They told us we'd have to wait two to three hours to be seen. I called another place, but they had closed over a year ago. Then my sibling found Cooper Services on Google. I called them, explained the situation, and they said they could help us right away. When we arrived, I gave them my information and keys, and they started working on the car immediately. They found a large bolt stuck in my tire and put on a high-quality patch that should last for two years. They explained what kind of patch they used and how they fixed it (with a demonstration). The staff was so kind and understanding, and thanks to them, we got home much earlier than expected. They made both my twin and me feel at ease, and my family too. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their community. I wish I lived closer, because I'd always go to them for car issues. The whole repair cost less than $40. The worst towing company out there. My young daughter and I…read moreended up stranded all alone in the rain on the top level of an empty parking garage at 11:00pm with a dead battery. I called my insurance company to help me. They called One Call Away to come and give me a jump. When the tow truck showed up over 1.5 hours later, the driver got out and started yelling at me because my car was in a parking garage, and his truck just barely fit because of the low clearance. He also immediately started hooking up a battery charger to my battery as he yelled. I tried telling him that I informed the insurance company when I requested help that I was parked in a parking garage, and that I didn't know what the clearance was. I said that I told the insurance company that I didn't need a tow truck because all I needed was a jumpstart. He just kept yelling at me saying that his truck is worth $160,000 and other stuff I couldn't understand. This guy was big enough to be a pro wrestler. I started to get scared. I took one step backwards, put both hands in the air (palms out) and said, " Oh my gosh, F**k me." I guess my cussing upset his delicate sensibilities because he then started unhooking the cables from my battery. He just packed up and left without helping me. I asked, "Are you just leaving us here?" He said, "Yep." So I had to call my insurance company again, and they sent a different company to come and help me. The second guy showed up 15 minutes later, was friendly and jumped started my battery for me. I cannot recommend One Call Away to anyone. My biggest complaint is that he upset and scared my child and made her cry because she could hear him yelling at me. I told my insurance company not to give One Call Away any credit for the call or give them any money because they refused to help me and my little girl.
