We've come here twice for football Sunday and both times the bartender Sam has been here. She is awesome!! Even on the busiest night where there was standing room only she was prompt and polite. We never waited for a refill and she never lost her good customer service even when the bar was packed. I'm not a huge beer drinker and typically order cider. They ran out of cold angry orchard and I told her it was fine that I'd just pour it over ice but she went above and beyond and put it on ice in a metal cambro and brought it to the table for me. She is so sweet and definitely thinks of everything to help the customer. On December 23rd we dined-in and waited over an hour for our single large pizza to arrive. It was just for my family of four. The staff was clearly untrained and ill prepared to satisfy the needs of their customers, we didn't even get an apology. When the food finally did arrive, it was not as hot as you'd expect it to be when dining in and the dough seemed under-baked. It was a very frustrating experience. We ordered pizza online at 6pm it is now 7:33 and we are still sans pizza. We called at 7 asking what was going on and were told "the promise time was 7:25." Not sure what that means, but given that we ordered at 6 and it was an hour later, I will assume that it hadn't been made yet. Also of note, we are one right turn and roughly 800 feet from this place. Update: During call #2 we were promised a "Free Pass" which was forgotten when the pizza was delivered. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM. We've called for delivery here at least half a dozen times with no problem. Tonight we placed an order for delivery and was told about 40 min. Pretty standard no problem. 30 min passes the 40 min mark that was promised so I make a call. Told me the order went out and to wait another 20 min. I'm annoyed but ok. It was the only diner plan I had. Another 30 min passed and so I make another call and was told that our order was delivered to our old address from 5 years ago. (Not sure why because they've delivered to this house several times now) and was accepted with no question. "Did you want another order?" He asked "well since I've paid for it already why yes I would like my order". "Ok can I get your address and it'll be about 20 to 30 min" 40 MINUTES GO BY.... I make another call and I'm placed on hold and guess who's FINALLY at the door? Practically threw the order to my husband and split. So fast that he was gone before my husband took the tip out of his pocket. I'm going to chalk that up to COVID. Still on hold and hungry so I hang up. I wanted pizza and I had more quarters than I would have had normally. I started to play the arcade games when a small Mexican boy asked me if he could toss one of the ski balls I acquired as I recently began a game. I said okay. I place my order online every time and each time upon arrival there is an additional 15 minute wait.. That's after the 25 minutes from placing my order!! My order was perfect....picked it up on time...Except I ate the chicken wings. A had a lot of them and thought they were great. A family member had one and said she couldn't stand it and felt like throwing up right after her first bite. I should have listened. If wanting to reserve the private room don't count on it being available when your party of 30 arrive and find it being used! Went into Round Table in person Monday December 31st and booked private room for that coming Sunday evening. The young man behind the register who booked it was very nice and also told about discounts of ordering a certain amount of items. Get there Sunday and the room was in use with another party. Very upset with the way employees handles the whole situation. A young woman behind the counter even said they "double book all the time" and this was not uncommon to happen! I decided to try out this place for a quick bite and a beer. I was very disappointed with the lack of service after my drink and food order was taken. As my bartender sat and spoke to his buddies in the dining area, for what appears longer than a normal break, I was left alone. Not once was I asked if I needed anything, or if I'd like another drink. The bar food was mediocre at best. Big doughy bun for their hamburgers and over-cooked onion rings. I like Round Table but it's getting pretty expensive! I cringed when I heard the total for a large pizza would be almost $30! The staff informs us that there was a price increase recently, but we can't really afford this restaurant unless we use coupons. This is not fine dining guys! One thing I learned to save money though is that if you order the special pizza they have on sale and get a half and half of whatever else you want then you still pay the sale price. Just a tip for the cost conscious. Now about this location: The decor of this building is pretty much from the 1980's, and the table tops have this stickiness that won't come off, I can't imagine how long it's been since they've been replaced... but the worst part is seeing (and hearing) the staff as they make your food. There is a partial wall separating the seating area from the kitchen area and believe me- sound travels! You shouldn't have to cover your kid's ears when you go out to eat. Crew member Bryce was extremely unprofessional to his fellow workers and could probably use a random drug test... the things he talked about were not kid friendly! Oh by the way he had a black eye as well, maybe from a customer or employee? Good grief... But on the plus side the buffet is not too overpriced- $7.99 without a drink. It's probably the best deal they have if you come hungry. (I just think the soda should be included in the price...) It's also pretty well stocked if you come on a busy day, so the pizza gets refreshed often. read more

I went to the Round Table on Sunset Blvd in Rocklin last night and all I can say was, the food was delicious and service was outstanding. The pizza is always good - the mangers are in desperate need to re-training! We sat in the "group meeting room" because 7 table were dirty and we were the only customers in there at that time. There was a sign heading into the group seating area that said "reserved at 6:00pm" we had plenty of time to get our pizza, eat and exit before 6:00pm - however... the pizza took 40 mins to get to us, when it arrived 5:50pm the manager asked us to move to the dinning area - we said all of your booths are dirty and have been for the last 40 mins, we'll eat here and leave - he was bent out of shape and left with a heavy sigh!!! We will go back because the pizza is good - but I will continue to post reviews on the managers attitude and maybe it will be adjusted! read more

So maybe it is a reoccurring issue here as I see others have had the same issue.. We ordered our pizza and were told 45-50 minutes, so after an hour and 20 minutes we called and were told that the driver had the pizza and was on the way and if we hadn't received it in 10 minutes, call back. So after an additional 10 minutes called back and was told that he was on his way (and we live 5minutes away) and that they were backed up. No one offered an apology or anything. I would have even preferred a call at the 45-50 minute mark just to let us know they were running behind. Can't say I'm impressed by the custom service but at least the pizza was good when we finally got it.. read more

Just went recently and had a great time! Arik the bartender was awesome! And there were great beers to choose from. The manager on duty surprised us with some homemade chips while we waited! Me and my boys went here after I got them from school. This was perfect timing to come and best experience I've had at a pizza place. Clean, quick and kind employees. The person that went above and beyond his name was Kyle I believe. I left thinking wow this kind of customer service should be at more places. This is the best Round Table in the area. The pizza is always good and the staff always friendly.

Food was excellent last night and came out fast.The salad bar was also very good and clean. I chatted with the manager at the location as she was very friendly and seemed to enjoy working at the site. The only reason for 4 starts versus 5 is because the restaurant is a little older and needs some love/ fixing up. The good news is the manager told me they are moving the restaurant to the old blockbuster site so it will be brand new location and furnishings! I am excited for the move! read more

The Last "Honest" Pizza couldn't be further from the truth! Three strikes you are OUT! We paid $28.81 for an XLarge 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni requesting EXTRA Cheese as we always receive our pizzas cold and without cheese on several pieces.
