Decent pizza but definitely not the best. So we ordered a "special" last night and as usual, it was not extra well done crust as requested but that's nothing new. I ordered the Magnifico Wombo Combo and requested no mushrooms add red onion. It already comes with artichoke hearts, green onions and a variety of meats - right up our alley. I bring the pizza home and heat up (crisp up the crust) a few pieces for my hubby and I. As I am eating one of the two pieces I have on my plate, I realize that I have exactly one small piece of artichoke heart on one piece of pizza. WTH? If it's one of the toppings included on the damn pizza, shouldn't I have a few pieces on each piece of pizza??? I am so tired of these pizza places skimping on toppings. If it's a topping, don't be shy....bring it on!! Come on RT - you can afford to make the pizza the way it should be! My favorite place is still OTP - they make pizza the way it should be. Worst round table EVER!! A few months ago I ordered pizza and it took over two hours because their "systems crashed". I decided to try again and when it had been and hour and a half I called and was told the same thing. I canceled my order and will NEVER order from them again! Staff was really working hard to make people happy and going above and beyond. Ashton was so energetic and eager to be helping customers. Pizza was good. Big place, outdoor seating, bar. Arcade games were a total rip off!!!!! Worse than chuckee cheese and johns incredible pizza! Salad bar was to be expected. Nothing bad, nothing special... will not be back because its expensive. I dont mind expensive as long as its worth it! This place was not worth it. Charging 7 bucks for an iceburg salad and canned fruits and veggies is not cool. They had a little bit of spinach but it was more for a topping rather than a salad. 7 dollars for bacon and chedder fries and its a small basket with hardly any bacon. Gal manager was awesome too, very helpful. Oh and my 4 year old was playing at arcade. Most machines if not all took 1 dollar and she would get 10 tickets for each dollar. One of the prizes was a ring pop. It was 100 tickets!!! 10 bucks for a ring pop!!! Lame. read more

Loved these guys before they opened the new Clubhouse, Always get great services and the manager Paula has always been on top of her job. They go out their way to make you feel welcomed. The bar is great with many local craft beers. Great job guys! read more

I have lived here in the same house for 22 years and have frequented Round Table a few times a year. I went there last night and I have to say it was the WORST experience I have ever had. The soda machine was broken but they continued to sell guest soda drinks, kids were running around screaming like the place was on fire, the kids even bumped into people in the mens restroom while they were busy and didn't care, the place was half empty but I heard one staff member tell someone that he was sorry they have been waiting an hour for their pizza they are really busy right now, our food was way overcooked and border line burnt and the place was overall just worn down and not well taken care of. What a terrible, terrible experience last night we had. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. read more

Went their for lunch today with my wife. We got there right at opening and Sammy, who was working behind the counter was great. She told us about their specials, what beers were on tap, when happy hour was etc.... She was great. She was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was good as always and the salad bar was fresh. Love this round table. Only problem, Tony, the guy who rang us up, was kind of annoying and asked us not one, not two, but THREE times if we wanted to buy a gift card. I understand once, but 3? C'mon. That's a bit excessive. It felt like he was pushing us for something we clearly didn't want. No thanks. Everybody else though is usually fantastic though and gave me a salad when I waited for too long one time so... Still love it! read more

We went to this Round Table on Sunset July 1st for a birthday celebration. Five stars for the cleanliness and great attitude of the employees. I had a VIP pass for the Auburn location but they honored it here for me. I was so impressed by the nice young man who helped us I'm just sorry I didn't write his name down. I wish I had gotten the name of the cashier who served me because his customer service and overall attitude were fantastic. I was greeted right away and they inquired about how my day was going. My pizza wasn't ready yet (I ordered it to go ahead of time and arrived early, no fault of their own that it wasn't ready) and he offered to get me a cup of water while I waited. This was my first time coming to the new clubhouse, and it was much nicer than I expected and very clean (the old location could be a little rough when it came to cleanliness). I could definitely see myself coming back for a sit down meal, not just because of the atmosphere but also the great service. read more

Recently came here today, and all I really wanted was a pizza and toppings. The cashier kept on suggesting greater deals and different kinds than what I actually wanted. She kept pressuring to go to their website for more * deals* and It took about 10 minutes just to get a simple pizza from her. Have had my order messed up three different times. Every time i come to this place and order two pizzas....one is ready, and getting cold...while they haven't even started the other one yet. Then i have to wait. I have had to take home one hot, and one cold pizza. I commented that this was not acceptable, but the clerk just shrugs. We waited for 40 minutes only to find out our pizza had not even been put in the oven. The tables and booths were dirty, and we had to ask for someone to clean them up. I finally got our money back and went somewhere else. This is a shame because the pizza is quite good. If I owned this place, I'd be embarrassed. I'll continue to order delivered pizza, but won't ever come back to this location. read more

The facilities are not well kept. The food is not good. Absolutely no customer service

Pizza is ok. Delivery service is terrible. 1.5 hour when they quoted me 45 min. Call to check the status of delivery, they say "they should be there any minute". Another 30 min waiting, finally pizza gets here, but it is the wrong pizza. Delivery guy messed up the orders. read more

say what you want about chain restaurants, but there is one thing I can say about this place RELIABLE! you always know what you are going to get and if its not right they will make it right. We had our baseball team party here in the party room. The party room is nice with several TV flat screens. However, my ball players did make comment that the game room is very limited in selection, crowded and the 'prize dispenser' machine is extremely, painstakingly slow. They have various beers on tap and the pizza is your typical Round Table pizza. read more

I ate at this Round Table last night and was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The thing that stood out most and seperated this establishment from the others is the excellent customer service, particularly of one employee. We were rung up by this employee, a woman by the name of Erica, who was nothing but polite and helpful as my party fumbled through the menu. After recieving our food, she made sure to check on us not once, but twice all in a 40 minute time frame; a task even some traditional restaraunts fail to do. When leaving, the hospitality continued, as we were greeted with a polite "have a good night" by several employees. Yes, Round Table is expensive, but at least at this particular store you're guaranteed great service along with great pizza. read more

I wanted to treat my girls to dinner on a weeknight as a reward. Walked into craziness. Is this where all the sports teams go to celebrate? Kids everywhere. I am in a foot cast and was apprehensive staying due to all the tables were filled. The manager got me a chair and as soon as a table was empty, she got us to it. Big shout out to Ashton for his amazing positive attitude and making sure we were taken care of from ordering until we were ready to leave. I got to rest,kids got to eat/play game machines. This RoundTable is dead most of the time so it astounds that they don't try harder in terms of customer service and pizza quality. I have ordered take out pizzas twice in the last month for a few get togethers with friends and they have not been thoroughly cooked through and the toppings have been skimpy..really skimpy. For the price of $30 a pizza that's just not acceptable. The customer service is not good either. I don't know if it's poor training or they just don't care at this location. I won't be ordering from this location again. It's something prevalent in the restaurants happening throughout Rocklin where the young high school aged staff feel entitled and have no sense of responsibility and are not being trained properly in customer service. Sad that I live here and get better service at the same restaurants in Citrus Heights where adults who have to work and are servers treat their customers like gold. Owners/managers in Rocklin get a clue please! read more
