. The pizza is great! But I was not impressed by how long it took them to get it out to us. We went there with a party and ordered 6 pizzas. We told them to bring them out as soon as they finished them, the first one wasn't out for at least 20 minutes. People were having to leave before they even brought out the third 4th pizza. So this place does have the classic Round Table taste and the food is pretty good. It's just that management is terrible here. Understaffed employees seem overwhelmed and ownership doesn't seem to care. Your food will generally be wrong and/or late and delivery won't work most of the time (usually they will call 40 minutes after you order and say the food is ready but the cannot deliver) but on the bright side sometimes these mistakes are in your in favor. I ordered a large half/half pizza and instead got 2 large pizzas one time. My problem is that I like Round Table and I'm a glutton (pun intended) for curiosity of what this place can do wrong with my order. If you like Round Table and are ok with them remaking your order or just accepting minor errors as part of the fun; it's alright I do that once every month since I'm weird (and this location never lets me down, last time I order a medium pepperoni and mushroom and got a pepperoni and jalapeño; it wasn't bad) but if you just want your order and good professional service; go to Burien. read more

We really enjoy Round Table pizza, but most locations cleanliness is below par, not this one! This facility is much cleaner than other locations we have visited. On our most recent visit we went for a t-ball party on a busy Sat during lunch. We called ahead and placed our order as requested. 30 minutes After arriving and paying for the pizza we hadn't received it yet. We went to find out where it was and found out our pizza had been delivered to a different table. The staff was extremely apologetic for the mix up and gave us free salads, drinks and a voucher to come back at a later date. Our pizza was re-made and came out within 10 minutes piping hot and delicious! Mistakes unfortunately happen, but the customer service resolving the problem is the kind of customer service hard to come by these days. I always go here for lunch whenever I'm in the area. They have the best lunchtime deal. For under ten bucks I get the personal pizza and one-trip salad bar. Great salad bar and excellent pizza! This is the one place where I will spend my money to eat out during this tough economy. Super nice folks there, too. I gladly solicit a family owned business such as this one. Bring my family there often, today was my daughter birthday so we treated her there but the service and food were terrible. It took 25 min to get your pizza and when my 6 year old got her personal pizza it was over cooked (burnt) she couldn't even bite it. We complain and then the man said he could make us another one and it will only take 4 min. So I said we waited 25min. for the other one now your telling it will take only 4 min. I was so upset because he said there was a big order before us but there was only three customer there, and no take out. but the truth was he was busy talking to his co worker. I was polite because It was my little girls birthday and I didn't want to make upset. So to make a long story short we didn't take the offer of another pizza because we didn't have time to wait for another one wasn't sure how it would really take. We've been to this RTP before, and the service and food have always been basically good. Not outstanding. Just average. The major put off is even if you order a one-serving salad from the salad bar (v. the buffet) it's like...$6 pp. You're kidding, right? That's a lot of lettuce for a little lettuce! Won't order that again. We had a pasta dish, with the meatballs, which were of the thawed out variety. Again, average and pricey for what it is. For two people it cost us nearly $30 with no beverages. I'm sorry, this just is not worth it at all. Service was unsmiling and no one seemed to want to be there. It was a Friday night and only three other parties in the place. When we went to retrieve some silverware for the salad bar, it took a few attempts to find a fork we would be comfortable eating off of. We've eaten at other RTP's and it's always been great.
