Then when I came to pick up my pizza it was a BUSY Friday night but although it was busy Oliver didn't rush me in any way and made me feel as if I was the only customer. He was also able to multi task. The pizza was great it is just under Round Table. I will say it is pricier though. I paid $52 for there signature large northwest pnw or something and 6 wings. We ordered the Margherita & Northwest tradition pizza, sheet nachos and I had Strawberry margarita. I love everything except for the NW pizza. I thought it was a little salty for my taste. I really enjoyed the strawberry Margarita it wasn't too strong just right and I ask for it to be blended. It was so good. Happy hour menu was nice, they have quite a few to choose from. Was in the area and looking at a few different pizza options and decided to go here because it seemed more of a local business. So glad we did! The staff are very welcoming, the bar area was busy and our server was really friendly. Already a good combo! I love that there is a proper pizza oven so you can smell the fresh dough! We ordered a small portion of buffalo wings, I'm hit or miss with wings but these were terrific. The pizza we ordered was soooo good. The pizzas are a bit pricey, but they give plenty of ingredients so it's worth it. We had leftovers for lunch the next day too! We enjoyed the laid back experience overall, not too loud. Let me just begin by saying that while this place certainly is not bad, it's definitely not a highly recommended place from me. We started off our meal with the spinach and artichoke dip, I enjoyed that it came with both corn chips and pita bread! Unfortunately, I felt that the flavors of the dip were very heavily overpowered by the Gorgonzola cheese. That was quite a disappointment. For pizza we ordered the Greek and the hot honey pizzas. I really enjoyed the crispness of the pepperoni but didn't enjoy the sausage on the hot honey one. I found the Greek pizza to be quite unique and decently tasty! Although I personally preferred the leftover of it better as I ate them cold. I really enjoyed the freshly shaved Parmesan, ranch, and red sauce they provided for dipping!! Our service was very attentive! Never had an empty drink or need for napkins. One of the servers was very kind and bright! He certainly elevated the experience! When I opened the to go box the pizzini looked different than I had in the past at the Puyallup Farellis. I open up the pizzini and it looked like the ingredients were minimal at best. The was a very small amount of meat in the sandwich. Even the tomatoes and romaine was scrimpy at best. I couldn't find any salami. My husband and I have been to Farrelli's many times, although after a bad experience at this location, we had stopped eating there, but have continued to stop by for drinks from time to time. Recently, we were out and about and decided to give it another shot, as it was convenient. Logan was an amazing server/bartender-- I've had many here, he is top notch. Demario was the cook (I asked, to be able to leave this review) and I promise that I will only ever eat there if I see him when I walk in. Worse service ever. Our bartender never came back for refills etc. She was very busy talking to other people, looking at her phone. Her and the other girl there today walked by our table 5 times( we counted) and was doing nothing but chatting with other staff. One actually walked around our table twice to get to someone else. We arrived at 5:40 on a Saturday and was greeted with a smile and sat in a booth quickly. Our server arrived shortly and promptly took our drink orders and answered a few questions about the menu. My husband was slightly bummed as the spicy peppers he was craving were a seasonal or special option not available. We ordered the meat pizza and it was very good. There are 11 tvs in the bar so definitely a good place to watch some sports. While we sat I noticed several tables were done eating and waiting on bills. There were only a few staff members working today so service was noticeably slow. Our drinks were ok, I didn't taste any rum in my drink but my wife said her drink was good. The pizza was delicious with loads of flavor and it had some kick which lit up my taste buds. I would definitely get this pizza again. I have enjoyed Farrelli's many times, but have never shared a review. Although their pizzas are very good, I visit Farrelli's mostly for their cauliflower crust option. You may order most (if not all) of their pizzas on the menu in a personal size cauliflower pizza. The cauliflower pizza crust has never been a failed option, the crust is texture the same as a thin crest regular pizza. To start, we sometimes like to order a gin or vodka tonics, but this time we ordered a speciality drink, Monkey Jam. Very good. My husband I had a salad and stuffed mushrooms, off of the appetizer menu, while waiting for the pizza. The mushrooms were very good and flavorful. Admittedly, I did have one of the garlic bread slices, very good, worth cheat. Now for the main entrée, I enjoyed an Italian Meat Pizza and my husband had the Meat Lover's Pizza. As expected, our cauliflower pizza was perfectly delicious. A wonderful treat was devoured. read more

I really love the pizza, it's hard to find good gluten free pizza and this is probably one of my favorites. They have a little arcade with about three things to do, but the duck machine seems to be a hit. The service is nice and understanding, and the ambience is comforting and energetic. This restaurant is abusive to patrons and shouldn't be trusted. I've been a patron for a period spanning 7 years -- each visit's pain points are mirrored in the negative reviews present here. Slow service, a sense of the staff owning the customers, at its extreme adulteration of packaging which telegraphs how problematic the behavioral limits. Definitely not worth the inherent risks to continue patronage, but the owner's should be put on notice from the patrons and King County Health. The photo below is a seemingly benign form of package adulteration experienced last week -- the staff decided to heat seal my take-out bag (advertised as reusable) when ordering curbside. IMO this type of behavioral license usually won't stop with package and can lead to product tampering -- won't risk a revisit. read more

I have only ever been to the Farrelli's at Ruston Point, but my experience there had been so great and the pizza was so delicious I figured I would give the closer location a try. Off to Maple Valley I go, understanding that the experience would be slightly different because I would have to take my food home to enjoy it changing the experience. I walk inside ten minutes after opening and peek at a menu. I place my order and ask the young gentleman as I pay if I could wait in my car and if he could call my cell phone when it's ready. He states that he could just bring it to my car and that it will be fifteen minutes until it's done. I show him exactly which car I am (this early in the day I am the ONLY car in the lot) which was not hard to find and I proceed to my car. 25 minutes later I am still empty handed so I decide to go back inside to see if there were any difficulties. And there is my pizza on the counter waiting for me.... the second someone approaches the front and sees me (girl who greeted me when I first came in to order) asks me if she can help me and I tell her my name and she hands me the pizza, no apology, not even a glimpse of remorse. All in all I left this place peeved. I gave them an easy way to contact me so that I could get my order the second it was ready and wouldn't inconvenience them and they volunteered the option of bringing it to me and failed to do so. The pizza was good they are lucky their crust is delicious and the cold toppings didn't make it taste bad. I will eventually return to this location once my bitterness towards them is gone. Once the sun is out I will make the journey to Ruston Point to get my Farelli's fix read more
