I said , no i'm 30. He said well if you would have given me your IDwe can go from there. I said don't have an attitude with me while I was getting out my ID . & he said OUT. I said sure, and I went to leave & he kicked out my friends too even though he didn't have to. Lost my money! Racist,

Man... I know I review and check in to Abjuration Brewing a LOT. I can't help it though because I…read morehaven't reviewed it in a while and I continue to go often. What can I say?! Abjuration is awesome! Honestly we are probably there at least once every few weeks. They generally do a new release or two each week so there is always something new to try. They announce each release on Facebook. They offer online ordering and then allow two weeks to pickup. They make the whole process easy. Oh and even better you can order single cans so if you are unsure if you will like something or just want some variety you are set. The staff here is phenomenal. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and happy to help you find a beer you will truly enjoy. I have witnessed them go above and beyond to make sure a customer was happy with her experience. They recognize the regulars and always offer a greeting. It is one of the things that makes this place special. They have a beer garden set up now with picnic tables and a fire pit. It's nice because it offers up extra space. I have heard people ask what Abjuration is known for. It seems to be for their "weird" beers. Honestly they have some of the widest variety of beers anywhere around and yes that includes some weird ones. They are the brewery responsible for getting us hooked on sours. They make sours with herbs that drink more like a cocktail. They have sours made with ice cream or candy (or multiple candies in one) or straight fruited sours. They truly run the gamut. They always have some basic easy drinkers on like a lager, a brown, a Kolsch, etc. I have heard their IPAs are good (though I'm not an IPA drinker). They don't do stouts often but have put out some good ones. They also have done a few different rice wines that are unique and delicious. Abjuration just keep doing what you are doing and killing it. We have been there since Day 1 and will continue to show up.

This spot was formerly owned by Roundabout. When their owners moved back to New Zealand in 2024,…read moreEast End took over in a seamless transition, keeping even the same tents and tables. This popup spot is directly on the bike/jogging trail, with free parking. You will get beautiful views of the Ohio river and sunset. There is a stage where occasionally there's live music. Beverage selection usually includes beers on tap, some non-alcoholic items, and ciders. Food is often BYOF or a food truck. The only shade is under the tents so when it's hot, it's pretty sweaty. It is a fully gravel lot, and porta johns. Although they have standard hours, if the weather is bad or unsafe (winds/storms) they will close so check social media before heading down. This is also only open generally April - October (give or take plus some special occasions) so just keep an eye on the season and forecast. Always check East End's social media before heading down. We love the simplicity of this spot. No frills, waterfront drinks, fully outdoors. We have enjoyed coming here since roundabout opened it several years ago. I'm glad the roundabout owners found a good home for it when they left. Finally, east end brewing, if you're reading this please bring revive that proprietary roundabout Ginga Wheat recipe.... I'll love you always forever (and will sing about it in a Donna Lewis voice too)

Our server was super nice and took our drink orders despite us not receiving any drink menus. I was craving a Bloody Mary so that is what I ordered. Looks like they offer flights of them too after seeing a post on their tv screen but he didn't ask me if I wanted to try or what sort of bloody so I guess I got their standard. It was delicious (charged extra for Tito's without me requesting). Ordered a special of the day (California Benedict) and it did not have avocado as advertised. I didn't realize right away so kept eating. The poached eggs were fully cooked so dry and very thin/bland hollandaise sauce. No side of potatoes or anything. Roasted red peppers were just standard diced red peppers from what I could tell. Tasteless. Dud of a breakfast. My daughter really liked the strawberry French toast and my wife said her frittata was ok. My meal was $16 and that bloody was $10 plus upcharge so that's why the low score. My wife would give it a 3. I don't plan to make a return unless it was for their pizza or wing special. Bummer
