Got 4 large pizzas, baked spaghetti, Alfredo, wings, toasted ravioli for 17 people tonight . Picked up the pizzas and they were hot and delicious. My 90 year old father even commented on how much toppings were on each pizza. Really liked the wings!! Glad I got the family to give you a try. We will be back. Gluten Free Pizza that wasn't Gluten Free. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The nice girl taking our order over the phone did not put my pizza in as Gluten Free. She apologized a lot and put an order in for an actual Gluten Free pizza. Apologizing. I don't think these situations are recognized for the harm that happens. It's not a dislike or a decision to stop eating a certain food on a whim. Being Gluten Allergic is a real issue. It doesn't send you to the hospital but it makes repeated internal damage every time. And this exposure is constant. Being vigilant is hopeless and exhausting. I ate one slice of a small pizza thinking maybe they changed the gluten free pizza recipe. I start getting scared and compare it to the other pizza that was bought. I called and verified that the order was regular pizza crust! I can't throw up the slice so I have to down a bunch of water to try and pass it faster. My belly bloats up like a 8 month pregnancy. Acid reflux starts rising in my throat an hour after. 5 hours later I suffered a migraine that started at the base of my skull. I took an antihistamine for the reaction. It doesn't help. My migraine spreads further up the back of my head. I am suffering. Pain pills don't make it stop. Trying to sleep doesn't help and it hurts so much I can only lay and wait for the pain to stop. In the morning I am able to go to the bathroom but I am now bleeding from an anal fissure that has ripped open. Gluten Allergies should be taken more seriously and I now cannot trust pizza 360 to not hurt me. I waited 3 months and finally decided to try and treat myself to something nice and that happened. read more

COVID Review- 360 pizza continues to crank out delicious pizza every time we order from them. I'm not sure if there has been a recent change in management but there a few things that have me starting to consider other local options. 1)The pizza sizes now come in small or XL!! I hate this! It feels like you are being forced to order a larger size pizza that you don't necessarily need! 2) We used to get coupons all the time and now I'm not seeing them 3) there is no contactless option for delivery! The drivers come to your house maskless and have you use their portable card machine to make the payment! The lack of contactless options for delivery has made me decide to no longer choose this option! I want to continue to support this business but these recent changes are making it hard for me to do so. read more

Hard pass on the pizza. Sauce tastes like tomato soup, cheese has a strange taste not sure if it's garlic? But I like garlic so I'm not sure, crust wasn't good either. Server at window was nice, they only offer Pepsi products so I ordered 7up he said only had sprite? That's a coke product so I said sprite, they gave me something clear but really sweet and nasty. I was visiting the area this week, and we had a large group stop by 360. It was fairly busy, yet they were able to find seating well for the dozen or so of us. I ordered a calzone, and this had to be one of the best calzones I've ever had, super cheesy, great shell, well priced, and the sauce that came with it was good, too! They also offer a large selection of different pizzas, in different sizes, and several people in my group ordered small "personal" pizzas. They all came out quickly and looked good. Went in as a dasher and had a HORRIBLE experience. Front end staff was amazing. Line cook came at me unprovoked then tried to blame me for his error. I wouldn't spend my money at this place considering I can't even deliver for them without there being an issue. I'm doing this before I even confirm my refund. I ordered a pizza around 7:40, estimated time for delivery 8:20. I call at 8:45 to see what's going on, apparently they use door dash and the driver hasn't come by yet. i get a text about 20mins later saying the food was coming. Cool. So I wait til I see the car (on the tracking app) approaching the house. I go down, open the door, and dude isnt stopping! then I get a text that it was delivered! It's 9:35! All I wanted was something better than Little Caesers, F-it hot and ready it is. It may taste like cardboard but it'll actually be in my possession. Can't comment on the quality of food. We reach out to complain, rightfully so as we didn't get what we ordered and paid for, and were told by some moron to hold off for a manager. The braindead manager then blatantly told us they would credit our account a solid $6. Service is dogshit and the pizza isn't good enough to deal with the poor service, plenty of better tasting places to order. Then when you order they just top it off and cook it for a few minutes for fast pickup. Only explanation for this result. BTW, toppings go on top. Not under the cheese. That's why they are called toppings. Management should be ashamed of this abomination. The owner is not interested in feedback. This is what buying local in Mechanicsville gets you. When I found out where it was from I tried going there on Monday but they're not open. So Tuesday it was. I brought it home to the family and it was gone by Wednesday.
