We've order pizza from this location in the past, and felt that the quality wasn't very good. We switched and started ordering from the Lincoln location and have been very happy with their service and food quality. Last night due to time constraints we opted to try this location again and ordered two pizzas for pick up. We placed the order through the mobile ap with a pick specific pick ip time, which was about 40 minutes. We showed up a little after our selected time and ended up waiting an extra 10-15 minutes, which is about how much extra it would have take. Is to go to the Lincoln location. Once we received our food and drove home, we opened the two boxes and we were immediately disappointed with quality of the pizza. Our XL pizza looked old and dried out as if it were sitting in the hot box for 20-30 minutes. Our Med pizza looked rather fresh, yet it lacked topping and was disfigured due to an abundance of air pockets. Overall, we regret our decision of purchasing our meal from this location. read more

This is our neighborhood Round Table. Our last visit was not so pleasant. We made our order, sat down, and noticed that hot air was blowing out of the vent. Not a little hot air- a lot. We had to move our seats because it was so uncomfortable. Granted it's October but it's still 90 or so degrees out. I can only imagine what it was like for the kids working in the kitchen. Our next seat was better but not by much. The food was good but the salad bar didn't have several items and it was clear that whoever set it out, wasn't paying attention to the amounts of food in the containers when they set them out. We like how close this is to our home, but may head to another place a few minutes further. read more

This is by far the worst experience I've had at this location to date. I don't know why I keep going back. I made an order for pick up and when I got there, I was handed my order and the teammate at the counter looked at my pizza and walked it back to the kitchen. Then another teammate came out and said, "We unfortunately have given away your pizza to another customer. Would it be ok if you could wait and we'll make it again?" I had to agree. Or else I'd have nothing for my wife. While waiting the first teammate asked if I wanted to go ahead and pay for the order. The teammate gave me the total and I said sarcastically, "Wow, gave my food away and make me wait for a replacement with no discount huh?" The teammate just mumbled something unrecognizable and walked away. So I sat and waited. As I waited, I noticed that not one person in the kitchen was wearing their hair back or hairnet to prevent anything from falling into their food. All the 20 somethings back there were just looking dirty. But not once made their way to the front counter. About 10 minutes later, a woman came in with a pizza that was mistakenly given to her. My pizza. I talked to her as she passed and she apologized to me. Why??? Not her fault. But I digress. The greatest comment of the night was the teammate offered me the pizza she brought back instead of waiting for my new pizza. WTF!?!? Hard pass. This place is a joke people. Stay away. So, We went to this Round Table in the Bel Air parking lot 4-1 and I have to say. The pizza was good but the restaurant itself was a mess and dirty. The salad bar was horrible and needed much attention, the tables were not bussed so it was hard to find a clean one, there was garbage all over the floors and the game room was a mess. So sad for such a good location and a nice neighborhood. I know places are short staffed but cleanliness is key. read more

I go back and forth between RT, Mtn Mikes and Papa Johns. Tonight I decided to try their new Farmer's Market pizza, because on TV it looks damn good. The pizza was decent, and delivered on time, but the person taking my order on the phone was pretty inept. I must have repeated my CC number at least 10 times, and I don't know how many times I had to spell out my street name (and he said he couldn't it find it in their delivery area). I literally told him "Dude I can SEE Round Table from my damn house right now, do you need me to provide step by step driving instructions?" We always loved Round Table. Last night we ordered a large King Arthur Supreme and I called about a coupon. Since I ordered online I could not enter the coupon or at least I couldn't see where I could add in the coupon. I called and they said they would back out the difference however when we received our delivery they showed the $9 deduction, yes $9 difference with the coupon, however it didn't change the total. So no savings. On top of the that, the pizza came under cooked, the dough was raw, and the box was smashed with no plastic piece to prevent all the pizza being stuck to the top of the box. Finally we ordered a small pizza that was burnt. Raw large pizza that we over paid on and a small pizza that was burnt. It is not the same Round Table. read more

Not your typical Round Table. It's more of a pizza joint/Pub hybrid. Nice, clean, modern interior. Arcade for the kids and plenty of flat screen TVs for the adults. I arrived shortly before they were to open. They let me come in early and I ordered the pizza & salad buffett. Since I was the only one there at the time, they let me choose which 3 pizzas I wanted. I knocked them 1 Star for only having cheddar cheese at the salad bar and not the typical mixed cheese blend you normally get at all Round Table pizzas. Otherwise, great experience and would go there again for lunch. read more

We've ordered Round Table twice since moving as it is close to our house and the breadsticks are next.level. Both times we've ordered from this location, our orders have been correct, delivery has been speedy, and our food has been hot when it arrived. Pizza was fine, service was fine but when I went to go pick up my pizza, there was an employee in the kitchen not wearing a mask. It appeared he was maybe on a break or leaving but nobody should be in the kitchen or behind the counter in view of guests and not wearing a mask. That's totally unacceptable. read more

Happy Halloween! I wanted to drop a line to compliment the staff at this location. It seems everyone in town decided on pizza to feed their little goblins! It was tremendously busy. Despite the volume, non-stop orders and some cranky customers, the staff was amazing. They were working incredibly hard, and despite the hectic pace, they were cheerful, helpful and kind. Retail work can be really difficult, but these kids were like old pros and I hope their management recognizes them for the stellar job they did this evening. My order was supposed to be delivered at 6:20pm At 6:40 I called the restaurant where I was told the driver was out with my order and that there were 6 he was delivering I called back again at 7pm spoke with a manger. She then says that the driver called everyone to let them know orders were late. I did NOT get a call. Amazed by the level of attention and speed from this locations staff. During these rough times I ordered for pick up- at first I was a little skeptical because I didn't want to leave my house. But when I arrived. I was happy to see that staff was being super safe and cautious of others. They had both masks and gloves. Had a nice pizza night. Husband got a garlic Italian on original crust, perfect! I got the gourmet veggie on pan and it was ok, needed to send it back for some more cooking, came out great after that! Also had a single serving salad bar - this was real nice, fresh choices and good variety. Pleasant staff and manager Paula was real nice and on top of her restaurant. We enjoy this place and return often. A few additional notes, Wednesday is a good evening to come, not as busy as Thursdays and the weekends. It was a good evening and not too crowded.
